The peeling knife group 35 comprises a support frame 351 installed on the upper surface of the base 33, a lower slide block 352 fixed on the upper surface of the support frame 351, an upper slide block 353 installed on the lower slide block 352 in a sliding way, a second support plate 355 connected with the end surface of the upper slide block 353, a second air cylinder 354 with one end connected with the side surface of the lower slide block 352 and the other end fixed with the second support plate 355, a support column 350 erected on the upper surface of the second support plate 355, an upper support plate 358 installed on the support column 350 and arranged above the upper slide block 353, a cushion block 356 fixed on the upper surface of the upper slide block 353 and positioned below the upper support plate 358, a knife 357 arranged on the upper surface of the cushion block 356 and extending beyond the end surface of the upper slide block 353, and a plurality of fastening bolts 359 installed on; the peeling blade set 35 is closer to the paper tube than the grinding mechanism 34, so that when the grinding assembly 3 is moved into contact with the paper tube, the peeling blade set 35 first contacts the paper tube to treat the surface thereof; the peeling knife group 35 with the structure can quickly replace the cutter 357, and can accurately control the stroke of the cutter 357, so that only the surface layer of the paper tube is peeled without affecting the interior of the paper tube. The grinding mechanism 34 includes a motor base 341 fixed on the top of the supporting frame 1, a dual-shaft motor 342 fixed on the motor base 341, ring sleeves 347 rotatably installed at both ends of the dual-shaft motor 342, supporting plate groups 343 respectively fixed on end faces of the ring sleeves 347, belt groups 346 correspondingly installed on the supporting plate groups 343, a plurality of connecting rods 344 having one ends connected to the ring sleeves 347, and a plurality of third cylinders 345 having one ends pivotally connected to the other ends of the connecting rods 344 and the other ends connected to the base 33. The third cylinder 345 is operated to drive the connecting rod 344 to move, and further drive the ring sleeve 347 to rotate relative to the dual-spindle motor 342, so that the supporting plate group 343 rotates towards the paper tube, and the belt group 346 can rotate to be in contact with the surface of the peeled paper tube to polish the peeled paper tube. Each set of supporting plate group 343 includes an adapting block 3431 fixed on the end face of the ring cover 347, an adapting plate 3432 connected to the adapting block 3431 and extending obliquely upward (at a position above the paper tubes), a first mounting frame 3433 mounted on the upper surface of the adapting plate 3432, a first limiting plate 3434 mounted on the free end of the adapting plate 3432 and perpendicular to the adapting plate 3432, and a second limiting plate 3435 mounted on the bottom surface of the first mounting frame 3433 and corresponding to the first limiting plate 3434, for mounting a plurality of rotating shafts to wind the sanding belt 3467. The belt set 346 includes a driving shaft 3461 connected to the dual spindle motor 342, a first driven shaft 3462 mounted on the first mounting rack 3433, a fixing rod 3464 movably disposed through the first and second limiting plates 3434 and 3435, a sliding sleeve 3460 disposed on the fixing rod 3464 and located between the first and second limiting plates 3434 and 3435, an elastic member 3465 disposed on the fixing rod 3464 and located between the sliding sleeve 3460 and the second limiting plate 3435, an eccentric wrench 3466 rotatably mounted on a side of the sliding sleeve 3460 and contacting with the first limiting plate 3434, a second mounting rack 3468 fixed on an outer end of the fixing rod 3464, a second driven shaft 3463 mounted on the second mounting rack 3468, and a belt sander 3467 mounted on the driving shaft 3461, the first driven shaft 3462 and the second driven shaft 3463, such that when the eccentric wrench 3466 is rotated, the eccentric wheel at an end thereof can squeeze the first limiting plate 3434 to move the sliding sleeve 60 backward (i.e. the direction of the first driven shaft 3434 is away from the driving shaft 3434 ) Toggling causes the elastic member 3465 to be compressed (while the whole of the second driven shaft 3463, the second mounting frame 3468 and the fixing rod 3464 moves backward), so that the distance between the second driven shaft 3463 and the driving shaft 3461 is reduced to conveniently remove the tightened sanding belt 3467 therefrom for replacement.
The dust collection assembly 4 is in communication with the cover 32 for collecting dust generated by the sanding assembly 3. The dust collector comprises an exhaust pipe 43, a mounting base plate 41, an exhaust fan 42, a material distributing pipe 44, a plurality of dust collecting bags 45 and a support ring 46, wherein one end of the exhaust pipe 43 is communicated with the cover cap 32, one end of the mounting base plate 41 is arranged on the ground, the other end of the exhaust pipe 43 is connected with the other end of the exhaust pipe and fixed on the mounting base plate 41, one end of the material distributing pipe 44 is connected with the exhaust fan 42, the other end of the material distributing pipe is forked, the other end of the material distributing pipe 44. After the whole automatic grinding equipment works for a period of time, the dust collecting assembly 4 is directly replaced to continue working, so that the influence on the health of staff caused by the fact that dust generated by grinding is dispersed in a production workshop is avoided.
In this embodiment, the controller 5 (with a touch display screen) electrically connected to the motors and the cylinders is installed on the second transmission box 251, so that the paper tube can be controlled (by using conventional software, mainly the precise control of the stroke of the right clamping mechanism 24 and the control of the motors and the cylinders) by automatic clamping, automatic polishing, automatic dust removal and the like, and the polishing smoothness and the production efficiency are improved. In addition, the support frame 1 is also provided with an emergency stop button 6 positioned at one side of the paper tube lifting mechanism 22, and when the paper tube lifting mechanism 22 works abnormally or other components work abnormally, the emergency stop button 6 can be used for stopping the work of the corresponding components or related components, so that the condition is prevented from being worsened.
