背景技术
近年来,一体板在建筑材料领域越来越受关注和重视,在建筑外墙中占比越来越大,而仿金属饰面一体板因具备金属质感深受人们喜爱。目前市场上多为平面型的仿铝板金属饰面一体板,然而这种一体板安装在建筑外墙上会产生很大的镜面反射,阳光下耀眼,肉眼无法直视,对附近居民造成困扰,更有甚者,对行驶在附近道路上的车辆造成一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板及其制造方法,兼具保温功能和装饰功能,能够使一体板呈现浮雕凹凸面效果,既增强了金属漆面的立体效果,更好地体现出立体金属质感,又能降低其镜面反射,减少光污染。
为达到上述目的,本发明公开了一种立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板,包括基板、保温板、清漆底漆层、造型漆层、有色底漆层和金属面漆层,所述的清漆底漆层、造型漆层、有色底漆层、金属面漆层依次覆盖于所述基板的一面上,基板的另一面与所述保温板连接。
优选地,所述基板为纤维增强硅酸钙板或水泥纤维压力板。
优选地,所述清漆底漆层为双组份水性环氧涂料,该双组份水性环氧涂料包含A组分和B组分,所述A组分包含以下重量份数的组分:水性环氧乳液85~90份、消泡剂0.10~0.15份、润湿剂0.15~0.2份、去离子水9.65~14.7份;所述B组分为水性环氧固化剂;所述的A组分和B组分的重量比为1:2。

S1:将预制好的基板进行砂光除尘;
S2:在基板上涂装调好的双组份水性环氧涂料,用量0.12~0.15kg/m2,室温条件下干燥12~36小时形成清漆底漆层;
S3:在清漆底漆层上涂装调好的造型漆,用量1.5~2kg/m2,室温条件下干燥48~72小时形成具有立体结构的造型层;
S4:在造型层上涂装调好的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,用量0.2~0.25kg/m2,室温条件下干燥12~36小时形成有色底漆层;
S5:在有色底漆层上涂装调好的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,用量0.22~0.25kg/m2,室温条件下干燥48~72小时形成金属面漆层;
S6:将保温板与基板冷压复合。
优选地,S2步骤中所述双组份水性环氧涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入水性环氧乳液85~90份,中低速搅拌下加入消泡剂0.10~0.15份和润湿剂0.15~0.2份,搅拌5~10分钟;加入去离子水9.65~14.7份,中低速搅拌均匀即得A组分;将A组分和成分为水性环氧固化剂的B组分按重量比1:2混合机械搅拌均匀即得所述双组份水性环氧涂料。

本发明公开了一种立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板,包括基板、保温板、清漆底漆层、造型漆层、有色底漆层和金属面漆层,基板选用纤维增强硅酸钙板或水泥纤维压力板。清漆底漆层、造型漆层、有色底漆层、金属面漆层依次覆盖于基板的一面上,基板的另一面与保温板冷压复合连接。
清漆底漆层由双组份水性环氧涂料制成,该双组份水性环氧涂料包含A组分和B组分。A组分包含以下组分:E-51型水性环氧乳液、有机硅消泡剂、润湿剂、去离子水。B组分选用水性环氧改性胺固化剂。A组分和B组分的重量比为1:2。双组份水性环氧涂料的具体配比详见表1。
造型漆层由造型漆制成,该造型漆包括母料和砂。母料包含以下组分:去离子水、羟乙基纤维素、C-12成膜助剂、AP7010消泡剂、SN-5040分散剂、EF-106润湿剂、AMP-95型PH调节剂、无机颜填料、膨润土、丙二醇、乳液、碱溶胀增稠剂、防腐杀菌剂份;母料中使用无机颜填料为包含金红石型钛白粉和重质碳酸钙的混合物。砂选用石英砂;造型漆的具体配比详见表2。
有色底漆层由双组份水性聚氨酯涂料制成,其包含C组分和D组分。C组分包含以下组分:去离子水、疏水改性纤维素、AMP-95型PH调节剂、分散剂、有机硅基材润湿剂、无机颜填料、羟基丙烯酸乳液、DPnB成膜助剂、乳化矿物油消泡剂、增稠剂、防腐杀菌剂;C组分中的无机颜填料选用包含金红石型钛白粉、高岭土、硫酸钡和滑石粉的混合物;增稠剂包含碱溶胀增稠剂和聚氨酯增稠剂。D组分选用亲水改性HDI。C组分与D组分的重量比为8~10:1。有色底漆层中的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的具体配比详见表3。
金属面漆层由双组份水性聚氨酯涂料制成,其包含E组分和F组分。E组分包含以下组分:去离子水、疏水改性纤维素、AMP-95型PH调节剂、有机硅基材润湿剂、羟基丙烯酸乳液、DPnB成膜助剂、有机硅消泡剂、防腐杀菌剂、分散剂、水性铝银浆、增稠剂;E组分中使用的增稠剂包含碱溶胀增稠剂和聚氨酯增稠剂。F组分选用亲水改性HDI。E组份与F组分的重量比为6~7:1。金属面漆层中的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的具体配比详见表4。
本发明还公开了上述立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将预制好的基板进行砂光除尘;
S2:在基板上涂装调好的双组份水性环氧涂料,用量为0.12~0.15kg/m2,室温条件下干燥24小时形成清漆底漆层;
S3:在清漆底漆层上涂装调好的造型漆,用量为1.5~2kg/m2,室温条件下干燥48~72小时形成具有立体结构的造型层;
S4:在造型层上涂装调好的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,用量为0.2~0.25kg/m2,室温条件下干燥24小时形成有色底漆层;
S5:在有色底漆层上涂装调好的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,用量为0.22~0.25kg/m2,室温条件下干燥48~72小时形成金属面漆层;
S6:将保温板与基板冷压复合。
S2步骤中双组份水性环氧涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入水性环氧乳液,中低速搅拌下加入消泡剂和润湿剂,搅拌5~10分钟;加入去离子水,中低速搅拌均匀即得A组分;将A组分和B组分按重量比1:2混合机械搅拌均匀即得双组份水性环氧涂料,该双组份水性环氧涂料的原料的用量详见表1。
S3步骤中造型漆的制备方法为:在容器中加入去离子水,中低速搅拌下加入纤维素、成膜助剂、消泡剂、分散剂、润湿剂和PH调节剂,搅拌5~10分钟;依次加入无机颜填料和膨润土,高速分散至细度合格后,加入丙二醇、乳液、消泡剂、碱溶胀增稠剂、防腐杀菌剂和去离子水,中低速搅拌均匀即得母料;母料与砂以不低于1:1的重量比混合即得造型漆,该双造型漆的原料的用量详见表2。对于造型漆而言,可通过调整砂的目数集配,从而进行立体造型的调整,使得一体板能满足立体多样化设计。
S4步骤中双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入去离子水和纤维素,中低速搅拌5~10分钟;加入PH调节剂,搅拌10~15分钟;依次加入基材润湿剂、分散剂和无机颜填料,高速分散至细度合格后降低搅拌速度,加入羟基丙烯酸乳液、成膜助剂、消泡剂0、增稠剂、防腐杀菌剂和去离子水,中低速搅拌均匀即得C组分;将C组分与D组分按重量比为8~10:1配制即得需求的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,该步骤中双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的原料的用量详见表3。
S5步骤中双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法为:在一洁净容器中加入去离子水、分散剂和水性铝银浆,低速搅拌均匀,浸泡2~3小时,制得水性铝银浆浸泡液;在另一容器中加入去离子水和纤维素,中低速搅拌2~5分钟;加入PH调节剂,搅拌5~10分钟;加入润湿剂、羟基丙烯酸乳液、成膜助剂、消泡剂、防腐杀菌剂、增稠剂、去离子水以及预先制备的水性铝银浆浸泡液,中低速搅拌均匀即得E组分;将E组分与F组分按重量比为6~7:1配制即得需求的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,该步骤中双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的原料的用量详见表4。
参照上述步骤以及表1~4中的各成分具体使用量,每组实施例制得样品各三块,各样品的评测如表5所示。

Claims (7)

1.一种立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:包括基板、保温板、清漆底漆层、造型漆层、有色底漆层和金属面漆层,所述清漆底漆层、造型漆层、有色底漆层、金属面漆层依次覆盖于所述基板的一面上,基板的另一面与所述保温板连接;
其中,所述清漆底漆层为双组份水性环氧涂料,该双组份水性环氧涂料包含A组分和B组分,所述A组分包含以下重量份数的组分:水性环氧乳液85~90份、消泡剂0.10~0.15份、润湿剂0.15~0.2份、去离子水9.65~14.7份;所述B组分为水性环氧固化剂;所述A组分和B组分的重量比为1:2;
所述造型漆层由造型漆制成,该造型漆包括母料和砂,所述母料包含以下重量份数的组分:去离子水35~40份、纤维素0.2~0.4份、成膜助剂2.0~2.4份、消泡剂0.2~0.35份、分散剂0.3~0.4份、润湿剂0.15~0.2份、pH调节剂0.1~0.4份、无机颜填料15~20份、膨润土0.3~0.4份、丙二醇1~3份、乳液40~42份、碱溶胀增稠剂0.1~0.15份、防腐杀菌剂0.5~0.7份;
所述有色底漆层为双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,包含C组分和D组分,所述C组分包含以下重量份数的组分:去离子水20~28份、纤维素0.15~0.2份、pH调节剂0.3~0.4份、分散剂0.5~0.8份、基材润湿剂0.3~0.5份、无机颜填料25~35份、羟基丙烯酸乳液35~40份、成膜助剂5~6份、消泡剂0.15~0.2份、增稠剂1~1.3份、防腐杀菌剂0.1~0.2份;所述D组分为亲水改性HDI;所述C组分与D组分的重量比为8~10:1;
所述金属面漆层为双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,包含E组分和F组分,所述E组分包含以下重量份数的组分:去离子水20~25份、纤维素0.15~0.2份、pH调节剂0.3~0.5份、润湿剂0.3~0.5份、羟基丙烯酸乳液55~60份、成膜助剂5~6份、消泡剂0.15~0.2份、防腐杀菌剂0.01~0.15份、分散剂0.5~0.6份、水性铝银浆8~10份、增稠剂0.8~1份;所述F组分为亲水改性HDI;所述E组分 与F组分的重量比为6~7:1;所述水性铝银浆为非浮型包覆型水性铝银浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述基板为纤维增强硅酸钙板或水泥纤维压力板。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将预制好的基板进行砂光除尘;
S2:在基板上涂装调好的双组份水性环氧涂料,用量0.12~0.15kg/m²,室温条件下干燥12~36小时形成清漆底漆层;
S3:在清漆底漆层上涂装调好的造型漆,用量1.5~2kg/m²,室温条件下干燥48~72小时形成具有立体结构的造型层;
S4:在造型层上涂装调好的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,用量0.2~0.25kg/m²,室温条件下干燥12~36小时形成有色底漆层;
S5:在有色底漆层上涂装调好的双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,用量0.22~0.25kg/m²,室温条件下干燥48~72小时形成金属面漆层;
S6:将保温板与基板冷压复合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板的制造方法,其特征在于,S2步骤中所述双组份水性环氧涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入水性环氧乳液85~90份,中低速搅拌下加入消泡剂0.10~0.15份和润湿剂0.15~0.2份,搅拌5~10分钟;加入去离子水9.65~14.7份,中低速搅拌均匀即得A组分;将A组分和成分为水性环氧固化剂的B组分按重量比1:2混合机械搅拌均匀即得所述双组份水性环氧涂料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板的制造方法,其特征在于,S3步骤中所述造型漆的制备方法为:在容器中加入去离子水30~32份,中低速搅拌下加入纤维素0.2~0.4份、成膜助剂2.0~2.4份、消泡剂0.15~0.2份、分散剂0.3~0.4份、润湿剂0.15~0.2份和pH调节剂0.1~0.4份,搅拌5~10分钟;依次加入无机颜填料15~20份和膨润土0.3~0.4份,高速分散后,加入丙二醇1~3份、乳液40~42份、消泡剂0.05~0.15份、碱溶胀增稠剂0.1~0.15份、防腐杀菌剂0.5~0.7份和去离子水5~8份,中低速搅拌均匀即得母料;母料与砂以不低于1:1的重量比混合即得所述造型漆。
6.根据权利要求3所述的立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板的制造方法,其特征在于,S4步骤中所述双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入去离子水19~22份和纤维素0.15~0.2份,中低速搅拌5~10分钟;加入pH调节剂0.3~0.4份,搅拌10~15分钟;依次加入基材润湿剂0.3~0.5份、分散剂0.5~0.8份和无机颜填料25~35份,高速分散后降低搅拌速度,加入羟基丙烯酸乳液35~40份、成膜助剂5~6份、消泡剂0.15~0.2份、增稠剂1~1.3份、防腐杀菌剂0.1~0.2份和去离子水1~6份,中低速搅拌均匀即得C组分;将C组分与成分为亲水改性HDI的D组分按重量比为8~10:1配制即得S4步骤所述双组份水性聚氨酯涂料。
7.根据权利要求3所述的立体金属饰面的保温装饰一体板的制造方法,其特征在于,S5步骤中所述双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法为:在一洁净容器中加入去离子水9~11份、分散剂0.5~0.6份和水性铝银浆8~10份,低速搅拌均匀,浸泡2~3小时,制得水性铝银浆浸泡液;在另一容器中加入去离子水10~11份和纤维素0.15~0.2份,中低速搅拌2~5分钟;加入pH调节剂0.3~0.5份,搅拌5~10分钟;加入润湿剂0.3~0.5份、羟基丙烯酸乳液55~60份、成膜助剂5~6份、消泡剂0.15~0.2份、防腐杀菌剂0.1~0.15份、增稠剂0.8~1份、去离子水1~3份以及预先制备好的水性铝银浆浸泡液,中低速搅拌均匀即得E组分;将E组分与成分为亲水改性HDI的F组分按重量比为6~7:1配制即得S5步骤所述双组份水性聚氨酯涂料。
