本发明公开了一种保温装饰一体板的生产工艺,该生产工艺将材料定厚砂光后,喷涂封闭底漆并在30-60度干燥,之后分别辊涂和固定三层UV腻子,砂光之后再喷涂面漆,流平干燥。本发明生产工艺简单,无需复杂的设备,生产成本较低;生产的保温装饰一体板防酸、耐碱性、耐水的性能都更好。

本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种保温装饰一体板的生产工艺。
背景技术
保温装饰一体板是一种融合装饰、节能、防火、防水、环保等功能为一体的新型化学建材,在施工中得到了广泛的应用。保温装饰一体板作为节能材料当中的代表,在很多方面都表现出了较高的性能。
然而,由于受到工业环境和气候条件的影响,在我国的很多酸雨高发区,外墙建筑材料都遭到酸雨的腐蚀。目前的保温装饰一体板的涂覆采用常规的喷涂工艺,使得产品的防水、防酸、防碱性等性能不太理想,在施工成本较高的情况下,装饰层易翘曲剥离、起泡、泛黄,修补困难,影响建筑的使用效果和使用年限。也有一些一体板表面采用超耐候的氟碳涂层,以此增强其抵抗酸雨等的侵袭,但其生产成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的发明人经过创造性的劳动,发明了一种保温装饰一体板的生产工艺,该生产工艺生产成本较低,生产的保温装饰一体板耐酸耐、碱性、防水能较好。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种保温装饰一体板的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)备料,定厚砂光;
(2)喷涂封闭底漆,30-60度干燥;优选地,所述封闭底漆按重量百分比包括:去离子水30份、成膜助剂1.5份、分散剂0.5份、增稠剂1.5份、消泡剂0.5份、丙烯酸乳液25份、硅丙乳液10份、钛白粉3份、膨润土0.5份;其中,所述成膜助剂为伊士曼公司的Texanol,所述分散剂为诺普科公司的SN5040,所述增稠剂为甲基纤维素,所述消泡剂为布莱克本公司的CF245。
(3)辊涂UV腻子Ⅰ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;再辊涂UV腻子Ⅱ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;接着辊涂UV腻子Ⅲ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;

本发明通过以上技术方案,实现了以下有益效果:
生产工艺简单,无需复杂的设备,生产成本较低;生产的保温装饰一体板防酸、耐碱性、耐水的性能都更好。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。在不背离本发明精神和本质的情况下,对本发明方法、步骤或条件所作的修改或替换,均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
(1)备料,定厚砂光;
(2)喷涂封闭底漆,然后在30度干燥;所述封闭底漆按重量百分比包括:去离子水30份、成膜助剂1.5份、分散剂0.5份、增稠剂1.5份、消泡剂0.5份、丙烯酸乳液25份、硅丙乳液10份、钛白粉3份、膨润土0.5份;其中,所述成膜助剂为伊士曼公司的Texanol,所述分散剂为诺普科公司的SN5040,所述增稠剂为甲基纤维素,所述消泡剂为布莱克本公司的CF245。
(3)辊涂UV腻子Ⅰ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;再辊涂UV腻子Ⅱ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;接着辊涂UV腻子Ⅲ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;
其中,UV腻子Ⅰ按重量百分比包括:环氧丙烯酸酯25份、氨基丙烯酸酯25份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)15份、光引发剂3份、滑石粉25份、消泡剂1份;其中,所述光引发剂为1173光引发剂(HMPF);所述消泡剂为Surfynol公司的DF-58;
其中,UV腻子Ⅱ按重量百分比包括:环氧丙烯酸酯30份、氨基丙烯酸酯20份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)15份、光引发剂3份、滑石粉25份、消泡剂1份;其中,所述光引发剂为1173光引发剂(HMPF);所述消泡剂为Surfynol公司的DF-58;

砂光,喷涂面漆,流平干燥;其中,所述面漆按重量百分比包括:其中,所述面漆按重量百分比包括:固化剂6份、分散剂0.5份、钛白粉12份、氟树脂40份、二甲苯12份、醋酸丁酯6份、流平剂0.25份、催化剂0.0015份、消泡剂0.2份、消光粉2份;所述固化剂为HDI缩二脲,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠,所述流平剂为硅氧烷丙烯酸酯,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二正丁基锡,所述消泡剂为Surfynol公司的DF-58。
实施例2
(1)备料,定厚砂光;
(2)喷涂封闭底漆,然后在50度干燥;所述封闭底漆按重量百分比包括:去离子水30份、成膜助剂1.5份、分散剂0.5份、增稠剂1.5份、消泡剂0.5份、丙烯酸乳液25份、硅丙乳液10份、钛白粉3份、膨润土0.5份;其中,所述成膜助剂为伊士曼公司的Texanol,所述分散剂为诺普科公司的SN5040,所述增稠剂为甲基纤维素,所述消泡剂为布莱克本公司的CF245。
(3)辊涂UV腻子Ⅰ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;再辊涂UV腻子Ⅱ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;接着辊涂UV腻子Ⅲ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;

实施例3

(2)喷涂封闭底漆,然后在60度干燥;所述封闭底漆按重量百分比包括:去离子水30份、成膜助剂1.5份、分散剂0.5份、增稠剂1.5份、消泡剂0.5份、丙烯酸乳液25份、硅丙乳液10份、钛白粉3份、膨润土0.5份;其中,所述成膜助剂为伊士曼公司的Texanol,所述分散剂为诺普科公司的SN5040,所述增稠剂为甲基纤维素,所述消泡剂为布莱克本公司的CF245。
(3)辊涂UV腻子Ⅰ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;再辊涂UV腻子Ⅱ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;接着辊涂UV腻子Ⅲ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;

试验例1耐酸雨性试验
1、试验材料与方法
1.1材料
试验材料使用本发明实施例2所制得的保温装饰一体板,和市售的采用普通喷涂工艺加工的保温装饰一体板;尺寸均为800mm×600mm×17mm
配制质量浓度为1%的硫酸溶液(pH值为0.675)、质量浓度为2.5%的硫酸溶液(pH值为0.610)、质量浓度为2%的硫酸溶液和0.5%的硝酸溶液混合液(pH值为0.452)、质量浓度为3%的亚硫酸溶液(pH值为0.615),用于模拟酸雨。
1.2方法
取2块保温装饰一体板,用石蜡和松香混合物(质量比1:1)将板材四周边缘和背面封闭。然后将板材面积的1/2浸入室温的酸性溶液中,进行观察,直至表面出现起泡、粉化、剥落为止。
2.试验结果与分析
表1耐酸性试验
从上表可以看出,实施例2的工艺制得的保温装饰一体板,其耐酸雨的性能更好。
试验例2耐碱性试验
1.材料与方法
试验材料使用本发明实施例2所制得的保温装饰一体板,和市售的采用普通喷涂工艺加工的保温装饰一体板;尺寸均为800mm×600mm×17mm
在室温条件下,使用0.12g氢氧化钙和100mL蒸馏水配制碱性溶液,制得的溶液pH值为13。
取3块板材,用用石蜡和松香混合物(质量比1:1)将板材四周边缘和背面封闭。然后将板材面积的1/2浸入室温的碱性溶液中,进行观察,直至表面出现起泡、粉化、剥落为止。
2.试验结果和分析
表2耐碱性试验
从上表可以看出,实施例2的工艺制得的保温装饰一体板,其耐碱性的性能更好。
试验例3耐水性试验
1.试验材料与方法

Claims (9)
1.一种保温装饰一体板的生产工艺,其特征在于,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)备料,定厚砂光;
(2)喷涂封闭底漆,30-60度干燥;
(3)辊涂UV腻子Ⅰ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;再辊涂UV腻子Ⅱ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;接着辊涂UV腻子Ⅲ,使用UV卤素灯固定化;
(4)砂光,喷涂面漆,流平干燥。
2.按照权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述封闭底漆按重量百分比包括:去离子水30份、成膜助剂1.5份、分散剂0.5份、增稠剂1.5份、消泡剂0.5份、丙烯酸乳液25份、硅丙乳液10份、钛白粉3份、膨润土0.5份。
3.按照权利要求2所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为伊士曼公司的Texanol,所述分散剂为诺普科公司的SN5040,所述增稠剂为甲基纤维素,所述消泡剂为布莱克本公司的CF245。
4.按照权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述UV腻子Ⅰ按重量百分比包括:环氧丙烯酸酯25份、氨基丙烯酸酯25份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)15份、光引发剂3份、滑石粉25份、消泡剂1份;其中,所述光引发剂为1173光引发剂(HMPF);所述消泡剂为Surfynol公司的DF-58。
5.按照权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述UV腻子Ⅱ按重量百分比包括:环氧丙烯酸酯30份、氨基丙烯酸酯20份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)15份、光引发剂3份、滑石粉25份、消泡剂1份;其中,所述光引发剂为1173光引发剂(HMPF);所述消泡剂为Surfynol公司的DF-58。
6.按照权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述UV腻子Ⅲ按重量百分比包括:环氧丙烯酸酯15份、氨基丙烯酸酯15份、丙烯酸乳液20份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)15份、光引发剂3份、滑石粉25份、消泡剂1份;其中,所述光引发剂为1173光引发剂(HMPF);所述消泡剂为Surfynol公司的DF-58。
7.按照权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述面漆按重量百分比包括:固化剂6-12份、分散剂0.5-1.5份、钛白粉12-18份、氟树脂40-50份、二甲苯12-18份、醋酸丁酯6-12份、流平剂0.25-1份、催化剂0.0015-0.0025份、消泡剂0.2-0.8份、消光粉2-7份。
8.按照权利要求7所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述面漆按重量百分比包括:固化剂8份、分散剂1份、钛白粉15份、氟树脂5份、二甲苯15份、醋酸丁酯8份、流平剂0.5份、催化剂0.002份、消泡剂0.5份、消光粉5份。
9.按照权利要求7所述的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述固化剂为HDI缩二脲,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠,所述流平剂为硅氧烷丙烯酸酯,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二正丁基锡,所述消泡剂为Surfynol公司的DF-58。
