A new tampon is placed in the tampon placement hopper 12, and one end of the new tampon extends from the tampon contraction opening 16 to below the fixing plate 15 through the guide hole 4 and the tampon guide post 14, respectively;
The first cotton pulling cylinder 19 drives the first cotton clamping manipulator 18 to extend upwards, one end of the cotton sliver is clamped to move downwards, and after the cotton sliver is moved to a fixed distance, the second cotton clamping manipulator 17 clamps the cotton sliver, so that the cotton sliver is cut into a fixed length and falls onto the material conveying plate 34 from the material feeding pipe 33;
Under the action of the chassis 9 driving the rotary disk 26 to rotate again, the rubber plug 41 moves to the position right below the first pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 23;
under the action of vacuumizing the cotton suction mold 38, cotton sliver is sucked into the cotton suction mold 38, and then the cotton suction mold 38 is transferred to the position right above the rubber plug 41 under the driving of the rotation of the motor 35, and after the cotton suction mold 38 loses the vacuumizing effect, the cotton sliver can fall above the rubber plug 41;
After the motor 35 rotates again to transfer the cotton suction mold 38, the first pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 23 stretches and contracts to drive the second cotton pressing thimble 37 to move up and down so as to plug cotton sliver into the rubber plug 41;
After completion, the case 9 drives the rotary disk 26 to rotate again, so that the rubber plug 41 moves to the position right below the second cotton pressing cylinder 29, and at the moment, under the action that the second cotton pressing cylinder 29 drives the third cotton pressing thimble 36 to move up and down, cotton strips in the rubber plug 41 are pressed again;
The case 9 drives the rotary disk 26 to rotate again to enable the rubber plug 41 to move to the position of the discharging air cylinder 22 after the rubber plug 41 is pressed, and at the moment, the discharging air cylinder 22 pushes out the rubber plug 41 with the cotton sliver pressed, and the rubber plug is discharged from the discharging hole 10.
Through the above structure, automatic replacement of the old rubber plug 41 and compression of the tampon can be realized.
