Further, the movable material blocking mechanism comprises two material blocking plates 13, the material blocking plates 13 are respectively hinged to the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the engine body shell 1, and hydraulic telescopic push arms 14 are arranged at the bottoms of the material blocking plates 13 and connected with the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the engine body shell 1.
The hydraulic telescopic push arm 14 is started to stretch, so that the two blocking plates 13 can be pulled to be separated or folded, the materials can be dried when the two blocking plates 13 are folded, and the materials can fall from the gap and then are crushed when the two blocking plates 13 are separated.
Further, the turning assembly comprises a third rotating shaft 16, the third rotating shaft 16 is in driving connection with an output end of a third motor 15, the third motor 15 is installed at the top of the machine body shell 1, and the third rotating shaft 16 is installed above the movable material blocking mechanism; a straight rod stirring paddle 17 and a lifting stirring paddle 18 are fixed on the third rotating shaft 16.
When drying, two putty boards 13 are the cone structure, utilize and promote stirring rake 18 and can stir the material of bottom up, start third motor 15, and third motor 15 drives the rotation of third pivot 16 to drive straight-bar stirring rake 17 and promote stirring rake 18 and stir the material, can accelerate dry air's flow velocity, improve drying efficiency.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the hot air assembly includes an air heater 19 and a drying groove 23, the drying groove 23 is installed on the left and right inner walls of the machine body housing 1, and an air outlet 24 is arranged on the drying groove 23; the air outlet of the air heater 19 is provided with a hot air pipe 20 connected with a drying groove 23 at one side, and a hot air branch pipe 22 arranged on the hot air pipe 20 is connected with the drying groove 23 at the other side; the blocking plate 13 is of a hollow structure, an air outlet 24 is formed in the upper surface of the blocking plate 13, and hot air hoses 21 are respectively arranged on the hot air pipes 20 and the hot air branch pipes 22 and connected with the blocking plate 13.
Start air heater 19, air heater 19 will be hot-blast send into drying trough 23 and putty board 13 through hot-blast main 20, hot-blast hose 21 and hot-blast branch pipe 22 respectively, spout to the material in engine body shell 1 through air outlet 24, carry out the drying to the material from a plurality of angles, the venthole has been seted up at engine body shell 1's top, moisture during the drying is discharged from the venthole.
Further, the multistage crushing mechanism comprises a group of first crushing rollers 29 and a group of second crushing rollers 30 which rotate relatively, aggregate arc-shaped shells 26 are installed on the outer sides of the first crushing rollers 29 and the second crushing rollers 30, material guide plates 25 are arranged on the tops of the aggregate arc-shaped shells 26, and screens 27 are embedded at the bottoms of the aggregate arc-shaped shells 26; the discharge pipe 28 is installed at the bottom of the screen mesh 27.
The material gets into the inside of the curved shell 26 that gathers materials under the effect of stock guide 25, through first crushing roller 29 and second crushing roller 30 in proper order, smashes many times, and the curved shell 26 that gathers materials can prevent the material splash, also makes things convenient for simultaneously first crushing roller 29 and second crushing roller 30 to take the material of large granule to smash repeatedly, and the material after smashing passes screen cloth 27 and passes through the ejection of compact of discharging pipe 28.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the multi-stage pulverizing mechanism is connected to a multi-gear driving mechanism; the multi-gear driving mechanism comprises a fourth motor 31, a first gear 32 is sleeved on an output shaft of the fourth motor 31, a transmission gear 33 continuously meshed with the first gear 32 is arranged below the first gear 32, and a second gear 34 continuously meshed with the transmission gear 33 is arranged below the transmission gear 33; the first gear 32 and the second gear 34 are respectively provided with a rotating shaft which is fixedly connected with the first crushing roller 29 and the second crushing roller 30.
The fourth motor 31 is started, the fourth motor 31 can drive the first gear 32 to rotate, the second gear 34 can be driven to rotate under the transmission of the transmission gear 33, the first gear 32 and the second gear 34 drive the first crushing roller 29 and the second crushing roller 30 to rotate through the rotating shaft, the number of driving devices is reduced by utilizing a plurality of gears, and the purpose of reducing cost is achieved.

1. The crushing and drying integrated machine for the production of the health care products is characterized by comprising a machine body shell (1), wherein conveying cylinders (2) are connected to two sides of the machine body shell (1), a feeding hopper (3) is arranged at the top of each conveying cylinder (2), a primary cutting mechanism is installed inside each feeding hopper (3), and a conveying mechanism is installed inside each conveying cylinder (2);
the movable material blocking mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the machine body shell (1), the quick drying mechanism is arranged above the movable material blocking mechanisms, and the quick drying mechanism comprises a turning assembly and a hot air assembly;
the lower part of the movable material blocking mechanism is provided with a multi-stage crushing mechanism, and the bottom of the multi-stage crushing mechanism is connected with a discharge pipe (28).
2. The integrated crushing and drying machine for producing health care products according to claim 1, wherein the primary cutting mechanism comprises a fixing ring (4), and the fixing ring (4) is fixed inside the feed hopper (3);
the center of solid fixed ring (4) is fixed with installation cavity (6) through dead lever (5), the internally mounted of installation cavity (6) has first motor (7), the output of first motor (7) passes through the shaft coupling and is connected with first pivot (8) drive, be fixed with blade (9) on first pivot (8).

The integrated crushing and drying machine for producing health-care products according to claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a second motor (10), the second motor (10) is installed on the outer wall of the conveying cylinder (2), the output end of the second motor (10) is in driving connection with a second rotating shaft (11) through a coupler, the second rotating shaft (11) is rotatably installed inside the conveying cylinder (2), and a spiral propelling blade (12) is fixed on the second rotating shaft (11).

The crushing and drying integrated machine for producing health care products according to claim 1, wherein the movable material blocking mechanism comprises two material blocking plates (13), the material blocking plates (13) are respectively hinged on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the machine body shell (1), and the bottom of the material blocking plates (13) is provided with a hydraulic telescopic push arm (14) connected with the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the machine body shell (1).

The crushing and drying all-in-one machine for producing health care products according to claim 4, wherein the turning assembly comprises a third rotating shaft (16), the third rotating shaft (16) is in driving connection with the output end of a third motor (15), the third motor (15) is installed at the top of the machine body shell (1), and the third rotating shaft (16) is installed above the movable material blocking mechanism;
and a straight rod stirring paddle (17) and a lifting stirring paddle (18) are fixed on the third rotating shaft (16).

The crushing and drying integrated machine for producing the health care products as claimed in claim 5, wherein the hot air component comprises a hot air blower (19) and a drying groove (23), the drying groove (23) is installed on the left and right inner walls of the machine body shell (1), and an air outlet (24) is arranged on the drying groove (23);
an air outlet of the hot air blower (19) is provided with a hot air pipe (20) connected with the drying groove (23) at one side, and a hot air branch pipe (22) arranged on the hot air pipe (20) is connected with the drying groove (23) at the other side;
the blocking plate (13) is of a hollow structure, an air outlet (24) is formed in the upper surface of the blocking plate (13), and hot air hoses (21) are arranged on the hot air pipes (20) and the hot air branch pipes (22) and connected with the blocking plate (13).

The crushing and drying integrated machine for health care product production according to claim 1, wherein the multistage crushing mechanism comprises a set of first crushing rollers (29) and a set of second crushing rollers (30) which rotate relatively, an aggregate arc-shaped shell (26) is installed on the outer sides of the first crushing rollers (29) and the second crushing rollers (30), a material guide plate (25) is arranged at the top of the aggregate arc-shaped shell (26), and a screen (27) is embedded at the bottom of the aggregate arc-shaped shell (26);
the discharge pipe (28) is mounted on the bottom of the screen (27).
8. The integrated pulverizing and drying machine for health product production according to claim 7, wherein the multi-stage pulverizing mechanism is connected to a multi-gear driving mechanism;
the multi-gear driving mechanism comprises a fourth motor (31), a first gear (32) is sleeved on an output shaft of the fourth motor (31), a transmission gear (33) continuously meshed with the first gear (32) is arranged below the first gear (32), and a second gear (34) continuously meshed with the transmission gear (33) is arranged below the transmission gear (33);
and the first gear (32) and the second gear (34) are respectively provided with a rotating shaft which is fixedly connected with the first crushing roller (29) and the second crushing roller (30).
