Abstract

Description

滤带的边缘结构
本发明涉及滤带的边缘结构。
人们熟知例如给一条滚筒滤带设置一个橡胶的边缘导轨,该导轨在导向装置中用来保持滤布完全直线的运行。该橡胶边缘导轨通过几排针脚连接在一个织物加强衬条上,而该织物加强衬条又固定在滤布的边缘上。
在美国专利US 3327839中描述了一个输送机设备,其中先把一个加强织物固定在滤带的每个边缘的顶部,然后把一个三角形截面的杆通过粘合固定在该加强织物的顶侧。
在美国专利US 5391427中提出了一种滤带的边缘结构,其中滤带织物的一个边缘被容纳在一个双层织物加强衬条的上杆与下杆之间,以及一个长导轨沿着其对置的边缘也被容纳在双层织物衬条的上与下杆之间。该加强衬条焊接在该导轨上并且焊接或缝合在滤布上。
各种各样的现有的边缘结构都比较复杂并且涉及多道缝合或粘合工序,而加强衬条的存在使得边缘区的挠性稍有降低并且在滤带边缘处存在有一个容易磨损的织物区。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有改进的挠性和耐磨性能的简化的滤带边缘结构。
因此本发明提供了一种滤带边缘结构,包括至少一段长度的织物和一个焊接在所述织物的至少一段长度的边缘上的边沿衬条,该边沿衬条被开口分成两部分,从而提供了一个在所述平面延伸用来容纳所述织物的所述一个边缘的槽。
该边沿衬条最好形成有一个标准横截面的边缘导轨部分,该截面是与其上使用了织物例如滤布的设备相适合的。该边沿衬条和边缘导轨部分最好制成一个整体。
该开口可以形成上和下折板,这些上和下折板在插入该织物的所述一个边缘以后依次又焊接在与所述一个边缘相邻接的该织物区的相应的上和下表面上。
该开口可以是通过一个热气刀或最好是加热的金属刀片在所述衬条的自由边缘中制出的一个槽。该槽沿着自由边缘延伸,并且以一定程度伸进该衬条中,最好在该衬条的平面内沿着该中心线伸进。另一个办法是,该开口可以在该衬条通过一个模具受挤压而产生时把它模制在该衬条内。
该上折板可以首先被固定在该织物上,然后再把下折板固定在该织物上。这些折板可以使用一种粘合剂或者通过热(例如热空气)焊接或超声波焊接而固定在该织物上。
根据另一方面的内容,本发明提供了一种用于滤带的边沿衬条,该衬条包括一个在该滤带织物的平面内延伸的平面部分,该平面部分被开口分成两部分,从而提供了一个在所述平面内延伸用来容纳该滤带织物的一个边缘的槽。

首先参看图1,滤带的一个边沿衬条10包括一个杆状导轨部分11和一个与导轨部分11整体形成的平面部分12。与导轨部分11相对置的平面部分12的自由边缘13设置有一个基本上沿着腹板12的中心线延伸的深槽14,该槽沿着平面部分的长度进入从边缘13至导轨部分11这段距离的50%以上的位置。槽14可以使用一把热气刀或金属刀片加工而成,它限定了一个上折板15和一个下折板16。
如图2所示,边沿衬条10通过把滤布18的边缘17装入槽14中而安装在带式过滤器的滤布18的边缘17上,然后借助于一种粘合剂、热(例如热气)焊接或超声焊接把上折板15附着在滤布18的上表面上。在进行这项操作时,下折板16可以向下弯向旁边(如图示)、
为了完成边缘结构,然后再把下折板16通过与用于上折板的同样方法附着在滤带18的下表面上。
最终产生的边缘结构在图3中示出,其中滤布18的边缘17容纳在边沿衬条10的槽14中,它以一个简单的整体结构形式提供了一个由平面部分12和导轨杆11组成的边沿衬条。
这种结构无需提供一个单独的边缘导轨杆和一个织物的边沿衬条,并且无需缝合或多道装配工序。该结构还封装了滤带织物的边缘17,使得该边缘不受擦伤或磨损,从而延长了滤布的使用寿命。
边沿衬条10可以是天然或合成橡胶或者是任何适当的挠性和耐磨塑料。最好是具有类似橡胶特性并有较大聚烯烃含量(例如聚丙烯)的热塑性塑料,例如SANTROPENE(商标)。
织物18可以是机织结构或非机织结构,通常是一条在1至20米之间的机织的聚丙烯单丝织物并且通过把钢接缝夹插入该带的端部而制成无接头环带,这些缝夹交错对插并且通过铰合线结合在一起。
边沿衬条10的材料最好经过硫化以使该衬条具有温度稳定性,并且该材料还具有一定的烯含量,它在受热时所给出的附着力足以使织物边缘永久地粘合在边沿衬条材料上。
槽14可以伸进到衬条内例如30至80毫米,衬条在该槽附近的厚度可以为4至12毫米。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于滤带的边缘结构,该边缘结构包括至少一段长度的织物和位于该织物平面内的边沿衬条,该边沿衬条被开口分成两个部分,从而提供了一个在所述平面内延伸用来容纳该织物的所述一个边缘的槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的边缘结构,其特征在于,该边沿衬条包括一个边缘导轨部分和在该织物的该平面内延伸的平面部分,该边缘导轨部分和该平面部分制成一个整体。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的边缘结构,其特征在于,该开口在该平面部分上形成上和下折板,这些上和下折板在插入该织物的所述一个边缘以后被依次焊接在与所述一个边缘邻接的该织物区的相应的上和下表面上。
