一种用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,包括可视光纤镜套管、套装于可视光纤镜套管内的可视光纤镜,所述光纤镜套管设有光纤镜通道和工作通道两个独立的通道,所述可视光纤镜设于光纤镜通道内,所述光纤镜通道的前端是盲端且透明密封可导光,所述工作通道的前端与输尿管镜的前端结构相同,所述工作通道内还设有弹簧夹,所述弹簧夹可通过工作通道进入人体膀胱。利用本发明,可实现可视光纤镜在术后无需灭菌处理即可重复性使用,在不妨碍光纤产生手术视野的前提下,不会与人体组织有任何接触,因此能够符合一次性使用需求,成本价格低,不产生污染,便于连续手术操作。

Description

一种用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械装置,具体涉及一种用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置。
背景技术
临床上,对于输尿管狭窄、上尿路结石等的手术后,会常规留置输尿管支架管,起到手术后扩张支撑和引流作用。一般1-3月左右于膀胱镜下异物钳拔出。异物钳的工作通道是在膀胱镜上(与膀胱镜是一体的),异物钳通过这个工作通道进入膀胱,从而抓取出输尿管支架管,而这种器械(膀胱镜和异物钳)是重复性使用的器械,每次使用完毕,需要做完整有效的消毒灭菌和无菌包装处理,而且该操作需在手术室或膀胱镜室完成,成本高,且存在交叉感染的可能性,另外,因为每次使用后,有消毒灭菌的要求,所以手术排期不能连续性进行,即一个膀胱镜短时期内只能使用一次,尤其在人满为患的大医院,患者可能需等镜隔日才能拔除,增加患者的经济负担。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可连续手术操作的便携式可视光纤镜以及可视光纤镜套管。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,包括可视光纤镜套管、套装于可视光纤镜套管内的可视光纤镜,所述光纤镜套管设有光纤镜通道和工作通道两个独立的通道,所述可视光纤镜设于光纤镜通道内,所述光纤镜通道的前端是盲端且透明密封可导光,所述工作通道的前端与输尿管镜的前端结构相同,所述工作通道内还设有弹簧夹,所述弹簧夹可通过工作通道进入人体膀胱。
进一步,所述工作通道的靠近入口的两侧设有灌注水出入口。
进一步,所述工作通道的弹簧夹进出口低于光纤镜通道的入口,弹簧夹的进出口处设有防水帽。
进一步,所述可视光纤镜包括相互连接的光棒和手柄,所述光棒的前端设有摄像头和LED灯,手柄末端通过活动铰链连接用于显示摄像头拍摄图像的显示器。
进一步,所述光棒结构为圆柱形,所述光棒通过连接套套接在手柄上,所述连接套的侧面设有限位卡槽,所述光纤镜套管端部设有与所述限位卡槽对应的活动卡扣。
进一步,所述手柄外表面设有防滑凸起及按键,可控制所述摄像头拍照录像。
进一步,所述手柄内部设有充电模块,其侧端设有与所述充电模块连接的充电接口。
本发明可实现可视光纤镜在术后无需灭菌处理即可重复性使用,在不妨碍光纤产生手术视野的前提下,不会与人体组织有任何接触,因此能够符合一次性使用需求,成本价格低,不产生污染,便于连续手术操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照附图1-3,本实施例包括可视光纤镜套管1、套装于可视光纤镜套管1内的可视光纤镜2,所述光纤镜套管1设有光纤镜通道11和工作通道12两个独立的通道,所述可视光纤镜2设于光纤镜通道11内,所述光纤镜通道11的前端111是盲端且透明密封,不妨碍光纤产生手术视野,而且不与人体组织有任何接触;所述工作通道12的前端121与现有的输尿管镜的前端结构相同,所述工作通道12上还设有弹簧夹122,所述弹簧夹122可通过工作通道12进入人体膀胱3,拔除输尿管内的支架4。
弹簧夹122固定在工作通道12内,其伸出端可以通过推拉的方式控制进出人体膀胱3端的收合,实现输尿管内的支架4的拔出。
所述可视光纤镜2包括相互连接的光棒21和手柄22,所述光棒21的前端设有摄像头和LED灯23,手柄22末端通过活动铰链24连接用于显示摄像头和LED灯23拍摄图像的显示器25,显示器25可上下转动及左右转动。
所述光棒21结构为圆柱形,所述光棒21通过连接套5套接在手柄上,所述连接套5的侧面设有限位卡槽51,所述光纤镜套管1端部设有与所述限位卡槽51对应的活动卡扣(图中未示出)。
所述手柄22外表面设有防滑凸起及按键221,可控制所述摄像头和LED灯23拍照录像。
所述手柄22内部设有充电模块222,其侧端设有与所述充电模块222连接的充电接口。
所述工作通道12靠近入口的两侧各设有一个灌注水出入口123,灌注水出入口123通过阀门控制其流量的大小,所述工作通道12的弹簧夹进出口124低于光纤镜通道11的入口,弹簧夹进出口124处设有防水帽125,防止灌注液体回流。
本发明中的可视光纤镜套管1设有光纤镜通道11、工作通道12两个独立的通道,光纤通道11在不妨碍光纤产生手术视野的前提下,可视光纤镜2不会与人体组织有任何接触,使用后,取出的可视光纤镜2不需要消毒灭菌处理,马上可以重复使用,仅需更换新的可视光纤镜套管1,因此不仅能够符合一次性使用需求,而且成本价格低,其中主要的部件可视光纤镜2不直接接触人体组织,不会产生接触污染,手术完成后,可视光纤镜2无需灭菌处理,可以连续手术操作。
本发明中的可视光纤镜2其结构简单,操作简捷、方便,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
本发明中可视光纤镜套管1一次性使用,与可视光纤镜2连接快捷,不仅可明显缩短手术时间,还可缩短手术衔接时间,提高手术效率。可视光纤镜2不与人体接触,无需消毒及保养,极大节约了维护成本及人力成本。本发明将现有的异物钳更换为弹簧夹,操作更加方便,进一步提高了手术效率。
本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种修改和变型,倘若这些修改和变型在本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则这些修改和变型也仍在本发明专利的保护范围之内。
说明书中未详细描述的内容为本领域技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,其特征在于:包括可视光纤镜套管、套装于可视光纤镜套管内的可视光纤镜,所述光纤镜套管设有光纤镜通道和工作通道两个独立的通道,所述可视光纤镜设于光纤镜通道内,所述光纤镜通道的前端是盲端且透明密封可导光,所述工作通道的前端与输尿管镜的前端结构相同,所述工作通道内还设有弹簧夹,所述弹簧夹可通过工作通道进入人体膀胱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,其特征在于:所述工作通道靠近入口的两侧设有灌注水出入口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,其特征在于:所述工作通道的弹簧夹进出口低于光纤镜通道的入口,弹簧夹的进出口处设有防水帽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,其特征在于:所述可视光纤镜包括相互连接的光棒和手柄,所述光棒的前端设有摄像头和LED灯,手柄末端通过活动铰链连接用于显示摄像头拍摄图像的显示器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,其特征在于:所述光棒结构为圆柱形,所述光棒通过连接套套接在手柄上,所述连接套的侧面设有限位卡槽,所述光纤镜套管端部设有与所述限位卡槽对应的活动卡扣。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,其特征在于:所述手柄外表面设有防滑凸起及按键,可控制所述摄像头拍照录像。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于经尿道拔除输尿管内支架的便携式装置,其特征在于:所述手柄内部设有充电模块,其侧端设有与所述充电模块连接的充电接口。
