技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,特别涉及一种像素电路及其驱动方法、显示基板和显示装置。
背景技术
有源矩阵有机发光二极管面板(Active Matrix Organic Light EmittingDiode,简称:AMOLED)的应用越来越广泛。AMOLED的像素显示器件为有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,简称OLED),AMOLED能够发光是通过驱动晶体管在饱和状态下产生驱动电流,该驱动电流驱动OLED发光。
由于现有的低温多晶硅工艺制程中,显示基板上各个驱动晶体管的阈值电压均匀性较差,而且在使用过程中还会发生漂移,这样当扫描线控制开关晶体管导通以向驱动晶体管输入相同数据电压时,由于驱动晶体管的阈值电压不同而产生不同的驱动电流,从而导致显示装置中OLED亮度的均一性较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提出了一种像素电路及其驱动方法、显示基板和显示装置。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种像素电路,包括:数据写入电路、复位补偿电路、发光控制电路、和驱动晶体管,所述复位补偿电路与所述驱动晶体管的栅极连接于第一节点,所述复位补偿电路与所述数据写入电路连接于第二节点,所述复位补偿电路与所述驱动晶体管的第二极、所述发光控制电路连接于第三节点;
所述数据写入电路,与栅线和数据线连接,配置为响应于所述栅线所提供的栅驱动信号的控制将所述数据线提供的数据电压写入至所述第二节点;
所述发光控制电路,与发光控制信号线、发光器件的第一极连接,配置为响应于所述发光控制信号线所提供的发光控制信号的控制,控制所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间的通断;
所述复位补偿电路,与所述栅线、复位控制信号线和第一电压输入端连接,配置为响应于所述栅线所提供的栅驱动信号的控制将所述第一节点与所述第三节点之间导通,并在所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间导通时将所述发光器件的第一极处电压写入至所述第一节点以对所述第一节点进行复位,在所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间断路时获取所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压,以及响应于所述复位控制信号线所提供的复位控制信号的控制将所述第一电压输入端提供的第一电压写入至所述第二节点,并根据所述第二节点处电压变化和所述阈值电压向所述第一节点写入能够对所述驱动晶体管进行阈值补偿的发光电压;
所述驱动晶体管,其第一极与所述第一电压输入端连接,配置为根据所述发光电压产生能够驱动所述发光器件发光的驱动电流。
在一些实施例中,所述发光电压满足:

复位阶段,所述发光控制电路响应于所述发光控制信号的控制将所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间导通,所述复位补偿电路响应于所述栅驱动信号的控制将所述第一节点与所述第三节点导通,发光器件的第一极处的电压通过第三节点写入至第一节点以对所述第一节点进行复位;

具体实施方式
为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明提供的一种像素电路及其驱动方法、显示基板和显示装置进行详细描述。
图1为相关技术中涉及的一种像素电路的电路结构示意图,如图1所示,图1中所示的像素电路包括3个薄膜晶体管DTFT、M1、M2和1个电容C1(也称为称3T1C电路),由于该3T1C电路不具备对驱动晶体管的阈值电压进行补偿的功能,因此采样该3T1C电路的显示装置中会存在明显的OLED发光亮度不均的问题。
图2为相关技术涉及的另一种像素电路的电路结构示意图,如图2所示,图1中所示的像素电路包括7个薄膜晶体管DTFT、M1~M6和1个电容C1(也称为称7T1C电路),该7T1C电路具有对驱动晶体管的阈值电压进行内部补偿的功能,可在一定程度上提升显示装置中OLED亮度的均一性。然而,由于7T1C电路中薄膜晶体管的数量较多,在进行版图设计时,每个像素电路会占用较大的空间,无法应用于一些高PPI显示装置中。
针对相关技术中存在的至少之一的技术问题,本公开提供了相应的解决方案,下面将结合具体实施例来进行详细描述。
在本公开中,发光器件可以是现有技术中包括LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)或OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)在内的电流驱动型发光器件,在下述各实施例中是以OLED为例进行的说明。
晶体管可分别独立选自多晶硅薄膜晶体管、非晶硅薄膜晶体管、氧化物薄膜晶体管以及有机薄膜晶体管中的一种。其中,“控制极”具体是指晶体管的栅极,“第一极”具体是指晶体管的源极,“第二极”具体是指晶体管的漏极。当然,本领域的技术人员应该知晓的是,该“第一极”与“第二极”可进行互换,即“第一极”具体是指晶体管的漏极,“第二极”具体是指晶体管的源极。
另外,按照晶体管半导体特性的不同,晶体管可以分为N型晶体管和P型晶体管。其中,在晶体管作为开关晶体管使用时,N型开关晶体管受控于高电平控制信号而导通,受控于低电平控制信号而截止;P型开关晶体管受控于低电平控制信号而导通,受控于高电平控制信号而截止。在下面各实施例中,以像素电路中的所有晶体管均为P型晶体管为例进行示例性描述。
图3为本公开实施例提供的一种像素电路的电路结构示意图,如图3所示,该像素电路包括:数据写入电路1、复位补偿电路2、发光控制电路3和驱动晶体管DTFT,复位补偿电路2与驱动晶体管DTFT的栅极连接于第一节点N1,复位补偿电路2与数据写入电路1连接于第二节点N2,复位补偿电路2与驱动晶体管DTFT的第二极连接于第三节点N3。
其中,数据写入电路1与栅线GATE和数据线DATA连接,数据写入电路1配置为响应于栅线GATE所提供的栅驱动信号的控制将数据线DATA提供的数据电压写入至第二节点N2。
发光控制电路3与发光控制信号线EM、发光器件OLED的第一极连接,发光控制电路3配置为响应于发光控制信号线EM所提供的发光控制信号的控制,控制第三节点N3与发光器件OLED的第一极之间的通断。
复位补偿电路2与栅线GATE、复位控制信号线RST和第一电压输入端连接,复位补偿电路2配置为响应于栅线GATE所提供的栅驱动信号的控制将第一节点N1与第三节点N3之间导通,并在第三节点N3与发光器件OLED的第一极之间导通时将发光器件OLED的第一极处电压写入至第一节点N1以对第一节点N1进行复位,在第三节点N3与发光器件OLED的第一极之间断路时获取驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值电压;复位补偿电路2还配置为响应于复位控制信号线RST所提供的复位控制信号的控制将第一电压输入端提供的第一电压写入至第二节点N2,并根据第二节点N2处电压变化和阈值电压向第一节点N1写入能够对驱动晶体管DTFT进行阈值补偿的发光电压。
驱动晶体管DTFT的第一极与第一电压输入端连接,驱动晶体管DTFT配置为根据发光电压产生能够驱动发光器件OLED发光的驱动电流。
本公开实施例提供的像素电路的工作过程包括如下几个阶段:
在复位阶段,发光控制电路3响应于发光控制信号的控制将第三节点N3与发光器件OLED的第一极之间导通,复位补偿电路2响应于栅驱动信号的控制将第一节点N1与第三节点N3导通,发光器件OLED的第一极处的电压通过第三节点N3写入至第一节点N1以对第一节点N1进行复位。
在补偿阶段,发光控制电路3响应于发光控制信号的控制将第三节点N3与发光器件OLED的第一极之间断开,数据写入电路1响应与栅驱动信号的控制将数据电压写入至第二节点N2,复位补偿电路2响应于栅驱动信号的控制将第一节点N1与第三节点N3导通,第一电压输入端通过驱动晶体管DTFT、第三节点N3来对第一节点N1进行充电,以获取驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值电压。
在发光电压生成阶段,复位补偿电路2响应于复位控制信号的控制将第一电压写入至第二节点N2,并根据第二节点N2处电压变化和阈值电压向第一节点N1写入能够对驱动晶体管DTFT进行阈值补偿的发光电压。
在发光阶段,驱动晶体管DTFT根据发光电压产生相应的驱动电流,发光控制电路3响应于发光控制信号的控制将第三节点N3与发光器件OLED的第一极之间导通,以将驱动电流提供给发光器件OLED。
基于上述内容可见,本公开实施例提供的像素电路工作于复位阶段时可利用发光器件OLED的第一极处的电压来对第一节点N1(驱动晶体管DTFT的栅极)进行复位,因此无需为第一节点N1的复位配置独立的复位电压输入端,有利于简化电路结构,减小像素电路整体尺寸;与此同时,本公开实施例提供的像素电路还能有效对驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值进行补偿,可有效显示装置中OLED亮度的均一性。
在一些实施例中,在发光电压生成阶段时复位补偿电路2根据第二节点N2处电压变化和阈值电压向第一节点N1写入能够对驱动晶体管DTFT进行阈值补偿的发光电压V0=2*V1+Vth-Vdata;其中,V0为发光电压,V1为第一电压,Vth为驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值电压,Vdata数据电压。下面将结合具体示例进行详细描述。
图4为本公开实施例提供的另一种像素电路的电路结构示意图,如图4所示,在一些实施例中,数据写入电路1包括:第一晶体管T1;第一晶体管T1的控制极与栅线GATE连接,第一晶体管T1的第一极与数据线DATA连接,第一晶体管T1的第二极与第二节点N2连接。
在一些实施例中,复位补偿电路2包括:第二晶体管T2、第三晶体管T3和电容C。其中,第二晶体管T2的控制极与栅线GATE连接,第二晶体管T2的第一极与第一节点N1连接,第二晶体管T2的第二极与第三节点N3连接;第三晶体管T3的控制极与复位控制信号线RST连接,第三晶体管T3的第一极与第二节点N2连接,第三晶体管T3的第二极与第一电压输入端连接;电容C的第一端与第二节点N2连接,电容C的第二端与第一节点N1连接。
在一些实施例中,发光控制电路3包括:第四晶体管T4;第四晶体管T4的控制极与发光控制信号线EM连接,第四晶体管T4的第一极与第三节点N3连接,第四晶体管T4的第二极与发光器件OLED的第一极连接。发光器件OLED的第二极与第二电压输入端连接。
下面将结合附图来对本公开实施例提供的像素电路的工作过程进行详细描述。需要说明的是,像素电路中的所有晶体管均为P型薄膜晶体管仅为本实施例的一种优选方案,这并不会对本发明的技术方案产生限制。在本实施例中,除驱动晶体管DTFT需为P型薄膜晶体管外,其他晶体管(第一晶体管T1~第四晶体管T4均作为开关管使用)也可选择性的设置为N型薄膜晶体管。第一电压输入端提供的第一电压V1,第二电压输入端提供的第二电压V2;在一些实施例中,第一电压为高电平工作电压Vdd,第二电压为接地电压Vss。
图5为图4所示像素电路的一种工作时序图,如图5所示,该像素电路的工作过程包括如下阶段:
在复位阶段t1,栅线GATE提供的栅驱动信号(又称为扫描信号)处于低电平,复位控制信号线RST提供的复位控制信号处于高电平,发光控制信号线EM提供的发光控制信号处于低电平。此时,第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2和第四晶体管T4均导通,第三晶体管T3截止。
驱动晶体管DTFT维持前一周期的导通状态,此时第一电压输入端与第二电压输入端之间形成通路,驱动晶体管DTFT和发光器件OLED进行串联分压,在不考虑第四晶体管T4的电阻情况下,发光器件OLED的第一极处电压约为(V1-V2)*R_OLED/(R_DTFT+R_OLED)+V2=(R_DTFT*V2+R_OLED*V1)/(R_DTFT+R_OLED)。其中,R_DTFT为驱动晶体管DTFT处于导通状态时的电阻,R_OLED为发光器件OLED处于导通状态时的电阻。
需要说明的是,R_DTFT和R_OLED两者处于导通状态时的电阻会受到电路中电流、导通时间等因素的影响,因此在复位阶段t1中OLED的第一极处电压不是恒定值(在1V~2V之间波动)。
由于第二晶体管T2处于导通状态,因此发光器件OLED的第一极处电压可通过第四晶体管T4、第三节点N3、第二晶体管T2写入至第一节点N1,以对第一节点N1处电压进行复位。需要说明的是,虽然在复位阶段t1中OLED的第一极处电压是不是恒定值,但是其电压值始终小于第一电压V1,即在N1节点完成复位处理后,N1节点处的电压是小于第一电压V1,驱动晶体管DTFT仍维持导通状态。
与此同时,由于第一晶体管T1处于导通状态,数据电压可通过第一晶体管T1写入至第二节点N2。
在补偿阶段t2,栅线GATE提供的栅驱动信号处于低电平,复位控制信号线RST提供的复位控制信号处于高电平,发光控制信号线EM提供的发光控制信号处于高电平。此时,第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2均导通,第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4均截止。
由于第四晶体管T4处于截止状态,因此驱动晶体管DTFT输出的电流通过第三节点N3、第二晶体管T2来对第一节点N1进行充电,第一节点N1处的电压上升。直至第一节点N1处的电压为V1+Vth时,驱动晶体管DTFT切换至截止状态,充电结束,复位补偿电路2获取到驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值电压Vth。
与此同时,由于第一晶体管T1维持于导通状态,第二节点N2处的电压维持数据电压。在复位阶段和补偿阶段,第一晶体管T1持续向第二节点N2写入数据电压,写入时间相对较长,以保证数据电压的准确写入。
在补偿阶段结束t2时,第一节点N1处的电压为V1+Vth,第二节点N2处的电压为Vdata,电容C的两端电压差为Vdata-V1-Vth。
在发光电压生成阶段t3,栅线GATE提供的栅驱动信号处于高电平,复位控制信号线RST提供的复位控制信号处于低电平,发光控制信号线EM提供的发光控制信号处于高电平。此时,第三晶体管T3导通,第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2和第四晶体管T4均截止。
第一电压V1通过第三晶体管T3写入至第二节点N2,第二节点N2处电压由前一阶段的Vdata变为V1。由于第二晶体管T2截止,因此第一节点N1处于浮接状态,在电容C的自举作用下,第一节点N1处的电压会随着第二节点N2处电压变化而发生变化,第一节点N1处电压由前一阶段的V1+Vth变为V1+Vth+(V1-Vdata),即第一节点N1处写入发光电压V0=V1+Vth+(V1-Vdata)=2*V1+Vth-Vdata。
需要说明的是,为了保证发光电压能够让驱动晶体管DTFT导通,则V1-Vdata应小于0,即V1<Vdata。
在发光阶段t4,栅线GATE提供的栅驱动信号处于高电平,复位控制信号线RST提供的复位控制信号处于高电平,发光控制信号线EM提供的发光控制信号处于低电平。此时,第四晶体管T4导通,第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2和第三晶体管T3均截止。
此时,驱动晶体管DTFT的栅源电压Vgs(栅极与源极的电压差)为2*V1+Vth-Vdata-V1=V1+Vth-Vdata。
根据驱动晶体管DTFTDTFT的饱和驱动电流公式可得:
I=K*(Vgs-Vth)2
=K*(V1+Vth-Vdata-Vth)2
=K*(Vdata-V1)2
其中,I为驱动晶体管DTFT输出的驱动电流;K为一个常量,与驱动晶体管DTFTDTFT的沟道特征相关。
通过上式可知,在发光阶段t4时,驱动晶体管DTFT输出的驱动电流与驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值电压无关,即实现了对驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值补偿,从而可解决因驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值电压不同而导致发光亮度不均一的问题。
另外,在本实施例中,像素电路为5T1C电路(包括5个晶体管和1个电容C)其中用于获取驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值电压的第二晶体管T2和用于控制发光器件OLED发光的第四晶体管T4,可在复位阶段复用为对第一节点N1进行复位处理,因此无需额外配置晶体管和复位电压输入端,有利于简化电路结构,减小像素电路整体尺寸。
基于上述内容可见,本公开实施例提供的像素电路可在满足具备阈值补偿功能的情况下,还具有小尺寸的特征,可适用于高PPI产品中。
图6为图4所示像素电路的另一种工作时序图,如图6所示,与图5中所示工作时序不同的是,图6所示工作时序中在发光电压生成阶段t3和发光阶段t4之间还包括:电荷维持阶段t3a,下面仅对电荷维持阶段t3a进行详细描述。
在电荷维持阶段t3a,栅线GATE提供的栅驱动信号处于高电平,复位控制信号线RST提供的复位控制信号处于高电平,发光控制信号线EM提供的发光控制信号处于稿电平。此时,第一晶体管、第二晶体管、第三晶体管和第四晶体管均截止。
由于第一晶体管、第二晶体管、第三晶体管、第四晶体管均截止,因此第一节点N1、第二节点N2和第三节点N3均处于浮接状态,以维持发光电压生成阶段结束时的电压。
在实际应用中,对于整个显示装置而言,一帧时间划分为驱动阶段和稳定显示阶段,在驱动阶段各行像素电路依次对所连接的发光器件OLED进行驱动(进行上述复位阶段t1、补偿阶段t2和发光电压生成阶段t3),在稳定显示阶段时所有OLED同时进行发光(所有像素电路同时进入上述发光阶段t4)以实现画面显示。在除位于最后一行像素电路外的其他各行像素电路,需要等待最后一行像素电路完成发光电压生成阶段后,才能进入发光阶段t4。因此,除最后一行像素电路外,位于其他行的像素电路在完成发光电压生成阶段后需要先进行电荷维持阶段t3a,然后再进行发光阶段t4;对于最后一行像素电路,其在完成发光电压生成阶段可直接进行发光阶段t4。
下面表1为图1所示3T1C像素电路、图4所示5T1C像素电路、图2所示7T1C模拟在驱动晶体管的阈值电压恒定但数据电压不同的情况下分别输出的驱动电流情况。

通过表1模拟可见,在驱动晶体管的阈值电压不变的情况下,对于不同的数据电压,3T1C像素电路、5T1C像素电路和7T1C像素电路均可输出不同的驱动电流,以实现不同灰阶显示。
下面表2为图1所示3T1C像素电路、图4所示5T1C像素电路、图2所示7T1C模拟在数据电压恒定但驱动晶体管的阈值电压不同的情况下分别输出的驱动电流情况。
通过表1模拟可见,在数据电压不变的情况下,在驱动晶体管的阈值电压发生变化后,相关技术提供的3T1C像素电路输出驱动电流会发生较大的偏移(1.2E-13~1.0E-12),而本公开提供的5T1C像素电路输出的驱动电流的发生较小偏移(2.6E-09~3.4E-09),相关技术提供的7T1C像素电路输出驱动电流会发生较小的偏移(-6.5E-12~-7.3E-12)。由此可见,本公开实施例提供的5T1C像素电路和相关技术提供的7T1C电路均可以起到对驱动晶体管的阈值电压进行有效补偿的作用。
图7为本公开实施例提供的一种像素驱动方法的流程图,如图7所示,该像素驱动方法基于上述实施例提供的像素电路,该像素驱动方法包括:
步骤S1、在复位阶段,发光控制电路响应于发光控制信号的控制将第三节点与发光器件的第一极之间导通,复位补偿电路响应于栅驱动信号的控制将第一节点与第三节点导通,发光器件的第一极处的电压通过第三节点写入至第一节点以对第一节点进行复位。
步骤S2、在补偿阶段,发光控制电路响应于发光控制信号的控制将第三节点与发光器件的第一极之间断开,数据写入电路响应与栅驱动信号的控制将数据电压写入至第二节点,复位补偿电路响应于栅驱动信号的控制将第一节点与第三节点导通,第一电压输入端通过驱动晶体管、第三节点来对第一节点进行充电,以获取驱动晶体管的阈值电压。
步骤S3、在发光电压生成阶段,复位补偿电路响应于复位控制信号的控制将第一电压写入至第二节点,并根据第二节点处电压变化和阈值电压向第一节点写入能够对驱动晶体管进行阈值补偿的发光电压。
步骤S4、在发光阶段,驱动晶体管根据发光电压产生相应的驱动电流,发光控制电路响应于发光控制信号的控制将第三节点与发光器件的第一极之间导通,以将驱动电流提供给发光器件。
在一些实施例中,在步骤S3和步骤S4之间还包括:步骤S3a(图中未示出)。
步骤S3a、电荷维持阶段,复位补偿电路响应于复位控制信号的控制使得第一电压输入段与第二节点之间断路。
对于上述各步骤的具体描述,可参见前面实施例中相应内容,此处不再赘述。
本公开实施例还提供了一种显示基板,该显示基板包括:像素电路,该像素电路采用上述实施例提供的像素电路,具体描述可参见上述实施例中的内容,此处不再赘述。
本公开实施例还提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置包括:显示基板,该显示基板采用上述实施例提供的显示基板,具体描述可参见上述实施例中的内容,此处不再赘述。
本公开实施例中的显示装置可以为:电子纸、OLED面板、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种像素电路,其特征在于,包括:数据写入电路、复位补偿电路、发光控制电路、和驱动晶体管,所述复位补偿电路与所述驱动晶体管的栅极连接于第一节点,所述复位补偿电路与所述数据写入电路连接于第二节点,所述复位补偿电路与所述驱动晶体管的第二极、所述发光控制电路连接于第三节点;
所述像素电路的驱动过程包括依次进行的复位阶段、补偿阶段、发光电压生成阶段、电荷维持阶段和发光阶段;
所述数据写入电路,与栅线和数据线连接,配置为在所述补偿阶段响应于所述栅线所提供的栅驱动信号的控制将所述数据线提供的数据电压写入至所述第二节点;
所述发光控制电路,与发光控制信号线、发光器件的第一极连接,配置为响应于所述发光控制信号线所提供的发光控制信号的控制,控制所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间的通断,其中在所述复位阶段和所述发光阶段所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间导通,在所述补偿阶段、所述发光电压生成阶段和所述电荷维持阶段所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间断开;
所述复位补偿电路,与所述栅线、复位控制信号线和第一电压输入端连接,配置为响应于所述栅线所提供的栅驱动信号的控制将所述第一节点与所述第三节点之间导通,并在所述复位阶段时将所述发光器件的第一极处电压写入至所述第一节点以对所述第一节点进行复位,在所述补偿阶段获取所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压,且在所述发光电压生成阶段响应于所述复位控制信号线所提供的复位控制信号的控制将所述第一电压输入端提供的第一电压写入至所述第二节点,并根据所述第二节点处电压变化和所述阈值电压向所述第一节点写入能够对所述驱动晶体管进行阈值补偿的发光电压,以及在所述电荷维持阶段响应于所述复位控制信号的控制使得所述第一电压输入端与所述第二节点之间断路并维持所述第一节点处的电压为所述发光电压;
所述驱动晶体管,其第一极与所述第一电压输入端连接,配置为在所述发光阶段根据所述发光电压产生能够驱动所述发光器件发光的驱动电流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述发光电压满足:
V0=2*V1+Vth-Vdata
其中,V0为发光电压,V1为所述第一电压,Vth为所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压,Vdata所述数据电压。
3.根据权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述数据写入电路包括:第一晶体管;
所述第一晶体管的控制极与所述栅线连接,所述第一晶体管的第一极与所述数据线连接,所述第一晶体管的第二极与所述第二节点连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述复位补偿电路包括:第二晶体管、第三晶体管和电容;
所述第二晶体管的控制极与所述栅线连接,所述第二晶体管的第一极与所述第一节点连接,所述第二晶体管的第二极与所述第三节点连接;
所述第三晶体管的控制极与所述复位控制信号线连接,所述第三晶体管的第一极与第二节点连接,所述第三晶体管的第二极与所述第一电压输入端连接;
所述电容的第一端与所述第二节点连接,所述电容的第二端与所述第一节点连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述发光控制电路包括:第四晶体管;
所述第四晶体管的控制极与所述发光控制信号线连接,所述第四晶体管的第一极与所述第三节点连接,所述第四晶体管的第二极与所述发光器件的第一极连接。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述像素电路内的所有晶体管均为P型晶体管。
7.一种显示基板,其特征在于,包括:如上述权利要求1-6中任一所述的像素电路。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:如上述权利要求7中所述的显示基板。
9.一种像素驱动方法,其特征在于,所述像素驱动方法基于上述权利要求1-6中任一所述的像素电路,所述像素驱动方法包括:
复位阶段,所述发光控制电路响应于所述发光控制信号的控制将所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间导通,所述复位补偿电路响应于所述栅驱动信号的控制将所述第一节点与所述第三节点导通,发光器件的第一极处的电压通过第三节点写入至第一节点以对所述第一节点进行复位;
补偿阶段,所述发光控制电路响应于所述发光控制信号的控制将所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间断开,所述数据写入电路响应与所述栅驱动信号的控制将所述数据电压写入至所述第二节点,所述复位补偿电路响应于所述栅驱动信号的控制将所述第一节点与所述第三节点导通,所述第一电压输入端通过所述驱动晶体管、所述第三节点来对所述第一节点进行充电,以获取所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压;
发光电压生成阶段,所述复位补偿电路响应于所述复位控制信号的控制将所述第一电压写入至所述第二节点,并根据所述第二节点处电压变化和所述阈值电压向所述第一节点写入能够对所述驱动晶体管进行阈值补偿的发光电压;
电荷维持阶段,所述复位补偿电路响应于所述复位控制信号的控制使得所述第一电压输入端与所述第二节点之间断路,并维持所述第一节点处的电压为所述发光电压;
发光阶段,所述驱动晶体管根据所述发光电压产生相应的驱动电流,所述发光控制电路响应于所述发光控制信号的控制将所述第三节点与所述发光器件的第一极之间导通,以将所述驱动电流提供给所述发光器件。
