step three: fastening the metal screen at the edge of the frame body frame through a fastening assembly, placing a paint spraying receptor and the particle frame body on a paint spraying teaching frame together, wherein a plane where the particle frame body is located and a horizontal plane form a certain angle;
step four: the spray gun is held by hand, and the spray action is simulated to aim at the frame body frame to uniformly spray water mist; and after the spraying is finished, observing the whole color change condition of the color-changing silica gel particles so as to judge the spraying uniformity of the student.
In the fourth step, after the water spraying is completed, the CCD camera 51 can be used to photograph the object directly, or the metal screen 22 can be detached after the paint spraying receptor 1 is rotated to the horizontal position, and then the CCD camera 51 can be used to photograph the object.
The inner pad of the frame body frame is provided with a deformable foam sheet, and the deformable foam sheet is close to one surface of the paint spraying receptor and is attached to the paint spraying receptor. Before the upper surfaces of the allochroic silicagel particles are covered by the metal screen in the second step, the allochroic silicagel particles can be pressed into the deformable foam sheet firstly, so that half of the allochroic silicagel particles are immersed into the deformable foam sheet, and then the allochroic silicagel particles are covered by the metal screen.

Claims (10)

1. The device for paint spraying teaching is characterized by comprising a paint spraying receptor, a particle frame body and allochroic silica gel particles uniformly distributed in the particle frame body, wherein the particle frame body comprises a frame body frame and a metal screen mesh detachably arranged on the frame body frame; the frame body frame is a rectangular frame and is fixedly installed on the paint spraying receptor, and the metal screen is installed on the frame body frame and is far away from one side of the paint spraying receptor.
2. The device for paint spraying teaching of claim 1, wherein the allochroic silicagel particles are spherical and have a diameter of 1-8mm, and the diameters of the allochroic silicagel particles in the particle frame are all equal.
3. The device for teaching paint spraying according to claim 2, wherein the height of the frame body is 1-1.2 times the diameter of the allochroic silicagel particles.

The device for paint spraying teaching as claimed in claim 3, wherein the holes on the metal screen are circular, the diameter of the allochroic silicagel particles is equal to the distance between the centers of two adjacent holes on the metal screen, and the diameter of the holes is 0.7-0.8 times of the diameter of the allochroic silicagel particles.
5. A paint spraying teaching device as claimed in claim 4 wherein the metal screen is contoured flush with the inner edge of the rectangular frame and has a fastening assembly located therebelow for securing the metal screen to the rectangular frame.

The device for paint spraying teaching of claim 5, wherein the fastening assembly comprises a fastening strip for being clamped on the edge of the rectangular frame, and strip-shaped clamping grooves for clamping the fastening strip are formed in the upper edge and the lower edge of the rectangular frame.
7. The device for paint spraying teaching as claimed in claim 6, wherein at least one criss-cross.
8. The device for paint spraying teaching of claim 7, wherein the thickness of the transverse support bars and the longitudinal support bars is equal to the radius of the allochroic silica gel particles.
9. The device for teaching paint spraying according to claim 6, wherein the frame inner pad is provided with a deformable foam sheet, and the deformable foam sheet is attached to the paint spraying receptor near one surface of the paint spraying receptor.
10. The paint spraying teaching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
