Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following description is made by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, it shows an implementation flowchart of a management method for a shared parking lot according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
in step 101, a first duration is obtained, where the first duration represents an actual occupancy duration of a target parking space by a target vehicle in a shared parking lot.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first time length, namely the actual occupied time length of the target vehicle from staying at the target parking space to leaving the target parking space, can be obtained; specifically, a parking space detector may be disposed in each parking space of the shared parking lot, the time for the target vehicle to enter the target parking space and the time for the target vehicle to exit the target parking space may be detected by the parking space detector, and the first time length may be obtained by calculating a time difference between the time for the target vehicle to enter the target parking space and the time for the target vehicle to exit the target parking space.
In the embodiment of the invention, a full-video parking space detector covering the whole shared parking lot can be adopted, so that the first time length is obtained on one hand, and license plate number information of the vehicle can be acquired on the other hand.
Optionally, the step 101 may be implemented by:
monitoring the parking space state change of each parking space in the shared parking lot;
if the situation that the target parking space is changed from an idle state to an occupied state is monitored, acquiring a first image, wherein the first image comprises a license plate number of a target vehicle occupying the target parking space;
identifying the license plate number and recording the starting time of the target vehicle occupying the target parking space;
if the target parking space is monitored to be changed from the occupied state to the idle state, recording the end time;
and calculating the difference value between the ending time and the starting time to obtain the first duration.
In the embodiment of the invention, the parking spaces in the shared parking lot comprise two states, namely an occupied state in which the parked vehicles exist and an idle state in which the parked vehicles do not exist, and the first duration can be obtained by monitoring the state change of the parking spaces.
When the situation that the target parking space is changed from an idle state to an occupied state is monitored, license plate number information of the vehicle staying in the target parking space can be acquired through the camera, and the target vehicle can be identified.
Optionally, a parking space sensor is arranged at each parking space in the shared parking lot, and each parking space sensor corresponds to each parking space one by one; the monitoring sharing parking area each parking stall state change includes:
and when the parking space sensor corresponding to the target parking space detects that the vehicle appears in the target parking space, and the staying time of the appearing vehicle in the target parking space is longer than a first preset time length, judging that the target parking space is changed from an idle state to an occupied state.
In practical application, when a vehicle passes through a parking space, false detection of a parking space sensor is possibly caused, the probability of false detection can be reduced through judgment of the residence time of the vehicle, and the detection accuracy is improved. The first preset time period may be 30 seconds or 1 minute, and when the staying time of the target vehicle at the target parking space reaches the first preset time period, the target vehicle may be regarded as a vehicle occupying the target parking space.
Optionally, monitoring the parking space state change of each parking space in the shared parking lot further includes:
and when the parking space sensor corresponding to the target parking space detects that the vehicle staying at the target parking space leaves and the leaving time is longer than a second preset time length, judging that the target parking space is changed from an occupied state to an idle state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second preset time period may be 30 seconds or 1 minute, and when a vehicle staying in the target parking space leaves and the leaving time is longer than the second preset time period, it may be determined that the target vehicle has left the target parking space.
In step 102, obtaining a second time length, wherein the second time length represents a time length from the time when the target vehicle enters the shared parking lot to the time when the target vehicle exits the shared parking lot;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the second time period represents a calculated time period of the parking fee, that is, a total time from the entrance of the vehicle into the parking lot to the exit thereof.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle enters or leaves the parking lot, the identification of the license plate number information is required so as to facilitate the positioning of the vehicle, the calculation of the time length and the clearing and settlement of the cost. The license plate recognition can be specifically realized by collecting a license plate image and identifying the license plate number, or other known prior arts are adopted, and further description is omitted here.
Optionally, the step 102 may be implemented by:
acquiring the time when the target vehicle enters the shared parking lot;
acquiring the time when the target vehicle drives out of the shared parking lot;
and calculating the difference between the time when the target vehicle exits the shared parking lot and the time when the target vehicle enters the shared parking lot to obtain the second duration.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target vehicle enters the shared parking lot, the time when the entrance barrier rod of the shared parking lot is released is taken as the time when the target vehicle enters the shared parking lot; and calculating a time difference value to obtain a second time length according to the time when the target vehicle is detected to be driven out of the shared parking lot at the exit of the shared parking lot.
In step 103, calculating a time length ratio of the first time length to the second time length;
in step 104, the parking fee of the target vehicle is counted based on the duration proportion, wherein the parking fee of the target vehicle is calculated based on the second duration.
In the embodiment of the invention, the proportion of the duration of the first duration to the second duration is calculated, and the duration proportion can be used as a basis for clearing the parking fee of the target vehicle to realize the clearing of the parking fee because the first duration is the duration of the target vehicle actually occupying the target parking space.
Optionally, the step 104 may include:
and dividing the first cost corresponding to the time length proportion in the parking cost to a cost attribution party corresponding to the target parking space.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the first time length is the time length that the target vehicle actually occupies the target parking space, and the cost corresponding to the time length should belong to the property party or the cost attribution party corresponding to the target parking space, the cost of the corresponding time length proportion in the parking cost can be divided to the property party or the cost attribution party corresponding to the target parking space according to the time length proportion.
Optionally, the step 104 may include:
acquiring the parking space quantity proportion of the charge attribution party corresponding to the target parking space in the shared parking lot;
calculating a second cost corresponding to the actual occupation time of the non-parking space in the parking cost;
and dividing the third cost corresponding to the parking space quantity proportion in the second cost to a cost attribution party corresponding to the target parking space.
In the embodiment of the invention, the parking cost is divided into two parts, one part is the cost corresponding to the actual occupied parking space, the cost can be cleared according to the attribution of the occupied parking space, the other part is the time from entering the parking lot to driving to the occupied parking space, and the time from leaving the occupied parking space to the parking lot, and the two times can be cleared according to the number proportion of the parking spaces of all property rights of the shared parking lot or the cost attribution party.
In practical applications, there are situations where a target vehicle parks twice in a shared parking lot and occupies parking spaces of different property parties, respectively. Illustratively, target vehicle a enters the shared parking lot at 9 points, stays at parking spot number 001 of home toll collector a from 9 points 10 to 10 points 10, stays at parking spot number 005 of home toll collector b from 10 points 30 to 11 points 30, and separates from the parking lot at 11 points 40. Then, for the vehicle a, the parking fee is calculated according to the second duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes from 9 o 'clock to 11 o' clock; if the parking space of the first charge party is occupied for 1 hour (from 9 points 10 to 10 points 10), the charge is divided into the first charge party; 1 hour (10 points 30 to 11 points 30) occupies the 005 th parking space of the belonging toll collector B, and the part of the charge is divided into B; and for the cost corresponding to 40 minutes except the two hours, the cost is respectively distributed according to the proportion of the number of the parking spaces of the shared parking lot A and the shared parking lot B. Therefore, the invention can objectively and accurately realize the expense clearing and settlement of the shared parking lot and can accurately record and process special conditions.
Optionally, the step 104 may include:
acquiring a third time length, wherein the third time length represents the actual occupation time length of the target vehicle to the parking spaces except the target parking space in the second time length;
calculating a ratio of the first duration to a sum of the first duration and the third duration;
calculating a second cost corresponding to the actual occupation time of the non-parking space in the parking cost;
and dividing the third cost accounting for the second cost into a cost attribution party corresponding to the target parking space.
In the embodiment of the invention, the parking cost required to be distributed to each cost attribution party is respectively distributed according to two cost parts, one cost part is the cost corresponding to the actual occupied parking space, the cost can be distributed according to the attribution of the occupied parking space, the other cost part is the time from entering the parking lot to driving the occupied parking space, and the time from leaving the occupied parking space to the parking lot, and the two times can be distributed according to the time length proportion of different parking spaces actually occupied by the target vehicle in the shared parking lot.
Then, for the vehicle a, the parking fee is calculated according to the second duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes from 9 o 'clock to 11 o' clock; if the parking space of the first charge party is occupied for 1 hour (from 9 points 10 to 10 points 10), the charge is divided into the first charge party; and if 1 hour (10 points 30 to 11 points 30) occupies the 005 th parking space of the belonging toll collector B, the part of the charge is divided into B.
And for the costs (second costs) corresponding to 40 minutes other than these two hours, the calculation is as follows: the occupation time of the space 001 is 1 hour (first time), the occupation time of the space 002 is 1 hour (third time), the sum of the occupation times is 2 hours (the sum of the first time and the third time), the occupation ratio is half, and then, the half of the second cost can be divided into the first cost attribution party of the space 001. Therefore, the invention can objectively and accurately realize the expense clearing and settlement of the shared parking lot and can accurately record and process special conditions.
Optionally, the management method further includes:
obtaining non-clearing fees, wherein the non-clearing fees represent fees which are not cleared when the preset time length is exceeded in the collected parking fees;
acquiring the parking space quantity proportion of the charge attribution party corresponding to the target parking space in the shared parking lot;
and dividing the fourth cost corresponding to the parking space quantity proportion in the undistributed cost to the cost attribution party corresponding to the target parking space.
In practical application, the situation that the license plate number is not acquired or the actual parking space is not detected exists, and the parking fee collected under the situation is difficult to be cleared. In the embodiment of the invention, when the charging of the parking fee is detected to have the fee which is not cleared for more than the preset time, the fee is cleared according to the proportion of the number of the parking spaces of the shared parking lot of the fee attribution party.
Therefore, the invention can be used for clearing the parking fee by acquiring the actual occupation time of the target vehicle in the shared parking lot and calculating the proportion of the actual occupation time to the time from the entrance of the target vehicle into the shared parking lot to the exit of the target vehicle from the shared parking lot, and the parking fee is calculated according to the time from the entrance of the target vehicle into the shared parking lot to the exit of the target vehicle from the shared parking lot, wherein the proportion represents the actual parking lot occupation condition of the target vehicle.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
