2. The method of claim 1, wherein calculating a parking fee for the target vehicle based on the first time record, the second time record, and a preset rule, further comprises:
according to the preset rule, the time length from the entrance time of the second barrier gate to the exit time of the first barrier gate is used as the parking time of the target vehicle;
determining the parking fee price of the target vehicle according to the preset rule and the parking time of the target vehicle;
and calculating the parking fee of the target vehicle according to the parking time of the target vehicle and the parking fee price of the target vehicle.
3. A parking lot charging device, comprising: the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a fare module;
the first obtaining module is configured to obtain a first time record of the current parking of a target vehicle in a target parking lot, where the first time record includes departure time of a first barrier of the target vehicle, the target parking lot includes the first area, and the first barrier and the second barrier are barriers for the departure and the departure of the first area;
the second obtaining module is configured to obtain a second time record of the current parking of the target vehicle in the target parking lot, where the second time record includes at least one of an entry time of a third barrier and an exit time of a fourth barrier of the target vehicle, a second area is nested in the first area, and the third barrier and the fourth barrier are barriers for entry and exit of the second area;
the fare module is used for calculating the parking fare of the target vehicle according to the first time record, the second time record and a preset rule, and the preset rule is used for indicating the price of the parking fare;

the first duration unit is used for taking the time length from the departure time of the fourth barrier gate to the departure time of the first barrier gate as the first parking duration of the target vehicle in the first area according to the preset rule when the second time record comprises the departure time of the third barrier gate and the departure time of the fourth barrier gate and the first time record comprises the departure time of the first barrier gate and does not comprise the departure time of the second barrier gate; and taking the time length from the entrance time of the third barrier gate to the exit time of the fourth barrier gate as a second parking time length of the target vehicle in the second area according to the preset rule.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the fare module comprises: the system comprises a second duration unit, a price unit and a second calculation unit;
the second duration unit is used for taking the time length from the entrance time of the second barrier gate to the exit time of the first barrier gate as the parking duration of the target vehicle according to the preset rule;
the price unit is used for determining the parking fee price of the target vehicle according to the preset rule and the parking time of the target vehicle;
and the second calculating unit is used for calculating the parking fee of the target vehicle according to the parking time of the target vehicle and the parking fee price of the target vehicle.
