In one embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: a thermodynamic diagram module: the system comprises a plurality of parking spaces, a plurality of sensors and a control module, wherein the parking spaces are used for receiving expected income information of the parking spaces; the publishing module is further configured to: and sending the thermodynamic diagram to the terminal of the second user so as to present the thermodynamic diagram to the second user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the acquisition module acquires parking space usage information through at least one of a camera, an ultrasonic radar, geomagnetism, and a parking lot entry and exit record.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first user driving information includes: the position, the frequency of use and the use price on parking stall to and whether first user is the initiative and uses the parking stall, whether first user is the passive parking stall of using, the brand of parking the vehicle on the parking stall, the mileage that first user experienced when driving to the parking stall.

The apparatus 500 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 520, such as Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTMOr the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by a processor of the apparatus 500, enable the apparatus 500 to perform a method of assessing a value of a parking space, comprising: generating a certain number of integrals; acquiring first user driving information, wherein the first user driving information comprises: information describing at least one first user driving a vehicle to make a stop on a parking space; distributing a part of the points in a certain number of points to at least one first user according to the driving information of the first user; generating parking space point information according to the number of points obtained by at least one first user; and generating an evaluation result of the parking space according to the parking space integral information.

Claims (1)

1. A method of assessing a value of a parking space, comprising:
generating a certain number of integrals based on an integral system of the block chain;
acquiring first user driving information, wherein the first user driving information comprises: the parking space control method comprises the following steps of (1) the position, the use frequency and the use price of a parking space, whether a first user uses the parking space actively or not, whether the first user uses the parking space passively or not, the brand of a vehicle parked on the parking space, the mileage experienced when the first user drives the vehicle to the parking space, and the average speed of the first user in the process of driving the vehicle to the parking space;
distributing a part of the certain number of points to a first user according to the first user driving information;
generating parking space integral information according to the number of the integral obtained by the first user;
generating an evaluation result of the parking space according to parking space usage information and the parking space integral information, wherein the parking space usage information is acquired through at least one of a camera, an ultrasonic radar, geomagnetism and a parking lot access record;
the method for evaluating parking space value further comprises: acquiring a transaction price of a parking space;
issuing the transaction price of the parking space so that a second user can conveniently perform the transaction of the parking space according to the issued transaction price of the parking space and the evaluation result of the parking space; acquiring historical charging information of a parking space; calculating and generating expected income information of the parking space according to the historical charging information of the parking space, the transaction price of the parking space and the evaluation result of the parking space; issuing the expected income information so that a second user can trade the parking space according to the issued expected income information; comparing and arranging expected income information of a plurality of parking spaces to generate a thermodynamic diagram, wherein the thermodynamic diagram is used for describing the high-low relation of the income of the plurality of parking spaces; and sending the thermodynamic diagram to a terminal of the second user so as to present the thermodynamic diagram to the second user.
