Quaternary ammonium salts of organosilicon
In one embodiment, the silicone quaternary ammonium salt is an alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride.
In one embodiment, the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride has from 15 to 35 carbon atoms; preferably, the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride has 20 to 30 carbon atoms; more preferably, the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride has 24 to 26 carbon atoms; most preferably, the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride has 26 carbon atoms.
From the technical effect of the invention, the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt is dimethyl octadecyl [3 (methoxy silicon) propyl group]Ammonium chloride, formula C26H58ClNO3Si with molecular weight of 496.28 and CAS number of 27668-52-6, is stable at normal temperature and pressure, avoids contact with acid, and has a structural formula
Figure BDA0002625282120000041
Silane coupling agent
In one embodiment, the silane coupling agent is a chlorosilane-containing coupling agent.
In one embodiment, the chlorosilane-containing coupling agent is selected from one or more of chloropropylmethyldimethoxysilane, 3-chloropropylmethyldiethoxysilane, 3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane, chloropropyltrimethoxysilane; preferably, the chlorine-containing silane coupling agent is 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane.
In the invention, the 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane has a chemical formula of C6H15ClO3The silicon-aluminum-silicon-aluminum composite material is mainly used as a coupling agent such as a material for processing glass fibers to improve the adhesive force with epoxy resin, and is suitable for surface treatment of the glass fibers and coupling of adhesives or composite materials such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, polyamide and the like. Stable at normal temperature and normal pressure, and avoids the contact of oxidant, acid, alkali and water. Colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, which is dissolved in benzene, ethanol and gasoline and is insoluble in water. The structural formula of the 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane is shown in the specification
Figure BDA0002625282120000042
Antibacterial agent
In one embodiment, the antimicrobial agent is selected from one or more of chlorothalonil, sabinenol, sodium pyrithione, polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, zinc pyrithione; preferably, the antibacterial agent is zinc pyrithione.
In the invention, the zinc pyrithione is also called zinc pyrithione, zinc octoate or 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxozinc, has CAS number of 13463-41-7, is a colorless solid, and is almost insoluble in water under the neutral condition at normal temperature. The zinc pyrithione can inhibit the growth of gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria and mould, and has strong bactericidal power.
The zinc pyrithione has the advantages that the zinc pyrithione can resist mould and bacteria, has small particle volume, has higher specific surface area and can exert the best antibacterial property, but has poor solubility in water, and the inventor compounds alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxy silicon-based) propyl ] ammonium chloride, finds that the antibacterial property can be obviously enhanced, and the bacteriostasis time is longer; the inventor believes that under the action of electrostatic attraction, nitrogen oxide groups contained in the antibacterial agent are complexed with alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxy silicon) propyl ] ammonium chloride, so that zinc pyrithione is wrapped by the long-chain organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, and therefore when negatively charged bacteria are adsorbed on the surface of the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, the zinc pyrithione is slowly released, the adsorption transfer efficiency of the bacteria can be further improved, and the bacteriostasis time can be prolonged.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, the silane coupling agent and the zinc pyrithione is (5-6.7): 1: (0.25-0.28); preferably, the mass ratio of the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, the silane coupling agent and the zinc pyrithione is 6: 1: 0.265.
through experimental results, the inventor unexpectedly finds that when the proportions of the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxy silicon) propyl ] ammonium chloride, the chloropropyl trimethoxy silane and the zinc pyrithione are adjusted, the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial liquid on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is different, and the optimal proportion obtained based on better results is (5-6.7): 1: (0.25-0.28), the result shows that the antibacterial property to staphylococcus aureus is better than that of escherichia coli, which may be related to bacterial effects with different structures, the inventor believes that peptidoglycan and teichoic acid contained on the cell membrane of staphylococcus aureus can provide a plurality of sites for combining with metal ions through hydroxyl and phosphoryl, and the compounded antibacterial active substance can promote the active substance to enter the interior of bacteria to exert the effect in the presence of zinc pyrithione.
Preservative
In one embodiment, the preservative is selected from one or more of tebuconazole, didecyldimethylammonium chloride, dioctadecyldimethylammonium chloride, pyrithione urea, benzothiadian cyanide, dehydroacetic acid; preferably, the preservative is dehydroacetic acid.
In the invention, the Dehydroacetic acid (DA, Dehydroacetic acid), namely α, gamma-diacetyl acetoacetic acid, solid white or faint yellow crystal powder, odorless and tasteless, has a melting point of 108-8H8O4Molecular weight 168.15, CAS number: 520-45-6, odorless, slightly soluble in ethanol and cold water, and weakly acidic aqueous solution. Dehydroacetic acid is a broad-spectrum preservative, has strong bacteriostatic ability particularly on mould and yeast, and is 2-10 times of sodium benzoate. Dehydroacetic acid has a low ionization constant, and although its antibacterial activity and aqueous solution stability decrease with increasing pH, it still has a good antibacterial effect at a higher pH range, and when the pH is greater than 9, the antibacterial activity is reduced. Dehydroacetic acid is mainly resistant to yeasts and molds, and can inhibit bacteria at high doses. The dehydroacetic acid has the structural formula:
Figure BDA0002625282120000061
in one embodiment, the mass ratio of the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride to the dehydroacetic acid is (30.8-37.5): 1; preferably, the mass ratio of the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride to the dehydroacetic acid is 33.3: 1.
because the ligand exchange reaction easily occurs between the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxy silicon) propyl ] ammonium chloride and the dehydroacetic acid, and the coupling reaction between the methoxy silane simultaneously, the phenomenon of agglomeration or precipitation is found to be caused due to the excessively high content of the alkyl dimethyl [3 (methoxy silicon) propyl ] ammonium chloride; when the proportion of the zinc pyrithione is adjusted, the zinc pyrithione content is too high, and insoluble precipitate is formed; this is mainly because the residual coupling group after the reaction is coupled with methoxysilane to form an aggregate, so that a precipitate is easily formed, and thus the mass ratio of alkyldimethyl [3 (methoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride to dehydroacetic acid was controlled in the experiment to be (30.8-37.5): the system remains stable between 1. In addition, the PPG-2 methyl ether is used as an auxiliary agent by the inventor unexpectedly, so that the stability of the system can be obviously improved, the bacteriostasis rate is slightly improved, the organic matter is swelled under the action of the auxiliary agent and the volume is enlarged under the condition that the proper proportion is considered by the inventor, the electropositive part of the organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt can be adjusted to be just exposed in the system, the system tends to be stable under the action of electrostatic repulsion, and the antibacterial property is also improved.
Water (W)
In the invention, the water is deionized water.
In one embodiment, the antibacterial liquid further comprises 1.5-3.5 wt% of an auxiliary agent; preferably, the antibacterial liquid further comprises 2-3 wt% of an auxiliary agent; more preferably, the antibacterial liquid further comprises an auxiliary agent 2.5 wt%.
Auxiliary agent
In one embodiment, the adjuvant is selected from one or more of citric acid, neopentyl glycol, tartaric acid, sodium lignosulfonate, patchouli oil, PPG-2 methyl ether; preferably, the auxiliary agent is PPG-2 methyl ether.
In the invention, the CAS number of the PPG-2 methyl ether is 13429-07-7, and the molecular formula is C7H16O3Structural formula is
Figure BDA0002625282120000062
In one embodiment, the method for preparing the antibacterial solution comprises the following steps: and uniformly mixing the organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt, the silane coupling agent, the antibacterial agent, the preservative, the auxiliary agent and water to obtain the antibacterial liquid.
