Abstract
本发明属于新能源领域,尤其是涉及一种基于电磁感应原理的新能源汽车充电桩,包括桩体和充电线,所述桩体内设有收线腔,所述收线腔内设有由铁氧体材料制成的卷线辊,所述充电线绕设在卷线辊外,所述卷线辊的上端通过丝杆与收线腔的顶面转动连接,所述丝杆与卷线辊通过单向轴承转动连接,所述丝杆外螺纹配合有丝杆螺母,所述丝杆螺母由金属磁性材料制成,所述丝杆螺母通过复位弹簧与收线腔的内顶面固定连接,所述卷线辊的下端通过转动管与收线腔的底面转动连接,所述卷线辊内设有清洁腔,所述转动管的上端与清洁腔连通。本发明可对充电线进行自动卷收和清洁,避免充电枪与新能源汽车接头处连接不稳、变形的问题发生,保证充电过程稳定、安全进行。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于新能源领域,尤其是涉及一种基于电磁感应原理的新能源汽车充电桩。
背景技术
随着传统汽车对空气和环境的污染,和新能源技术的进步,新能源汽车逐步代替传统汽车成为人们重要的交通工具,因新能源汽车广泛的使用,新能源汽车充电桩产业也随之蓬勃发展。
目前市面上拥有多种充电桩,可以有效的解决电动汽车的充电问题,然而这些充电桩普遍存在充电线过长不方便收纳的问题,随意缠绕摆放的充电线给工作人员带来极大困扰,现有技术中,大多通过设置盘簧和卷收轮,利用盘簧的形变弹力,实现充电线的自动卷收,而这种方式充电线在拉出时较为费力,且在充电过程中,盘簧始终会给充电线拉扯卷收的力,易导致充电头与新能源汽车接头处连接不稳,难以保证充电效果,在充电线的长时间拉扯作用下,甚至会发生新能源汽车充接头形变的问题,引发财产损失和安全问题。
为此,我们提出一种基于电磁感应原理的新能源汽车充电桩来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对充电线卷收较为麻烦的问题,提供一种充电线易于卷收的基于电磁感应原理的新能源汽车充电桩。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种基于电磁感应原理的新能源汽车充电桩,包括桩体和充电线,所述桩体内设有收线腔,所述收线腔内设有由铁氧体材料制成的卷线辊,所述充电线绕设在卷线辊外,所述卷线辊的上端通过丝杆与收线腔的顶面转动连接,所述丝杆与卷线辊通过单向轴承转动连接,所述丝杆外螺纹配合有丝杆螺母,所述丝杆螺母由金属磁性材料制成,所述丝杆螺母通过复位弹簧与收线腔的内顶面固定连接,所述卷线辊的下端通过转动管与收线腔的底面转动连接,所述卷线辊内设有清洁腔,所述转动管的上端与清洁腔连通,所述桩体内设有储液腔,所述转动管的下端延伸至储液腔内,所述转动管内固定安装有与其同轴设置的风扇。
本发明的优点在于:
需要使用充电桩对新能源汽车进行充电时,手持充电枪将部分充电线拉扯出收线腔外,由于充电线卷收在卷线辊表面,则充电线在拉扯时带动卷线辊转动,在这个方向上单向轴承可自由转动,则丝杆不转动,不对卷线辊产生反作用力,充电线可轻松被拉扯出进行充电。
充电过程中,仍有部分充电线绕置卷线辊外,充电线中有高频交流电流过,卷线辊与充电线形成类似电磁铁结构,卷线辊被通电充电线的磁场磁化,对丝杆螺母产生磁吸力,带动丝杆螺母向下移动,复位弹簧被拉伸,由于丝杆螺母无法转动,从而带动丝杆转动,在这个方向上单向轴承可自由转动,则卷线辊不转动,当充电完成后,断开充电线上充电枪与新能源汽车的连接,则充电线内的电流消失,卷线辊的磁力消失,丝杆螺母在复位弹簧的弹力作用下向上移动,带动丝杆反向转动,在这一方向上,单向轴承锁死,则带动卷线辊反向转动,将充电线重新缠绕在卷线辊外,实现对充电线的自动卷收,省时省力,避免充电过程中出现充电线拉扯导致连接不稳的问题发生,保证充电过程稳定、安全进行。
丝杆带动卷线辊转动时,转动管与风扇同步转动,对储液腔内的清洁液产生抽吸力,将储液腔内的清洁液抽吸至清洁腔内。
优选的,所述清洁腔的周侧壁上等距排布有多个与外部连通的排液孔,所述卷线辊的侧壁上设有多条环形凸起,清洁腔内的清洁液在离心力作用下,有排液孔均匀喷出,对卷收回的充电线进行冲洗、清洁,提高了充电线的使用寿命,同时环形凸起增大了充电线与卷线辊表面的摩擦力,防止充电线在卷线辊表面向下滑移掉落。
优选的,所述储液腔的侧壁上泄压孔,所述储液腔的侧壁上安装有L形进液管,所述L形进液管由透明材料制成,泄压孔可保证储液腔内气压稳定,通过L形进液管可方便观察储液腔内清洁液的液面高度,便于及时补充。
优选的,所述收线腔的底面上设有两块刮板,两块所述刮板均与转动管的侧壁固定连接,所述收线腔的侧壁上设有排污孔,刮板可随转动管转动,将滴落在收线腔底面的清洁液刮除,清洁液随刮板转动,在离心力作用下,最终由排污孔排出收线腔外。

实施例1
如图1-2所示,一种基于电磁感应原理的新能源汽车充电桩,包括桩体1和充电线2,桩体1内设有收线腔3,收线腔3内设有由铁氧体材料制成的卷线辊4,充电线2绕设在卷线辊4外,卷线辊4的侧壁上设有多条环形凸起,环形凸起增大了充电线2与卷线辊4表面的摩擦力,防止充电线2在卷线辊4表面向下滑移掉落。
卷线辊4的上端通过丝杆5与收线腔3的顶面转动连接,丝杆5与卷线辊4通过单向轴承6转动连接,丝杆5外螺纹配合有丝杆螺母7,丝杆螺母7由金属磁性材料制成,丝杆螺母7通过复位弹簧8与收线腔3的内顶面固定连接。
卷线辊4的下端通过转动管9与收线腔3的底面转动连接,卷线辊4内设有清洁腔10,清洁腔10的周侧壁上等距排布有多个与外部连通的排液孔13,转动管9的上端与清洁腔10连通,桩体1内设有储液腔11,转动管9的下端延伸至储液腔11内,转动管9内固定安装有与其同轴设置的风扇12,储液腔11的侧壁上泄压孔14,泄压孔14可保证储液腔内气压稳定,储液腔11的侧壁上安装有L形进液管15,L形进液管15由透明材料制成,通过L形进液管15可方便观察储液腔11内清洁液的液面高度,便于及时补充。
本实施例的工作原理如下:需要使用充电桩对新能源汽车进行充电时,手持充电枪将部分充电线2拉扯出收线腔3外,由于充电线2卷收在卷线辊4表面,则充电线2在拉扯时带动卷线辊4转动,在这个方向上单向轴承6可自由转动,则丝杆5不转动,不对卷线辊4产生反作用力,充电线2可轻松被拉扯出进行充电。
充电过程中,仍有部分充电线2绕置卷线辊4外,充电线2中有高频交流电流过,卷线辊4与充电线2形成类似电磁铁结构,卷线辊4被通电充电线2的磁场磁化,对丝杆螺母7产生磁吸力,带动丝杆螺母7向下移动,复位弹簧8被拉伸,由于丝杆螺母7无法转动,从而带动丝杆5转动,在这个方向上单向轴承6可自由转动,则卷线辊4不转动,当充电完成后,断开充电线2上充电枪与新能源汽车的连接,则充电线2内的电流消失,卷线辊4的磁力消失,丝杆螺母7在复位弹簧8的弹力作用下向上移动,带动丝杆5反向转动,在这一方向上,单向轴承6锁死,则带动卷线辊4反向转动,将充电线2重新缠绕在卷线辊4外,实现对充电线2的自动卷收,省时省力,避免充电过程中出现充电线2拉扯导致连接不稳的问题发生,保证充电过程稳定、安全进行。
丝杆5带动卷线辊4转动时,转动管9与风扇12同步转动,对储液腔11内的清洁液产生抽吸力,将储液腔11内的清洁液抽吸至清洁腔10内,清洁腔10内的清洁液在离心力作用下,有排液孔13均匀喷出,对卷收回的充电线2进行冲洗、清洁,提高了充电线2的使用寿命。
实施例2
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:收线腔3的底面上设有两块刮板16,两块刮板16均与转动管9的侧壁固定连接,收线腔3的侧壁上设有排污孔17。
在本实施例中,刮板16可随转动管转动,将滴落在收线腔3底面的清洁液刮除,清洁液随刮板16转动,在离心力作用下,最终由排污孔17排出收线腔3外,保证收线腔3内的清洁。

1.一种基于电磁感应原理的新能源汽车充电桩,包括桩体(1)和充电线(2),所述桩体(1)内设有收线腔(3),其特征在于,所述收线腔(3)内设有由铁氧体材料制成的卷线辊(4),所述充电线(2)绕设在卷线辊(4)外,所述卷线辊(4)的上端通过丝杆(5)与收线腔(3)的顶面转动连接,所述丝杆(5)与卷线辊(4)通过单向轴承(6)转动连接,所述丝杆(5)外螺纹配合有丝杆螺母(7),所述丝杆螺母(7)由金属磁性材料制成,所述丝杆螺母(7)通过复位弹簧(8)与收线腔(3)的内顶面固定连接,所述卷线辊(4)的下端通过转动管(9)与收线腔(3)的底面转动连接,所述卷线辊(4)内设有清洁腔(10),所述转动管(9)的上端与清洁腔(10)连通,所述桩体(1)内设有储液腔(11),所述转动管(9)的下端延伸至储液腔(11)内,所述转动管(9)内固定安装有与其同轴设置的风扇(12)。
