The electric push rod 6, the low-temperature plasma generator 11, the ultrasonic generator 142 and the electric hydraulic push rod 13 are all commercially available products.
By adopting the embodiment 3 of the invention to carry out the community experiment, the accommodation rate of a single garbage can be improved by more than 25 percent on average, the sterilization rate can reach 93 percent, and almost no peculiar smell is fed back by an owner.

Claims (8)

1. The garbage classification recycling and pretreatment device for the smart community is characterized by comprising a base platform (1), a supporting stand column (2) arranged at the center of the base platform (1), a cross beam (3) transversely arranged at the top of the supporting stand column (2), and a shielding shed (4) fixed above the cross beam (3);
the garbage can is characterized in that two groups of double guide rails (5) are arranged on the base platform (1) along the front-back direction, the two groups of double guide rails (5) are bilaterally symmetrical about the supporting upright post (2), a pair of electric push rods (6) in opposite directions are arranged in the middle of each group of double guide rails (5), the electric push rods (6) are fixed on the base platform (1), each electric push rod (6) is movably hung with a garbage can (7), the bottom of each garbage can (7) is connected with the double guide rails (5) in a sliding mode, and the garbage can move forward and backward along the front-back direction of the base platform (1) under the pushing of the electric push;
the garbage pretreatment mechanism is characterized in that a garbage pretreatment mechanism which is opposite to the garbage can (7) from top to bottom is arranged below the beam (3), the garbage pretreatment mechanism comprises a cover body (8) which is connected below the beam (3) through a fixing rod (10), the cover body (8) is positioned right above the garbage can (7), the cover body (8) is of a double-layer structure containing a cavity (9), the cavity (9) is connected with a low-temperature plasma generator (11) arranged in the beam (3) through a hose and is used for spraying low-temperature plasma gas out of a spraying nozzle (12) positioned on the inner wall of the cover body (8), the garbage in the garbage can (7) is disinfected, sterilized and deodorized, the garbage pretreatment mechanism further comprises an electric hydraulic push rod (13) fixed below the beam (3), the lower end of the electric hydraulic push rod (13) penetrates through the cover body (8) and is connected with a pressure plate (14), used for compressing the garbage in the garbage can (7);
install service control end (15) and battery (16) in support post (2), service control end (15) are used for assisting the user to carry out waste classification and to controlling the device accomplishes the preliminary treatment to rubbish, battery (16) are the power supply of whole device.

The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the waste bin (7) comprises a bin body (71), a roller (72) arranged at the bottom of the bin body (71), the roller (72) being provided with an annular groove (73), a sliding groove (74) which is arranged at the top of the left side and the right side of the barrel body (71) and is used for being in sliding connection with the cover body (8), a retainer ring (76) which is used for placing a filtering sieve plate (75) is arranged in the barrel body (71), the filtering sieve plate (75) can be detached, the garbage can is used for performing dry-wet separation on the interior of the can body (71), a liquid outlet (77) with a sealing plug is arranged on one side of the bottom of the can body (71), a hanging ring (78) is arranged on the rear side of the can body (71) and connected with a hook at the tail end of the electric push rod (6), and a mark (79) for garbage classification is further arranged on the outer side of the can body (71).

The device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the housing (8) is provided with a plug (81) slidably connected with the garbage can (7), the lower end surface of the housing (8) is further provided with a rubber gasket (82), the inner wall of the housing (8) is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles (12), and the tail ends of the spray nozzles (12) face downwards and form an included angle of 15-45 degrees with the inner wall of the housing (8).
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the low temperature plasma gas is plasma air at a temperature of 40-55 ℃.
5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the shelter (4) is covered with a solar panel (41), the solar panel (41) converts light energy into electrical energy to be stored in the accumulator (16), and at least one camera (42) is arranged below the shelter (4).

the operation module (152) comprises pedal sensors (1521) arranged at four corners of the support column (2), the pedal sensors (1521) are electrically connected with the programmable controller (1511), each pedal sensor (1521) corresponds to an adjacent electric push rod (6), when the pedal sensors (1521) are stepped down, the corresponding electric push rods (6) push the connected garbage cans (7) out along the double guide rails (5), and when the pedal sensors (1521) are released, the corresponding electric push rods (6) pull the connected garbage cans (7) back to the original position along the double guide rails (5);
the display module (153) comprises a touch display screen (1531) arranged on the supporting upright post (2) and used for a user to inquire the detailed rules of garbage classification, and further comprises an LED display screen (1532) arranged on the cover body (8) and used for displaying the type and the working state of the garbage can (7) in a rolling mode.
7. The device according to claim 6, characterized in that the types of the waste bin (7) include kitchen waste, recyclable waste, toxic and harmful waste and other waste, and the working conditions of the waste bin (7) are compact, sterile, empty and full.
