The turntable part 5 is of a hexagonal structure, the feeding part 1, the nine-ball laser welding part, the visual inspection part 3 for inspecting the nine-ball welding condition, the ten-ball laser welding part, the visual inspection part 3 for inspecting the ten-ball welding condition and the blanking part 4 are respectively arranged around the turntable part 5 in a hexagonal array mode and are all arranged at the middle points of six sides of the hexagonal structure, the positions of the turntable part 5, the feeding part 1, the nine-ball laser welding part, the visual inspection part 3 for inspecting the nine-ball welding condition, the ten-ball laser welding part, the visual inspection part 3 for inspecting the ten-ball welding condition and the blanking part 4 which are overlapped with each other are all operation stations, and the angle between every two adjacent operation stations is approximately 60 degrees.

The turntable part 5 comprises a turntable 51, a tool 52, a turntable base 53, a speed reducing motor 54 and a turnover device 55;

When the turntable 51 needs to rotate, the overturning cylinder contracts to separate the overturning gear from the tooling gear 524, and when the turntable 51 rotates to a preset station, the overturning cylinder extends to drive the overturning sliding table to move upwards until the overturning gear is meshed with the tooling gear 524, and then the overturning motor works to drive the tooling 52 to overturn by 180 degrees; at this time, the detection plate 523 is located inside the photoelectric detection probe, and the tool 52 is determined to be in the horizontal position by detecting whether the detection slit is vertical.
The feeding part 1 comprises a circular vibration disc 11, a linear vibration disc 12, a fine positioning device 13 and a material sucking and feeding device 14;
the vibration disc comprises two circular vibration discs 11 arranged in parallel, a linear vibration disc 12 is arranged between the two circular vibration discs 11, the linear vibration disc 12 comprises a vibration disc body 121 and a positioning disc 122, the vibration disc body 121 comprises four channels, and every two of the four channels are connected with the two circular vibration discs 11 respectively; the four channels of the vibration disc body 121 are provided with protective covers for preventing the plug connectors from falling off in the vibration process; the end part of the vibration disc body 121 is connected with a positioning disc 122, and the positioning disc 122 is matched with the fine positioning device 13 for accurate positioning; the space of the positioning plate 122 just accommodates four plug connectors, and a gap is reserved between adjacent positioning plates 122; the positioning plate 122 is a structure which is closed in two directions and opened in two directions, namely, the end part and one side far away from the seismic plate body 121 are closed, and one end and the other side facing the seismic plate body 121 are opened;
the fine positioning device 13 comprises a fine positioning base 131, a fine positioning cylinder 132, a limit screw 133 and a fine positioning plate 134, wherein the fine positioning plate 134 comprises a fine positioning plate body 1341 and positioning teeth 1342, the fine positioning plate 134 is arranged at the end of the positioning plate 122, the four positioning teeth 1342 are respectively arranged at one open side of the four positioning plates 122, and the width of each positioning tooth 1342 is smaller than the width of a gap between adjacent positioning plates 122; the fine positioning plate 134 is connected with the fine positioning base 131 through the fine positioning cylinder 132, and the other side of the fine positioning plate 134 is further provided with a limit screw 133 for limiting the displacement of the fine positioning plate 134; when the fine positioning cylinder 132 contracts, the positioning teeth 1342 are tightly attached to the closed side of the positioning plate 122; when the fine positioning cylinder 132 extends to the fine positioning plate 134 and abuts against the limit screw 133, the positioning teeth 1342 move to the open side of the adjacent positioning plate 122 and cling to the positioning plate 122, so as to push the plug-in connectors on the positioning plate 122 to be aligned. The material sucking and feeding device 14 is arranged on one side of the fine positioning device 13 and comprises a material sucking and feeding base 141, a material sucking and feeding linear module 142, an integrated suction valve 143, a material sucking and feeding sliding table 144, a material sucking and feeding cylinder 145, a suction nozzle fixing disc 146 and a sub-interval suction nozzle device 147;
the material sucking and feeding linear module 142 is arranged at the upper end of the material sucking and feeding base 141 and is perpendicular to the material sucking and feeding base 141; the integrated suction valve 143 and the suction feeding sliding table 144 are movably connected with the suction feeding linear module 142 and can move horizontally on the suction feeding linear module 142; the lower part of the material sucking and feeding sliding table 144 is provided with a material sucking and feeding cylinder 145, the end part of the material sucking and feeding cylinder 145 is connected with a suction nozzle fixing disc 146, the material sucking and feeding cylinder 145 drives the suction nozzle fixing disc 146 to move in the vertical direction, and the suction nozzle devices 147 are arranged on the suction nozzle fixing disc 146 at intervals;
the nozzle device 147 includes a guide rail 1472 disposed on the nozzle fixing plate, a nozzle block 1473 horizontally moving along the guide rail 1472, and a nozzle head 1474 disposed on the nozzle block 1473, and a nozzle cylinder 1471 is further disposed on the nozzle fixing plate 146, and the nozzle cylinder 1471 is connected to one nozzle block 1473 at the end and can drive the nozzle block 1473 to move horizontally; the number of the nozzle blocks 1473 is four, the adjacent nozzle blocks 1473 are connected through positioning pieces, long holes are formed in the positioning pieces, and pin shafts on the nozzle blocks 1473 are arranged in the long holes of the positioning pieces of the adjacent nozzle blocks 1473, so that the adjacent nozzle blocks 1473 are pulled to move together after the nozzle blocks 1473 move for a certain distance, and the effect of mutually equidistantly unfolding is achieved. When the four nozzle blocks 1473 are unfolded, the position of the nozzle head 1474 exactly corresponds to the plug connector on the positioning plate 122 and the position of the plug connector storage groove on the tool 52.
In this embodiment, each suction nozzle block 1473 is provided with two suction nozzle heads 1474, which can simultaneously suck eight plug-in units, and suck twice to complete the suction and feeding process of all sixteen plug-in units; in other embodiments, four nozzle blocks 1474 may be provided on each nozzle block 1473, so that sixteen plug-in units can be sucked at one time.
The cyclic reciprocating movement of the sub-pitch suction nozzle device 147 between the positioning plate 122 and the tooling 52 can be realized by the suction feeding linear module 142.
The laser welding parts 2 are divided into nine-ball laser welding parts and ten-ball laser welding parts according to the different numbers of the corresponding solder balls, and the laser welding parts are respectively used for carrying out laser welding on the nine balls and the ten balls; in this embodiment, nine balls are laser welded in front and ten balls are laser welded in back; in other embodiments, the order of changing the positions of the two can be adjusted, and ten-ball laser welding is performed first, and then nine-ball laser welding is performed.
The laser welding part 2 mainly comprises a welding device 21, a solder ball blanking device 22 and a solder ball bearing device 23;
the welding device 21 comprises a lifting table 211 and a laser welder 212, wherein the laser welder 212 can move in the vertical direction under the driving of the lifting table 211;

the upper end of the solder ball storage channel is connected with a solder ball charging barrel 2241, the lower end of the solder ball storage channel is connected with a solder ball transverse pushing channel, and the other end of the solder ball transverse pushing channel is connected with the middle part of the solder ball discharging channel; a blanking plate 2246 is arranged in the solder ball transverse pushing channel, one end of the blanking plate 2246 is connected with a blanking sliding block 2248, the other end of the blanking sliding block 2248 is connected with a blanking motor 2247, and the moving range of the other end of the blanking plate 2246 is from the boundary of the solder ball storage channel to the boundary of the solder ball discharging channel; an auxiliary thimble is arranged in the solder ball discharging channel, and the upper end of the auxiliary thimble is connected with a solder ball lower-jacking cylinder; the middle part of the solder ball storage channel is connected with an air channel, the end part of the air channel is connected with an air blowing joint, and inert gas is blown into the solder ball storage channel through the air channel; the solder ball material table 2243 is provided with piezoelectric ceramic, and can vibrate when being powered on to assist the solder balls to fall down; the solder ball storage channel is provided with a solder ball less detection probe for detecting whether the solder ball is lack in the solder ball storage channel.
The diameter of the solder ball is 0.65 mm, the diameter of the blanking plate 2246 is 0.7 mm, the height of the solder ball transverse pushing channel is slightly larger than 0.7 mm, and only one solder ball is pushed by each blanking.
The solder balls in the solder ball charging barrel 2241 fall in sequence under the action of gravity and vibration to enter the solder ball storage channel, the material cutting motor 2247 drives the material cutting plate 2246 to move transversely to push a solder ball to move to the solder ball discharging channel, and the solder ball falls under the action of gravity, wind power and the auxiliary ejector pin and falls out of the solder ball material table 2243 to the solder ball bearing device 23;
meanwhile, the ion fan is arranged and connected with the blowing joint, so that the purpose of eliminating static electricity is achieved, and the solder balls are prevented from being brought back by the ejector pins due to static electricity.
The solder ball bearing device 23 comprises a bearing support 231, a bearing electric sliding table 232, a bearing plate 233, an outer frame support plate 234, an alloy plate 235 and a floating pin, wherein the bearing electric sliding table 232 is arranged on the bearing support 231, the outer frame support plate 234 is arranged on the bearing electric sliding table 232, the inner part of the outer frame support plate 234 is connected with the bearing plate 233 through the floating pin, and the floating pin comprises a pin shaft and a spring, so that the bearing plate 233 and the outer frame support plate 234 can make small-amplitude relative displacement, and the influence of the rotation error and the machining tolerance of the cam divider is eliminated;
sixteen alloy plates 235 are uniformly distributed on the bearing plate 233, and the sixteen alloy plates 235 correspond to sixteen connector storage grooves in the tool 52 one by one; the lower end of the bearing plate 233 is provided with a positioning round pin and a positioning diamond pin which respectively correspond to a positioning round bushing and a positioning diamond bushing on the tool 52;
the alloy plate 235 is made of high-temperature-resistant titanium-molybdenum alloy which is not easy to heat up, and the tin balls are not easy to adhere to the alloy plate 235 after being melted;
a plurality of solder ball placing positions are arranged on the alloy plate 235, and supporting points 2351 are arranged in the solder ball placing positions, so that the alloy plate 235 is connected with the solder balls through four points, and the solder balls can quickly drop after being melted; the position of the solder ball placing position completely corresponds to the welding position on the connector clip.
For the nine-ball laser welding part, the number of the air passages, the solder ball storage channel, the solder ball transverse pushing channel, the solder ball discharging channel and the auxiliary ejector pins is 9 by 8 and is 72, and the number of the solder ball placing positions on the alloy plate 235 is 9; for the ten-ball laser welding part, the number of the air passages, the solder ball storage channel, the solder ball transverse pushing channel, the solder ball discharging channel and the auxiliary ejector pins is 10 by 8, and the number of the solder ball placing positions on the alloy plate 235 is also 10.
The vision inspection part 3 comprises a vision bracket 31 and a vision probe 32, wherein the vision probe 32 is arranged on the vision bracket 31, and the vision probe 32 is positioned right above the tool 52; the vision probe 32 checks the soldering of the connectors and records the defective connectors.
The turning device 55 is provided at the nine-ball inspection station and the ten-ball inspection station, and turns after the visual inspection.
The blanking part 4 comprises a blanking base 41, a blanking electric module 42, an integrated electromagnetic valve 43, a blanking sliding table 44, a blanking cylinder 45, a blanking suction nozzle 46 and a blanking funnel 47; the blanking electric module 42 is arranged at the upper end of the blanking base 41 and is vertical to the blanking base 41; the integrated electromagnetic valve 43 and the blanking sliding table 44 are movably connected with the blanking electric module 42 and can move on the blanking electric module 42 in the horizontal direction; a blanking cylinder 45 is arranged at the lower part of the blanking sliding table 44, the end part of the blanking cylinder 45 is connected with a blanking suction nozzle 46, and the blanking cylinder 45 drives the blanking suction nozzle 46 to move in the vertical direction;
a blanking funnel 47 is arranged right below the moving track of the blanking suction nozzle 46 and is used for receiving the welded plug connector; the blanking funnel 47 has a plurality of openings for receiving the qualified products and the unqualified products, respectively; the blanking suction nozzle 46 drops the conforming product and the nonconforming product into different openings according to the condition recorded by the visual inspection unit 3.
The discharging hopper 47 is connected with an OK/NG material box which is divided into an OK material box and an NG material box which are respectively used for preventing qualified products and unqualified products and are respectively communicated with different openings.
A sickle bin in-place detection probe is arranged at the communication position of the discharging funnel 47 and the OK/NG material box and is used for detecting whether the plug connector enters the material box or not; full-material detection probes are arranged in the OK material box and the NG material box and used for detecting whether the plug connectors in the OK material box and the NG material box are full or not.
The shell comprises two parts, a main shell for protecting all the components except the circular vibration disc 11 and installing each part, and an auxiliary shell for installing and protecting the circular vibration disc 11; the main shell and the auxiliary shell are arranged close to each other, and the linear vibration disc 12 penetrates through and connects the main shell and the auxiliary shell; the first half of main casing body and vice casing all adopts transparent ya keli material to make the observation door that can open and shut, conveniently observes the inside condition of casing.
The feeding part 1, the nine-ball laser welding part, the visual inspection part 3 for inspecting the nine-ball welding condition, the ten-ball laser welding part, the visual inspection part 3 for inspecting the ten-ball welding condition, the blanking part 4 and the turntable part 5 are all arranged on the upper half part of the shell, the lower half part of the main shell is provided with an air source control device, an electric control device and an OK/NG bin, the upper part of the main shell is provided with an exhaust hole for exhausting smoke dust and gas generated in the welding process, and the upper part of the main shell is also provided with a three-color warning lamp for warning;
the upper half part of the shell is provided with a display for displaying various information, a touch screen for performing control operation, an operation button and a keyboard and mouse operation console.
The air source control device is connected with components needing to be communicated with air, such as each air cylinder, the material sucking and feeding device 14, the blanking part 4, the solder ball blanking head 224 and the like, provides air sources for the components, and receives the air sources from the devices of the electrical control device;
the electric control device comprises a power supply control part and an intelligent control part, wherein the power supply control part is used for providing power supplies matched with all the parts, and the intelligent control part is electrically connected with all the parts and all the detection probes to carry out automatic control.
The suction nozzles mentioned in the invention are all in a vacuum chuck structure, and an integrated electromagnetic valve, a tin ball blanking electromagnetic valve, an integrated suction valve and the like play a role in controlling gas and are connected with a hospital control device; one of two signals is distributed to an integrated electromagnetic valve, a tin ball blanking electromagnetic valve and an integrated air suction valve through an intelligent control PLC, and then air is controlled.

the vision probe 32 checks the welding condition of the plug connector, records the unqualified condition, pulls the positioning bolt open, moves the turnover gear upwards and is meshed with the tool gear 524, and the tool 52 is turned over by 180 degrees under the drive of the turnover motor;
rotating the turntable 51 for 60 degrees, and transferring the tool 52 from the nine-ball inspection station to the ten-ball welding station;
the positioning bolt is inserted into the positioning bush 525, and the tool 52 is locked and is in a horizontal state; the solder ball is placed on the bearing plate 233 by the solder ball feeding device 22, then the solder ball feeding device 22 moves to avoid the position right above the bearing plate 233, the laser welder 212 works to melt the solder ball, and the melted solder ball falls on the connector welding position on the tool 52;
rotating the turntable 51 for 60 degrees, and transferring the tool 52 from the ten-ball welding station to the ten-ball inspection station;
the vision probe 32 checks the welding condition of the plug connector, records the unqualified condition, pulls the positioning bolt open, moves the turnover gear upwards and is meshed with the tool gear 524, and the tool 52 is turned over by 180 degrees under the drive of the turnover motor;
rotating the turntable 51 for 60 degrees, and transferring the tool 52 from the ten-ball inspection station to a blanking station;
the plug connector clamping lock 526 is opened, the blanking part 4 sucks and transfers the plug connector to the blanking hopper 47, qualified products and unqualified products are put into different openings according to the record of the visual inspection part 3, the qualified products enter an OK bin, and the unqualified products enter an NG bin;
rotating the turntable 51 for 60 degrees, and transferring the tool 52 from the blanking station to the feeding station;
thereby completing a single workflow;

then, a second step is carried out at a feeding station, a fourth step is carried out at a nine-ball welding station, a sixth step is carried out at a nine-ball inspection station, an eighth step is carried out at a ten-ball welding station, a tenth step is carried out at a ten-ball inspection station, and a twelfth step is carried out at a blanking station, namely blanking;
then repeating the third step;
then, a second step is carried out at a feeding station, a fourth step is carried out at a nine-ball welding station, a sixth step is carried out at a nine-ball inspection station, an eighth step is carried out at a ten-ball welding station, a tenth step is carried out at a ten-ball inspection station, and a twelfth step is carried out at a discharging station;
entering normal work from this point, rotating the turntable 51 clockwise by 180 degrees in the third step and alternately operating the second step, the fourth step, the sixth step, the eighth step, the tenth step and the twelfth step;
and if the machine is required to be stopped, the working procedures are reversely operated, and the step two, the step four, the step six, the step eight, the step ten and the step twelve are gradually stopped until all the steps are stopped, and the machine is stopped.
In other embodiments, a repair welding device can be added at the blanking part 4, the structure of the repair welding device is basically the same as that of the laser welding part 2, and the difference is that blanking, bearing and welding of one solder ball are performed each time, so that the welding point lacking position is separately repaired and welded; the repair welding device further comprises a turnover device 55 so as to turn over the tool 52 and realize repair welding on the welding point lacking positions on the front side and the back side.

the laser welding part (2) comprises a nine-ball laser welding part and a ten-ball laser welding part;
the feeding part (1), the nine-ball laser welding part, the visual inspection part (3), the ten-ball laser welding part, the visual inspection part (3) and the blanking part (4) are sequentially and uniformly arranged on the periphery of the turntable part (5) in a hexagonal array mode;
the turntable part (5) comprises a turntable (51) and a turntable base (53), and the turntable (51) is rotatably arranged on the upper part of the turntable base (53);
six tools (52) are arranged on the turntable part (5), and the tools (52) are of a plate structure capable of being turned over; the six tools (52) are uniformly arranged at the edge of the turntable part (5) in a hexagonal array mode.

The laser solder ball attachment of claim 1, wherein: the feeding part (1) comprises a circular vibration disc (11), a linear vibration disc (12) and a fine positioning device (13); the linear vibration disc (12) comprises a vibration disc body (121) and a positioning disc (122), one end of the vibration disc body (121) is connected with the circular vibration disc (11), and the positioning disc (122) is arranged at the other end of the vibration disc body (121); the fine positioning device (13) is arranged at the positioning disc (122) and is matched with the positioning disc (122) to accurately position the plug-in connector.

The laser solder ball attachment of claim 2, wherein: the fine positioning device (13) comprises a fine positioning base (131), a fine positioning plate (134) is arranged on the upper portion of the fine positioning base (131), a fine positioning cylinder (132) is connected to one end of the fine positioning plate (134), and a limit screw (133) used for limiting the displacement distance of the fine positioning plate (134) is further arranged on the upper portion of the fine positioning base (131).

The laser solder ball attachment of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the loading part (1) further comprises a material sucking and loading device (14) used for transferring the plug connectors to a tool (52), the material sucking and loading device (14) comprises a material sucking and loading base (141), and a material sucking and loading linear module (142) is arranged at the upper end of the material sucking and loading base (141); a material sucking and feeding sliding table (144) is arranged on the material sucking and feeding linear module (142) in a transverse translation mode; the suction material feeding device is characterized in that a suction material feeding cylinder (145) is arranged on the lower portion of the suction material feeding sliding table (144), a suction nozzle fixing disc (146) is arranged at the end portion of the suction material feeding cylinder (145), and a sub-interval suction nozzle device (147) is arranged on the suction nozzle fixing disc (146).

The laser solder ball attachment of claim 1, wherein: the laser welding part (2) comprises a welding device (21), a solder ball blanking device (22) and a solder ball bearing device (23), the solder ball bearing device (23) is arranged below the solder ball blanking device (22), and the welding device (21) is arranged above the solder ball blanking device (22).

step twelve: the tooling (52) is positioned on a station of the blanking part (4), the blanking part (4) transfers the plug connector to the blanking funnel (47), qualified products fall into an OK material box in an OK/NG material box, and unqualified products fall into an NG material box in the OK/NG material box.
