Preferably, the thickness of the PET substrate is 0.1-0.2 mm.
Preferably, the thickness of the UV coating layer is 20-50 μm.
Preferably, the silver coating has a thickness of 5 to 15 μm.
Preferably, the PET substrate has an area larger than the UV coating layer and the silver coating layer, and the UV coating layer and the silver coating layer are disposed at a middle region of the PET substrate.
Preferably, positioning grooves are arranged on the upper edge and the lower edge of the PET substrate.
Preferably, the positioning groove is positioned in the middle of the PET base material.
Preferably, the PET substrate is provided with identification strips, and the identification strips are positioned on the left side and the right side of the UV coating and the silver coating.
A method for preparing a low-cost projection material comprises the following steps:
placing a PET substrate coiled material, and introducing the end part of the PET substrate into a coating machine;
secondly, setting parameters of a coating machine, wherein the coating speed is 5-15 m/s;
starting the coating machine, coating UV coating on one surface of the PET substrate, and irradiating and curing;
fourthly, coating silver paint on the other side of the PET substrate, and drying and curing;
and fifthly, rolling the product at the discharge end of the coating machine, or introducing a cutting machine for cutting.
Preferably, the UV coating and the silver coating are coated on the integral PET substrate in a segmented mode, and a frame area is reserved for the PET substrate.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the projection material is only made of three layers of materials, namely the PET substrate layer, the UV coating and the silver coating are respectively coated on the front surface and the back surface of the PET substrate layer, the whole structure is simple, the processing is easy, the materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, and the projection material is easy to accept by common consumers; the projection effect is good, and the use requirements of projection in families, offices and the like can be met; the preparation process can realize the mass production of products.
Drawings
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the accompanying drawings as follows:
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a layer structure of a low-cost projection material according to the present invention;

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the low-cost projection material of the present invention comprises a PET substrate 1, a UV coating layer 2 and a silver coating layer 3, wherein the UV coating layer 2 and the silver coating layer 3 are respectively coated on the front and back surfaces of the PET substrate 1 by a coater.
The UV coating 2 can be a UV light-cured resin layer, so that the UV coating has better wear resistance, and when the projection material is used, the UV coating faces outwards to prevent the erosion of the external environment; a UV coating can be arranged between the silver coating 3 and the PET substrate 1 for attaching the silver coating 3; the silver coating 3 can also be directly coated on the back of the PET substrate 1 by using silver paste with adhesiveness.
The thickness of the PET substrate 1 is 0.1-0.2mm, the thickness of the UV coating 2 is 20-50 μm, and the thickness of the silver coating 3 is 5-15 μm.
As shown in fig. 2, in one projection material unit, the area of the PET substrate 1 is larger than that of the UV coating layer 2 and the silver coating layer 3, the UV coating layer 2 and the silver coating layer 3 are arranged in the middle area of the PET substrate 1, the areas of the UV coating layer 2 and the silver coating layer 3 are the same, and the blank area around the PET substrate 1 can be used for installing a frame, and the frame can be used for fixing the projection material and playing a decorative role.
Wherein, the upper edge and the lower edge of the PET substrate 1 can be processed with positioning grooves 4 to facilitate the positioning of the frame, and the positioning grooves 4 are generally positioned in the middle of the PET substrate 1; the PET substrate 1 can be further provided with an identification sticker 5, the identification sticker 5 is located on the left side and the right side of the UV coating 2 and the silver coating 3 and serves as a boundary identification of a projection effective area, and the identification sticker 5 can be in a color matched with the surrounding environment.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
placing a PET substrate coiled material, and introducing the end part of the PET substrate into a coating machine;
secondly, setting parameters of a coating machine, wherein the coating speed is 5-15 m/s;
starting the coating machine, coating UV coating on one surface of the PET substrate, drying, cooling, and irradiating and curing;
fourthly, coating silver paint on the other side of the PET substrate, and drying and curing;
and fifthly, rolling the product at the discharge end of the coating machine, or introducing a cutting machine for cutting.
The UV coating and the silver coating are coated on the integral PET substrate in a segmented mode, and a frame area is reserved for the PET substrate.
