Background
The edge sealing belt is used for fixedly sealing the section of the furniture board, so that the board is prevented from being damaged by moisture and the volatilization of pungent odor in the board is prevented, and the decorative and attractive effects are achieved. The edge sealing tape in the current industry mainly comprises an ABS edge sealing tape, an HM edge sealing tape, a PVC edge sealing tape and an acrylic edge sealing tape, and the problem that the edge sealing tape is easy to age due to insufficient weather resistance is generally existed.

In certain embodiments of the invention, the substrate is extrusion embossed followed by gumming, printing, laminating and packaging.
In certain embodiments of the invention, the substrate is printed, glued, laminated, slit and packaged after extrusion embossing.
The embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: the PVDF fluorocarbon film is designed in the protective layer of the weather-resistant edge sealing tape, so that the weather resistance can be improved; in the process of processing the weather-proof sealing tape, the anti-ultraviolet antioxidant is added during powdering and granulating, so that the weather resistance of the base material can be improved. 2. A processing method, which is characterized in that: the weather-proof tape is a sheet tape produced by the processing method, and the processing method comprises the following steps of

3. A weather-resistant tape comprising: the weather-resistant edge banding is made by the processing method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, and comprises
A base material (100);
an ink layer (101), wherein the ink layer (101) is coated on the front surface of the base material (100), and the ink coating adopted by the ink layer (101) is a pasty colloid formed by mixing pigment, binder and filler;
a protective layer coated on the front surface of the ink layer (101), the protective layer comprising a PVDF fluorocarbon film (103);
a back coating (104), the back coating (104) being coated on the back side of the substrate (100);
wherein the protective layer further comprises an AC coating layer (102), the AC coating layer (102) being coated between the PVDF fluorocarbon film (103) and the ink layer (101).
