Illustratively, the ultrasonic cleaning device 20 is an ultrasonic vibrator that is operative to generate ultrasonic waves for main washing of dishes located in the main washing zone 11.
In actual use, the washing chamber body 10 contains main washing water containing a detergent. The main washing zone 11 is located below the water level of the main washing water, and the rinsing zone 12 is located above the water level of the main washing water.
The inner side wall of the washing chamber main body 10 is provided with a main washing heating pipe 14 and a concentration probe 15, the main washing heating pipe 14 can heat the main washing water in the washing chamber main body 10, and the concentration probe 15 is used for monitoring and feeding back the turbidity of the main washing water in real time. Illustratively, the main wash heating pipe 14 and the concentration probe 15 are mounted to the inner side wall of the chamber body 10 by screws.

The rinse water tank 62 communicates with the rinse arm 61 through a second conduit 65. The rinse pump 63 functions to supply pressure to the rinse water, and the rinse water tank 62 functions to store the rinse water. When the rinse pump 63 is operated, the rinse pump 63 pumps rinse water into the rinse water tank 62, and the rinse water entering the rinse water tank 62 is eventually ejected from the rinse arm 61 through the second conduit 65 to rinse the dishes located in the rinse zone 12.
Both the rinse water tank 62 and the rinse pump 63 are mounted on the bottom plate of the support cabinet 13 and are located on the right side of the support cabinet 13. The liquid inlet of the rinsing pump 63 is externally connected with a liquid inlet pipe 66, and the liquid inlet pipe 66 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 67 and a flow meter 68. The flow meter 68 serves to perform monitoring of the water consumption of the washing apparatus.
A rinsing heating pipe 621 and a rinsing temperature sensor 622 are arranged in the rinsing water tank 62, and the rinsing temperature sensor 622 is used for monitoring and feeding back the temperature of the rinsing water in real time so as to control the rinsing water in the rinsing water tank 62 within a preset temperature range. In other embodiments, only the top of the rinsing area 12 may be provided with the rinsing arms 61, or only the periphery of the rinsing area 12 may be provided with the rinsing arms 61.
The rinse arm 61 is capable of washing dishes in the rinse zone 12, and of replenishing the main body 10. When the turbidity of the main wash water in the cabinet body 10 reaches a preset value, the drain pump 70 is powered on to start working to empty the turbid main wash water in the cabinet body 10; after the main washing water in the washing chamber main body 10 is drained, the drainage pump 70 is powered off and stops working, the electromagnetic valve 67 is powered on and opened, the tap water sequentially passes through the electromagnetic valve 67, the flow meter 68, the rinsing pump 63, the rinsing water tank 62 and the rinsing arm 61 and then enters the washing chamber main body 10, the water replenishing work on the washing chamber main body 10 is finally completed, and the tableware can be washed again after the washing equipment is prepared.
In this embodiment, the execution devices include a first execution device 30, a second execution device 40, and a third execution device 50. The first performing device 30 is used to transport the baskets to the main washing zone 11, the second performing device 40 is used to transfer the baskets on the first performing device 30 to the third performing device 50, and the third performing device 50 is used to transport the baskets to the rinsing zone 12.
The basket on the first execution device 30 can be transferred to the third execution device 50 through the second execution device 40, the actions of the first execution device 30 and the second execution device 40 are not interfered with each other, and the basket is conveniently conveyed into the rinsing area 12 after the tableware is primarily washed.
In this embodiment, the first actuator 30, the second actuator 40 and the third actuator 50 are all mounted on the washing chamber main body 10.
When the tableware is washed, the basket containing the tableware can be put on the first execution device 30; the first performing device 30 operates to transfer the baskets into the main washing zone 11, the dishes in the baskets are soaked in the main washing water in the washing compartment main body 10, and the ultrasonic cleaning device 20 operates to perform strong main washing on the dishes in the baskets located in the main washing zone 11; after the main washing is finished, the second execution device 40 works to transfer the baskets on the first execution device 30 to the third execution device 50; subsequently, the third actuator 50 is operated to deliver the baskets to the rinsing zone 12, and the rinsing device 60 is operated to rinse the dishes in the baskets located in the rinsing zone 12 to remove the main wash water remaining on the surfaces of the dishes and the chemicals remaining on the surfaces of the dishes, and finally, to clean the dishes clean.
The structure of the first, second and third actuators 30, 40, 50 of the actuators is explained in detail below.
In this embodiment, the first actuator 30 includes a first driving mechanism 32 and a first basket holder 31 connected to the first driving mechanism 32. The first basket carrier 31 is for carrying a basket containing tableware and is vertically movable under the restriction of the first driving mechanism 32. The first driving mechanism 32 is used to drive the first basket carrier 31 to move down to the main wash zone 11.
The position of first basket carrier 31 is changed by first drive mechanism 32 driving first basket carrier 31 to move vertically to change the position of a basket on first basket carrier 31 to facilitate entry of the basket into main wash zone 11. When a basket is placed in the first basket bracket 31, the first driving mechanism 32 drives the first basket bracket 31 to move downwards, so that the basket on the first basket bracket 31 can be conveyed into the main washing area 11; after the second actuating device 40 transfers a basket to the third actuating device 50, the first driving mechanism 32 can drive the first basket support 31 to move upward, so that the first basket support 31 is separated from the main washing area 11, and the first basket support 31 can receive the next basket.

Illustratively, the first guide bar 323 is a lead screw, and the first reducer 322 is a right-angle reducer.
The first driving motor 321 is used for providing power, and after the first driving motor 321 is decelerated by the first speed reducer 322, the power is transmitted to the first guide rod 323 to drive the first guide rod 323 to rotate, so that the first basket bracket 31 moves in the vertical direction a. The first drive mechanism 32 of this structure is simple in structure, and can realize precise control of the first basket holder 31.
The top of the washing chamber main body 10 is provided with a first support 16, the first guide rod 323 is rotatably connected with the first support 16 through a bearing, the first guide rod 323 can rotate around the axis of the first guide rod 323, and the first guide rod 323 and the first basket bracket 31 form a screw-nut pair. The first driving motor 321 is fixed to the top of the washroom main body 10.
In other embodiments, the first drive mechanism 32 may be provided without the first speed reducer 322, and the first guide bar 323 may be directly connected to the first drive motor 321.
In this embodiment, the second actuator 40 includes a movable pushing frame 41 and a second driving mechanism 42, and the third actuator 50 includes a second basket holder 51. The movable carrier 41 is movably disposed on the first basket holder 31 in the horizontal direction B. The second driving mechanism 42 is used for driving the movable pushing frame 41 to push the basket on the first basket carrier 31 to be transferred to the second basket carrier 51.
The second driving mechanism 42 drives the movable pushing frame 41 to move along the horizontal direction B to change the position of the movable pushing frame 41, so as to push the basket on the first basket bracket 31 to move, and finally transfer the basket to the second basket bracket 51 of the third executing device 50, which is simple in implementation.
The second driving mechanism 42 includes a second driving motor 421, a second reducer 422, a transmission rod 423, and a gear 424, the transmission rod 423 is connected to the second driving motor 421 through the second reducer 422, and the gear 424 is fixed to the transmission rod 423. A rack 425 matched with the gear 424 is arranged on the movable pushing frame 41 along the horizontal direction B.
A power input shaft of the second reduction gear 422 is connected to the second driving motor 421, and a power output shaft of the second reduction gear 422 is connected to the transmission rod 423. The transmission rod 423 is vertically established in the washing chamber main body 10.
Illustratively, the second reducer 422 is a right angle reducer.
The first basket bracket 31 vertically moves under the action of the first driving mechanism 32, so that after the gear 424 is meshed with the rack 425, the second driving motor 421 works to drive the transmission rod 423 to rotate so as to drive the gear 424 to rotate, and the gear 424 drives the rack 425 to move, thereby realizing the movement of the movable pushing frame 41. The second driving mechanism 42 with such a structure is simple in structure and easy to implement.
It should be noted that when the first basket holder 31 is vertically moved by the first driving mechanism 32 to make the gear 424 just engage with the rack 425, the first basket holder 31 may be inside the main washing area 11 or outside the main washing area 11. If the gear 424 is just meshed with the rack 425, the first basket bracket 31 is positioned in the main washing area 11, the position of the basket in the height direction is not changed in the process of horizontally moving and transferring the basket by the movable pushing frame 41, the tableware in the basket is always soaked in the main washing water, and the ultrasonic cleaning device 20 can still carry out main washing on the tableware, so that the purpose of prolonging the main washing time is achieved; if the gear 424 is just engaged with the rack 425, the first basket support 31 is located outside the main washing area 11, and after the dishes in the baskets on the first basket support 31 are subjected to main washing in the main washing area 11, the first basket support 31 can be driven by the first driving mechanism 32 to vertically move upwards for a certain distance, so that the first basket support 31 is located outside the main washing area 11, and the gear 424 is engaged with the rack 425.
In addition, the top of the washing chamber main body 10 is provided with a second support 17, the transmission rod 423 is rotatably connected with the second support 17 through a bearing, the transmission rod 423 can rotate around the axis of itself, and the gear 424 is fixed at one end of the transmission rod 423 far away from the second reducer 422. The second driving motor 421 is fixed to the top of the washing compartment main body 10.
The second drive mechanism 42 may be provided without the second reduction gear 422, and the transmission rod 423 may be directly connected to the second drive motor 421.
Of course, the second driving mechanism 42 may have other structures and be directly disposed on the first basket bracket 31, for example, the second driving mechanism 42 is a linear motor disposed on the first basket bracket 31, the linear motor is directly connected to the movable pushing frame 41, and the linear motor can drive the movable pushing frame 41 to move in the horizontal direction B when operating.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the movable pushing frame 41 includes a movable plate 411, a pushing plate 412, a limiting structure and a resetting member 413. The movable plate 411 is movably disposed at the first basket bracket 31 in the horizontal direction B. The push plate 412 is rotatably disposed on the movable plate 411, and the push plate 412 is used for pushing the basket. The stop structure is configured to provide unidirectional rotation of the pusher plate 412 in the upright position. The reset piece 413 is connected between the push plate 412 and the movable plate 411, and is used for resetting the push plate 412 to the vertical position.
The limiting structure has a limiting effect on the push plate 412, so that the push plate 412 can only rotate in one direction in the vertical position. When a basket is put on the first basket holder 31, the basket can be horizontally pushed on the first basket holder 31. In the process, the basket pushes the push plate 412, the push plate 412 is laid down, and after the basket passes over the push plate 412, the push plate 412 is reset to the vertical position under the action of the reset piece 413. In this case, the movable plate 411 is horizontally moved by the second driving mechanism 42 (the moving direction is the same as the direction of pushing the basket into the first basket holder 31), and the pushing plate 412 horizontally moves the basket, so that the basket is transferred from the first basket holder 31 to the second basket holder 51 of the third actuator 50.
The rack 425 is fixed on the movable plate 411, the movable plate 411 is located at the bottom of the first basket bracket 31, the top end of the push plate 412 extends to the top of the first basket bracket 31, the movable plate 411 is connected with the first basket bracket 31 through the second guide rail slider 43, the guide rail of the second guide rail slider 43 is fixed with the first basket bracket 31 through screws, and the slider of the second guide rail slider 43 is fixed with the movable plate 411 through screws. The second rail slider 43 plays a guiding role to ensure that the movable plate 411 can move on a certain track. Illustratively, the movable plate 411 and the first basket bracket 31 are connected by two second rail sliders 43.
As shown in fig. 4, the pushing plate 412 is rotatably connected to the movable plate 411 through a rotating shaft 415, the limiting structure is a limiting surface 414 of the movable plate 411, the limiting surface 414 is an end surface of the movable plate 411, when the pushing plate 412 is located at the vertical position, the pushing plate 412 just abuts against the limiting surface 414, and at this time, the pushing plate 412 can only rotate in one direction.
Illustratively, the reset element 413 is a torsion spring acting between the push plate 412 and the movable plate 411, and the torsion spring is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 415.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the movable pushing frame 41 may also have other structures, for example, the movable pushing frame 41 includes a movable plate 411 and a pushing plate 412, the movable plate 411 and the pushing plate 412 are fixedly connected to form an "L" shaped structure, the movable plate 411 is movably disposed on the first basket bracket 31 along the horizontal direction B, and the pushing plate 412 is used for pushing the basket.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the third actuator 50 further includes a third drive mechanism 52 connected to the second basket holder 51. The second basket carrier 51 is adapted to receive a basket transferred by the second actuator 40 and to move vertically under the constraint of the third drive mechanism 52. The third drive mechanism 52 is used to drive the second basket carrier 51 to move up to the rinsing zone 12.
The position of second basket carrier 51 is changed by driving second basket carrier 51 to move vertically by third drive mechanism 52 to change the position of a basket on second basket carrier 51 to facilitate entry of a basket from main wash zone 11 into rinse zone 12. When the second executing device 40 transfers a basket to the second basket carrier 51, the third driving mechanism 52 drives the second basket carrier 51 to move upwards, so that the basket on the second basket carrier 51 can be conveyed to the rinsing area 12; after the basket on the second basket support 51 is rinsed and taken out, the third driving mechanism 52 can drive the second basket support 51 to move downwards for resetting, so that the second basket support 51 can receive the next basket transferred by the second execution device 40.
The second basket bracket 51 is connected with the washing chamber main body 10 through a third guide rail sliding block 53, guide rails in the third guide rail sliding block 53 are vertically arranged and fixed on the inner side wall of the washing chamber main body 10 through screws, and the second basket bracket 51 is fixed on sliding blocks in the third guide rail sliding block 53 through screws. The third rail slider 53 plays a guiding role to ensure that the second basket holder 51 can move on a certain trajectory.
Illustratively, the second basket holder 51 is connected to the washing compartment body 10 by two third rail sliders 53. The two third rail sliders 53 are arranged right and the two first rail sliders 33 are arranged left. The transmission lever 423 of the second drive mechanism 42 is located between the first basket holder 31 and the second basket holder 51 in the horizontal direction B.
The third driving mechanism 52 includes a third driving motor 521, a third speed reducer 522, and a second guide lever 523, and the second guide lever 523 is connected to the third driving motor 521 through the third speed reducer 522.
A power input shaft of the third reduction gear 522 is connected to the third driving motor 521, a power output shaft of the third reduction gear 522 is connected to the second guide bar 523, and the second basket bracket 51 is connected to the outside of the second guide bar 523.
Illustratively, the second guide bar 523 is a lead screw, and the third reducer 522 is a right-angle reducer.
The third driving motor 521 is used for providing power, and after the third driving motor 521 decelerates through the third reducer 522, the power is transmitted to the second guide rod 523 to drive the second guide rod 523 to rotate, so that the second basket bracket 51 moves in the vertical direction a. The third drive mechanism 52 of this structure is simple in structure, and can achieve precise control of the second basket holder 51.
The top of the washing chamber main body 10 is provided with a third support 18, the second guide rod 523 is rotatably connected with the third support 18 through a bearing, the second guide rod 523 is vertically arranged, the second guide rod 523 can rotate around the axis of the second guide rod 523, and the second basket bracket 51 and the second guide rod 523 form a screw-nut pair. The third driving motor 521 is fixed to the top of the washing chamber main body 10.

In other embodiments, the actuating device may have other structures, for example, the actuating device only includes the first actuating device 30, after the basket with the tableware is placed on the first basket holder 31, the first basket holder 31 is driven by the first driving mechanism 32 to move vertically downward, so that the first basket holder 31 can be conveyed into the main washing area 11, after the tableware in the basket on the first basket holder 31 is washed, the first basket holder 31 can be driven by the first driving mechanism 32 to move vertically upward, so that the first basket holder 31 can be conveyed to the rinsing area 12 directly above the main washing area 11 to rinse the tableware.

wherein the washing chamber main body has a main washing area at a lower side and a rinsing area at an upper side; the ultrasonic cleaning device is arranged in the main cleaning area and is used for performing main cleaning on the tableware by adopting an ultrasonic cleaning mode; the rinsing device is arranged in the rinsing area and is used for rinsing the tableware passing through the main washing area; the execution device is connected to the washing chamber main body and used for conveying the baskets containing the tableware to the main washing area and conveying the baskets to the rinsing area after the tableware is subjected to main washing.
2. Automatic dishwashing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said actuating means comprises first, second and third actuating means;
the first execution device is used for conveying the baskets to the main washing area, the second execution device is used for transferring the baskets on the first execution device to the third execution device, and the third execution device is used for conveying the baskets to the washing area.
3. The automatic dishwashing apparatus of claim 2 wherein the first actuator comprises a first drive mechanism and a first basket receptacle coupled to the first drive mechanism;
the first basket bracket is used for bearing the basket filled with the tableware and vertically moves under the limitation of the first driving mechanism;
the first driving mechanism is used for driving the first basket bracket to move downwards to the main washing area.
4. The automatic dishwashing apparatus of claim 3 wherein the first drive mechanism comprises a first drive motor and a first guide bar;
the first guide rod is vertically arranged in the washing chamber main body and connected with the first driving motor, and the first basket bracket is connected to the outer side of the first guide rod.
5. The automatic dishwashing apparatus of claim 3 wherein the second actuator comprises a movable push rack and a second drive mechanism, and the third actuator comprises a second basket receptacle;
the movable push frame is movably arranged on the first basket bracket along the horizontal direction;
the second driving mechanism is used for driving the movable pushing frame to push the baskets on the first basket bracket to be transferred to the second basket bracket.

and the third driving mechanism is used for driving the second basket bracket to move upwards to the rinsing area.
9. The automatic dishwashing apparatus of claim 8 wherein the third drive mechanism comprises a third drive motor and a second guide bar;
the second guide rod is vertically arranged in the washing chamber main body and connected with a third driving motor, and the second basket bracket is connected to the outer side of the second guide rod.
10. Automatic dishwashing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the rinsing device comprises a rinsing arm;
the top of the rinsing area is provided with the rinsing arm; and/or
The rinsing arms are arranged around the rinsing area.
11. The automatic dishwashing apparatus of claim 10 wherein the rinsing device further comprises a rinse water tank and a rinse pump;
the rinsing pump is communicated with the rinsing water tank through a first pipeline;
the rinsing water tank is communicated with the rinsing arm through a second pipeline.
12. Automatic dishwashing apparatus according to claim 11 wherein a rinse heating pipe and a rinse temperature sensor are provided in the rinse water tank.
