the cleaning system comprises a bowl to-be-cleaned unit, a bowl cleaning and disinfecting unit and a bowl cleaning and storing unit which are sequentially arranged on the dish washer frame body;
the vertical synchronous lifting device of the vertical manipulator mechanism comprises a cylinder upright post, a cylinder arranged on the cylinder upright post, a limiting slide bar, an inductor, a connecting rod and a reset control valve/sucker; a limiting block and a corresponding sensor are arranged at the corresponding position of the limiting slide bar; the sucking disc is connected to the limiting slide rod through a connecting rod and is communicated with the vacuum pump and/or the reset pump and the reset control valve through corresponding soft air pipes, and a buffering elastic part is arranged on the connecting rod between the back wall surface of the sucking disc and the limiting slide rod;
the left and right synchronous moving device of the vertical manipulator mechanism comprises a mounting bracket, a rotating shaft inductor, a synchronous motor, a rotating shaft, a driving wheel connected to an output shaft of the synchronous motor and a driven wheel meshed with the driving wheel; the synchronous motor is fixedly arranged on the corresponding dish-washing machine frame body, one end of the rotating shaft is connected to the driven wheel, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected to the cylinder upright post; the rotating shaft inductor comprises an eccentric wheel induction block connected to the corresponding position of the rotating shaft, a rotating shaft induction mounting table and rotating shaft inductors which are arranged on the rotating shaft induction mounting table and are positioned at the corresponding positions on the left side and the right side of the rotating shaft and used for inducing and controlling the rotating shaft to move left and right;
the bowl to-be-cleaned unit comprises a bowl storage table to be cleaned, a lifting tray, a lifting sensor arranged on the lifting tray and a position sensor and/or a proximity switch corresponding to the lifting sensor, a lifting rod is arranged below the lifting tray, and a lifting rod sensor is arranged at one end of the lifting rod, which is far away from the lifting tray;
the bowl cleaning and disinfecting unit comprises a bowl washing barrel capable of accommodating a bowl cleaning cavity, bristles and/or a disinfecting sterilizer arranged on the inner wall surface of the bowl washing barrel, a movable cleaning brush device capable of effectively cleaning bowls in the cleaning cavity of the bowl washing barrel and a water storage tank matched with the bowl washing barrel;
the clean storage unit for the bowls comprises a bowl placing table, a pneumatic pump is arranged below the bowl placing table, and a pneumatic regulator is arranged above the bowl placing table;
the vertical manipulator mechanism further comprises a reset device, and the reset device comprises a vacuum pump, a reset control valve, a tee joint and a sucker; the vacuum pump, the reset control valve and the sucker are communicated with each other through corresponding soft air pipes through a tee joint;
the movable cleaning brush device comprises a movable scourer and a bowl cleaning support, wherein the movable scourer comprises a brush telescopic rod, a brush mounting frame body, a brush handle, brush bristles arranged on the brush handle, a bowl pressing rod, an elastic piece arranged on the bowl pressing rod and a rotary bearing arranged at one end of the bowl pressing rod; one end of the brush installation frame body is connected with the telescopic brush rod, the other end of the brush installation frame body is connected with the brush handle, one end of the brush handle is provided with a bowl pressing rod, and the rotating bearing is arranged at one end of the bowl pressing rod, which is far away from the brush handle; the bowl cleaning and supporting device comprises a transmission motor, a rotating pipe, an air inlet pipe arranged in the rotating pipe, a bowl support and a bowl support sucker; the rotary pipe is movably arranged on the wall surface at the bottom of the dish washing barrel, the bowl support and the bowl support sucker are arranged in a washing cavity of the dish washing barrel, one end, located in the washing cavity of the dish washing barrel, of the rotary pipe is connected with the bowl support, the bowl support sucker is arranged above the bowl support, the bowl support sucker is communicated with an air inlet pipe arranged in the rotary pipe, and the other end of the rotary pipe is located on the outer wall surface at the bottom of the dish washing barrel and is connected with a sensing block and a corresponding lifting sensor.
2. The intelligent dishwasher with automatic cleaning and disinfection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the disinfection sterilizer is an infrared sterilizer and is arranged above the bristles on the inner wall surface of the dishwasher tub.
