The power mechanism 6 of the invention comprises a second transverse plate 61 and a third transverse plate 62 which are arranged on the inner wall of the right side of the outer shell 1, a second rotating motor 63 is arranged on the second transverse plate 61, the second rotating motor 63 passes through the third transverse plate 62 through a motor rotating shaft and is provided with a quarter-toothed gear 631 in a connection way at the passing part, third gears 64 are arranged on the third transverse plates 62 at the front and back sides of the quarter-toothed gear 631, the third gears 64 are mutually meshed with the quarter-toothed gear 631, the third gears 64 pass through the third transverse plate 62 through a belt wheel rotating shaft and are provided with third belt pulleys 641 at the passing part, fourth transverse plates 65 are arranged on the inner wall of the front and back ends of the outer shell 1, fourth belt pulleys 66 are arranged on the upper end surfaces of the fourth transverse plates 65, and second belts 67 are sleeved on the fourth belt pulleys 66 and the third belt pulleys 641 to be connected, the fourth belt pulley 66 passes through the fourth cross plate 65 through a rotating shaft and is provided with a fourth cone pulley 661 at the passing part, and the fourth cone pulley 661 is attached to the third cone pulley 42 in a conical surface manner. The structure and the working principle of the power mechanism are shown, and the second rotating motor firstly sends one of the semi-cylindrical bearing boxes on the front side and the rear side to the lower part of the second extrusion mechanism through the quarter-tooth gear.
The second extrusion mechanism 5 comprises a fourth gear 51 arranged on the right side of a third transverse plate 62, the fourth gear 51 is meshed with a quarter-tooth gear 631, a fifth belt pulley 52 is connected to the upper end of the fourth gear 51, a fifth gear 53 is arranged on the left side of the third transverse plate 62, a sixth belt pulley 54 is connected to the upper end of the fifth gear 53, a third belt 55 is sleeved on the sixth belt pulley 54 and the fifth belt pulley 52 to be connected, a third screw rod 56 penetrating through the third transverse plate 62 is arranged on the lower end face of the fifth gear 53, and a connecting ring plate 57 is screwed on the third screw rod 56. The lower end of the connecting ring plate 57 is provided with an extrusion forked plate 58 capable of extruding the cut lemons in the semi-cylindrical bearing box 452, the lower end of the third transverse plate 62 is provided with a second guide rod 59, and one end of the connecting ring plate 57 movably penetrates through the second guide rod 59. The structure and the working principle of the second extrusion mechanism are used for explaining that one of the semi-cylindrical receiving boxes on the front side and the rear side is firstly sent to the lower part of the second extrusion mechanism through the quarter-tooth gear, and then the extrusion fork plate is pressed downwards through the rotating quarter-tooth gear so that the semi-cylindrical receiving boxes can be squeezed.
In the invention, the right end face of the connecting shaft rod 441 is provided with an L-shaped support rod 7, the L-shaped support rod 7 is provided with a one-way gear 71 with teeth biased to the left side, the rear end of the one-way gear 71 penetrates through the L-shaped support rod 7, the penetrating part of the one-way gear 71 is provided with a fifth cone pulley 72, the connecting rod 45 is provided with a sixth cone pulley 73, the fifth cone pulley 72 is in conical surface fit with the sixth cone pulley 73, the left side of the sixth cone pulley 73 is provided with a return coil spring 74, the second support plate 41 is provided with a cross rod 75, and the cross rod 75 is provided with one-way teeth 76 which can be meshed with the one-way gear 71 in a one-way manner. The rear half cylindrical receiving box is mainly used for realizing that the squeezed rear half cylindrical receiving box overturns the lemon dregs through the unidirectional teeth on the cross rod, and the lemon dregs can be reset under the driving of the reset coil spring after being poured out.
According to the invention, the rear end surface on the right side of the second T-shaped support plate 32 is provided with a second gear 8, the second gear 8 is meshed with the half-tooth gear 331, the rear end of the second gear 8 is provided with a second gear rotating shaft 81 which can extend into the conveying pipeline 2, and the second gear rotating shaft 81 is provided with a cross rotating blade 83 which can orderly feed the lemons.
In the invention, a slope 13 which is inclined to the right is arranged at the bottom of the outer shell 1, and a fruit juice output pipe 14 which is communicated with the slope 13 is arranged on the right side surface of the outer shell 1.
