Planar heating body and its use
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of non-combustible cigarette smoking set heating elements, and particularly relates to a planar heating element and application thereof.
Background
The heater of the non-combustion cigarette smoking set is one of the core parts for heating the non-combustion cigarette smoking set, and the most common structural form at present is a heating circuit of a base material. In the heating element, the heating circuit usually adopts a screen printing process to attach the heating slurry on an insulating base material, then sintering is carried out to enable the heating slurry to be tightly combined with the base material, and finally, glazing protection is carried out on the outer surface of the heating element. When the heating body works, joule heat is conducted to the base material through the heating circuit, then conducted to the protective glaze layer from the base material, and finally the heating cigarette is heated through the protective glaze layer. In practice, it has been found that this type of heat-generating body has several significant disadvantages:
1) the heating body has complex structure, long manufacturing process flow and high production cost;
2) the resistance of the heating element and the stability of the temperature coefficient of the resistance are poor;
3) the heat conduction path is long, and the heating efficiency is low;
4) the insulating matrix material is often a poor conductor of heat and the heat transfer efficiency is low.
Another common heating element is: the heating circuit is pre-embedded in a cavity formed by the base material, then the heating circuit and the base material are tightly combined together by a pressing or sintering process, and finally the outer surface of the heating body is glazed and protected. When the heating body works, joule heat is conducted to the base material through the heating wire, then conducted to the protective glaze layer from the base material, and finally the heating cigarette is heated through the protective glaze layer. Therefore, the heat-generating body of this type has significant disadvantages including:
1) the heating body has complex structure, long manufacturing process flow and high production cost;
2) the heat conduction path is long, and the heating efficiency is low;
3) the insulating matrix material is often a poor conductor of heat and the heat transfer efficiency is low.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides a planar heat generating body, comprising: a rigid conductive heat-conducting resistance heating material sheet 1 and an insulating layer 2;
the conductive and heat-conductive resistance heating material sheet 1 comprises a front sheet 1-1 and a back sheet 1-2 which are mutually overlapped and electrically connected, and the insulating layer 2 is arranged between the front sheet 1-1 and the back sheet 1-2.
The front surface sheet 1-1 and the back surface sheet 1-2 are respectively used for being connected with the anode and the cathode of a power supply, and the front surface sheet 1-1 and the back surface sheet 1-2 form a conductive loop.
The insulating layer 2 is in contact with the front surface sheet 1-1 and/or the back surface sheet 1-2; or a gap exists between the insulating layer 2 and the front surface sheet 1-1 and/or the back surface sheet 1-2.
In some cases, the air layer between the front sheet 1-1 and the back sheet 1-2 may also be used as the insulating layer 2, as long as the front sheet 1-1 and the back sheet 1-2 are ensured to form a conductor loop.
Preferably, the insulating layer 2 comprises: an insulating layer independent of the sheet 1 of electrically and thermally conductive resistive heating material, an insulating coating attached to the front sheet 1-1 or the back sheet 1-2.
Preferably, the conductive and heat conductive resistance heating material sheet 1 is sheet-shaped, needle-shaped, rod-shaped or ridged and sword-shaped as a whole.
Preferably, the surfaces of the front sheet 1-1 and the back sheet 1-2 of the sheet 1 of the electrically and thermally conductive resistance heating material are flat, curved or folded independently of each other. For example, when both are arc surfaces, the planar heat generating element may be in the shape of a heating rod, or when both are folded surfaces, it may be in the shape of a sword having a sword-like body with a ridge, which can further improve the rigidity and bending resistance of the planar heat generating element.
The conductive connection of both the front sheet 1-1 and the back sheet 1-2 is preferably located at the top or mid-top of both, wherein the mid-top means that the conductive connection is located less than 1/2, preferably less than 1/3, more preferably less than 1/4, still more preferably less than 1/5, … … and even more preferably less than 1/10, from the top.
Preferably, the front surface sheet 1-1 and the back surface sheet 1-2 of the conductive and heat-conductive resistance heating material sheet 1 are integrally connected.
Preferably, the material of the sheet 1 of the electrically and thermally conductive resistance heating material is selected from: a metallic conductive material, or a non-metallic conductive material.
The conductive and heat-conducting resistance heating material sheet 1 is a heating material firstly, and joule heat is generated when current passes through the conductive and heat-conducting resistance heating material sheet 1; secondly, the electric and heat conduction type resistance heating material sheet 1 is made of heat conduction materials, and joule heat is directly conducted to the smoke generating material in contact with the electric and heat conduction type resistance heating material sheet 1; and finally, the electric and heat conduction type resistance heating material sheet 1 is a rigid supporting material, the planar heating body is kept in a certain shape by depending on the electric and heat conduction type resistance heating material sheet 1, and the planar heating body has certain strength and cannot deform or break in the cigarette plugging and heating process.
Preferably, the material of the insulating layer 2 is selected from glass, ceramic, plastic, or insulating paint.
Preferably, the material of the sheet 1 of the electrically and thermally conductive resistance heating material is selected from: aluminum, copper, nickel, tungsten, titanium, silver, gold, platinum, stainless steel, carbon, or silicon.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a heating apparatus including the planar heating element of the first aspect, further including a power supply, wherein the front surface sheet 1-1 is connected to a positive electrode of the power supply, and the back surface sheet 1-2 is connected to a negative electrode of the power supply; or the positive surface piece 1-1 is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, and the negative surface piece 1-2 is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply.
The third aspect of the present invention provides the use of the planar heating element of the first aspect as a heating element for heating a non-combustible cigarette smoking set, and the planar heating element simultaneously has the functions of heating, heat conduction and support in the smoking set.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention designs the planar heating element for the first time, adopts the same material to realize the functions of heating, heat conduction and rigid support, changes the technical bias of the separate design of the substrate support material and the heating circuit in the traditional smoking set heating element, effectively simplifies the structure and the manufacturing process flow of the heating element, and reduces the manufacturing cost.
2. The joule heat transfer path of the conventional heating element is: the heating wire, the substrate supporting material, the protective glaze layer and the cigarette have long joule heat conducting path and large heat loss in the conducting process. Compared with the traditional heating body, the joule heat conduction path of the invention is as follows: the cigarette has the advantages that the cigarette is made of the rigid conductive and heat-conducting resistance heating material sheet, the protective glaze layer (which can be omitted), the conductive path of joule heat is shortened, and the cigarette heating efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a planar heat-generating body, comprising: an electric and heat conducting resistance heating material sheet 1 and an insulating layer 2. The planar heating body and the conductive heat-conducting resistance heating material sheet 1 are in sheet shapes, are in sword shapes and have regular planes on the surfaces.

The electric and heat conducting type resistance heating material sheet 1 is provided with a front surface sheet 1-1 and a back surface sheet 1-2 which are integrally connected and completely overlapped, a groove is arranged between the front surface sheet 1-1 and the back surface sheet 1-2, and the whole cross section of the electric and heat conducting type resistance heating material sheet 1 is of a concave structure; the insulating layer 2 is arranged in a groove between the front surface piece 1-1 and the back surface piece 1-2 and is in contact with the front surface piece 1-1 and the back surface piece 1-2; the front surface piece 1-1 and the back surface piece 1-2 are respectively used for being connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of a power supply, the front surface piece 1-1 and the back surface piece 1-2 form a conductive loop, the current direction of the front surface piece 1-1 is the direction shown by an arrow in fig. 3, and the current direction of the back surface piece 1-2 is the direction shown by an arrow in fig. 4.
The electric conduction and heat conduction type resistance heating material sheet 1 is a stainless steel metal material sheet which is a good heat conduction material, and can enable a heating body to have certain strength and rigidity, and the heating body cannot deform or break in the cigarette plugging and heating process. In this embodiment, the outer surface of the stainless steel electrically and thermally conductive resistance heating material sheet is not protected by the protective layer.
The insulating layer 2 is a 92 alumina ceramic layer. In the present embodiment, the insulating layer 2 and the sheet 1 of the electrically and thermally conductive resistance heating material are separate components in direct contact.
Example 2
A planar heat-generating body, which is different from embodiment 1 in that: the shape of the planar heating body and the shape of the conductive heat-conducting resistance heating material sheet 1 are rod-shaped. The surfaces of the front surface sheet 1-1 and the back surface sheet 1-2 of the conductive and heat-conductive resistance heating material sheet 1 are curved surfaces.
Example 3
A planar heat-generating body, which is different from embodiment 1 in that: the shape of the planar heating body and the conductive heat-conducting resistance heating material sheet 1 is a sword shape with a sword body with a ridge. The surfaces of the front surface sheet 1-1 and the back surface sheet 1-2 of the conductive and heat-conductive resistance heating material sheet 1 are folded surfaces.
