s2, inserting the test tube to be preserved along the through hole (8), pressing the wedge block (20) to move towards the chamber (22) by the test tube, compressing the first spring (19), placing the bottom of the test tube in the placing groove (15), clamping the test tube by the wedge block (20) under the action of the elastic force of the first spring (19), and clamping and fixing the test tube;
s3, after the test tubes are placed, the screw rod (11) is reversely rotated through the rubber sleeve, the right sliding plate (16) moves downwards along the screw rod (11), the right sliding plate (16) drives the test tube placing rack to move downwards together, after the bottom plate (14) is contacted with the insulating plate (183), the bottom plate (14) presses the insulating plate (183) to move downwards along with the continuous downward movement of the bottom plate (14), the second spring (182) is compressed, when the test tube placing rack moves to the lower part in the refrigerating tank (1), the second electric contact block (184) is contacted with the first electric contact block (185), the display lamp (12) is lightened, and a worker is reminded that the test tube placing rack is positioned at the lower part in the refrigerating tank (1), so that the test tubes are completely immersed in liquid nitrogen;
s4, when the device needs to be moved, the third spring (173) and the damping plate (174) can play a damping role, and the test tube is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge vibration;
s5, when the test tube is needed to be taken, the screw rod (11) is rotated through the anti-slip rubber sleeve (10), so that the test tube placing rack moves upwards, and the test tube is convenient for the staff to take.
