Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the chain wheel has the advantages of low noise, good stability, overload protection, suitability for large-torque transmission, small transmission fluctuation and the like, and has excellent comprehensive performance indexes. Compared with the traditional chain and sprocket transmission combination, the basic structure of the invention is equivalent to the traditional chain and sprocket transmission combination, and also comprises a driving sprocket 1, a driven sprocket 2, a chain 3 and the like, wherein the chain 3 is formed by connecting a plurality of chain links 4, a roller chain is generally adopted, and the chain 3 is wound on the gear teeth of the driving sprocket 1 and the driven sprocket 2.
The driving sprocket 1 and the driven sprocket 2 of the present invention each include two wheel bodies 0 arranged side by side, and a double-row sprocket structure is adopted, the number of the chains 3 is two, and the two chains 3 are arranged side by side and correspondingly wound around two sets of teeth of the driving sprocket 1 and the driven sprocket 2 opposite to the wheel bodies 0.
Firstly, the existing chain and chain wheel transmission combination is influenced by the characteristics of the chain and chain wheel transmission combination in the using process and is not suitable for the transmission requirement of large torque. This is mainly due to two reasons: 1. the chain does not have the function of overload protection, when the moment of torsion is too big, causes the chain fracture easily, then stops the machine to overhaul lightly, and the people is injured to the heavy time, destroys other equipment even. 2. In consideration of the transmission requirement of large torque, the size of the chain wheel is large, in consideration of the requirements of machining, heat treatment and the like, the chain wheel is inconvenient to form and process at one time, a combined structure is adopted, and the combined assembly structure stability of the existing chain wheel is poor. For this reason, the present invention contemplates improvements to existing sprocket chains from both of the above-mentioned angles in a large direction suitable for high torque transmissions.
From the viewpoint of overload protection, as shown in fig. 2, the two chains 3 of the present invention are provided with an overload buffering region which is opposite to one link 4 of the chain 3, and the link 4 corresponding to the overload buffering region is composed of a front section and a rear section which are independent of each other. In other words, the link 4 of the chain 3 corresponding to the overload buffering zone is formed by two segments, and the two segments are separable. Be provided with first horizontal pole 5 and second horizontal pole 6 between the anterior segment of two chains 3, between the back end respectively, first horizontal pole 5 and second horizontal pole 6 are parallel to each other, be provided with overload protection subassembly on first horizontal pole 5 and the second horizontal pole 6. The overload protection assembly has the function of completing the tripping of the first cross bar 5 and the second cross bar 6 when the torque is too large, and buffering the tripping to prevent the chain 3 from being damaged. And under normal condition, the overload protection assembly can ensure the connection of the first cross rod 5 and the second cross rod 6, and the smooth transmission of power is ensured.
The specific structure of the overload protection component is more, for example: the overload protection assembly can be composed of a pair of electromagnets and a pressure sensor, and when the overload protection assembly detects that the pressure is too high, the electromagnets are powered off to realize tripping. However, this method is not only costly, but also relatively complex in circuit layout and difficult to repair. To this end, a better solution of the overload protection assembly according to the present invention can be seen in fig. 3 and 4, wherein the overload protection assembly comprises a sliding bar 7 disposed on the first cross bar 5, and the sliding bar 7 is disposed on a side of the first cross bar 5 facing the second cross bar 6 and is perpendicular to the first cross bar 5. The second cross rod 6 is provided with a sliding hole 8 matched with the sliding rod 7, and the sliding rod 7 is arranged in the sliding hole 8 in a penetrating mode. Be provided with round cross-section on the lateral wall in 7 middle sections of slide bar and be semicircular annular 9, be provided with side opening 10 on the inner wall of 8 both sides of sliding hole, the position of side opening 10 is relative with annular 9, and from interior to exterior sets gradually the tight spring in top 11, roof 12 and the knob 13 of looks adaptation in the side opening 10. The top ball 13 is matched with the ring groove 9 and is pressed in the ring groove 9 through the top tightening spring 11 and the top plate 12.
Overload protection subassembly includes first horizontal pole 5, second horizontal pole 6, slide bar 7, sliding hole 8, the annular 9, push up tight spring 11, roof 12, parts such as top ball 13, under normal conditions, receive the influence of the tight spring 11 effort in top, roof 12 will push up ball 13 tightly and support in annular 9 of slide bar 7, realize the connection of slide bar 7 and sliding hole 8, first horizontal pole 5 and second horizontal pole 6's connection has also been realized, overload buffer zone corresponds anterior segment and back end and conventional chain link 4 of chain link 4 this moment and is equivalent. When the torque is too large, the sliding rod 7 arranged on the first cross rod 5 is stressed greatly, the elastic force of the jacking spring 11 is overcome, the jacking ball 13 is pressed into the side hole 10, the sliding rod 7 and the sliding hole 8 can slide relatively at the moment, the distance between the first cross rod 5 and the second cross rod 6 can be adjusted, and the transmission tripping of the chain link 4 is realized substantially to form overload protection.
On the basis, in order to deal with different torque overload protection, the better scheme of the invention can also adjust the pressure range of the overload protection. For this purpose, as shown in fig. 3, an adjusting hole 14 penetrating through the second cross bar 6 is further provided on the second cross bar 6, a bolt hole 15 is provided on a side wall of the adjusting hole 14 opposite to the side hole 10, the bolt hole 15 and the side hole 10 are located on the same straight line, and the bolt hole 15 penetrates through to the side hole 10. The adjusting bolt is characterized by further comprising an adjusting bolt 16 matched with the bolt hole 15, the head of the adjusting bolt 16 is located in the adjusting hole 14, and the rod of the adjusting bolt 16 extends into the side hole 10. The bottom of the side hole 10 is also provided with a push plate 17, and the rod part of the adjusting bolt 16 is contacted with the jacking spring 11 through the push plate 17. By rotating the adjusting bolt 16, the length of the adjusting bolt 16 extending into the side hole 10 can be changed, the compression ratio of the puller spring 11 is further changed, and due to the change of the compression ratio of the puller spring 11, the pressure applied to the top plate 12 and the puller ball 13 is changed, and finally the adjustment of the tripping pressure is realized.
In order to prevent the slide rod 7 from directly sliding out of the slide hole 8 after the trip is completed, the chain 3 is disconnected. The sliding rod 7 extends out of the sliding hole 8, the end part of the sliding rod 7 is provided with an end disc 18, and the end disc 18 plays a limiting role. The sliding rod 7 is sleeved with a buffer spring 19, and the buffer spring 19 is positioned between the end disc 18 and the second cross rod 6. The buffer spring 19 can instantaneously buffer the increased stress, and prevent the chain 3 and the overload protection assembly from being damaged.
In order to realize synchronous shutdown protection when overload protection is started. The invention is also provided with a detection device for detecting whether the overload protection state is started, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a group of infrared correlation alarms 20 are also arranged on two inner side walls of the sliding hole 8 above the side hole 10, and a light ray abdicating hole 21 transversely penetrating through the sliding rod 7 is arranged in the upper section of the sliding rod 7. When overload protection arouses, namely when slide bar 7 slides, light on the slide bar 7 abdomens hole 21 and arrives the position that infrared ray correlation alarm 20 corresponds, and infrared ray correlation alarm 20 detects alarm signal to send to the equipment total controller, realize shutting down in step.
Of course, the chain 3 may have a plurality of overload buffering areas, and the plurality of overload buffering areas are uniformly distributed on the chain 3. In this way it is ensured that there is always at least one overload protection zone on the horizontal run of the chain 3, and the overall overload protection performance of the chain 3 is better.
From the view of the combined assembly structure of the chain wheel, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the driving chain wheel 1 and the driven chain wheel 2 of the invention both comprise a central shaft 22, the cross section of the central shaft 22 is in a regular hexagon shape, both ends of the central shaft 22 are provided with threaded connection sections 23, and the threaded connection sections 23 are adapted with locking nuts 24. The central shaft 22 is sleeved with a first mounting sleeve 25 and a second mounting sleeve 26, and the first mounting sleeve 25 and the second mounting sleeve 26 are locked on the central shaft 22 through a locking nut 24. The first mounting sleeve 25 and the second mounting sleeve 26 are provided with a fixed disk 27 on the circumferential surface of the opposite end, and the two wheel bodies 0 are annular and are respectively and coaxially fixed on the disk surfaces of the two fixed disks 27 through connecting bolts 28.
The driven chain wheel 2 and the driving chain wheel 1 are composed of main components such as a central shaft 22, a first mounting sleeve 25, a second mounting sleeve 26, a wheel body 0 and the like, and the components are relatively simple in structure and convenient to process independently. Meanwhile, when large-torque transmission is carried out, the large abrasion of the gear teeth is considered, and even if the gear teeth are damaged, the driving chain wheel 1 and the driven chain wheel 2 do not need to be replaced completely, and only the annular wheel body 0 needs to be replaced, so that the maintenance cost is reduced on the whole.
On the basis, in order to further improve the stability of the sprocket installation, the first mounting sleeve 25 and the second mounting sleeve 26 are externally sleeved with a rubber buffer ring 32, and the rubber buffer ring 32 is matched with the inner ring of the wheel body 0 and is positioned in the inner ring of the wheel body 0, that is, the outer edge of the rubber buffer ring 32 is in contact with the inner edge of the wheel body 0. The contact mode can adopt a surface contact mode and a tooth contact mode, namely, the inner surface of the wheel body 0 and the outer peripheral surface of the rubber buffer ring 32 are both provided with mutually meshed teeth, the structure is simple, and the structure is not shown in the figure. The rubber cushion ring 32 can also transmit a part of the torsion from the wheel body 0, improve the stress condition of the connecting bolt 28, and further improve the stability of the installation of the wheel body 0.
The rubber cushion ring 32 is mounted as follows: the first mounting sleeve 25 and the second mounting sleeve 26 are also sleeved with a fastening sleeve 33, the fastening sleeve 33 is connected with the first mounting sleeve 25 and the second mounting sleeve 26 through fastening bolts 34, and the rubber buffer ring 32 is tightly pressed on the disc surface of the fixed disc 27 through the fastening sleeve 33. In addition, the outer edge of the rubber cushion ring 32 may extend outward to form a ring edge pad 351, and the edge pad 351 may be sandwiched between the wheel body 0 and the fixed disk 27. The side spacers 351 have a certain compression amount, which can improve the tightness of the coupling between the stator 27 and the wheel body 0.
In order to further improve the stability of the first and second mounting sleeves 25, 26 mounted on the center shaft 22, the first and second mounting sleeves 25, 26 are provided at opposite ends thereof with abutting grooves 29 and abutting heads 30 respectively, the abutting heads 30 are inserted into the abutting grooves 29, and similarly, rubber pads 31 may be provided between the bottom of the abutting grooves 29 and the end faces of the abutting heads 30.
Secondly, current chain 3 and sprocket combination transmission mode, chain 3 has great fluctuation, and transmission noise is big, wearing and tearing are big simultaneously, and is undulant big mainly because 3 horizontal segments of chain are longer, and it self has certain gravity, and under the action of gravity, it has certain flagging and leads to undulant. The noise and wear are mainly due to the fact that the chain wheel and the chain 3 are made of metal, and the chain wheel and the chain have large wear in the rigid contact process. In order to solve the problems, the invention optimizes and improves the prior mechanism from the aspects of relieving rigid contact and reducing the fluctuation of the chain 3.
From the perspective of relieving rigid contact, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the edge of the wheel body 0 of the present invention is coated with a layer of U-shaped groove-shaped rubber wear-resistant sleeve 36, the rubber wear-resistant sleeve 36 is strip-shaped, a plurality of gear sleeves 37 adapted to the gear teeth are formed on the rubber wear-resistant sleeve 36 corresponding to the number of the gear teeth, and the gear sleeves 37 are sleeved on the gear teeth. The rubber wear-resistant sleeve 36 is fixedly arranged on the wheel body 0, and the specific fixing mode can be that the rubber wear-resistant sleeve is bonded on the wheel body 0 through a high-strength adhesive. However, in order to facilitate replacement, it is better to arrange a circle of annular pressing grooves on both side surfaces of the wheel body 0, wherein a pressing ring 38 is adapted in the pressing grooves, and both side edges of the rubber wear-resistant sleeve 36 are clamped in the pressing grooves and pressed tightly by the pressing ring 38. The pressing rings 38 on the two side surfaces of the wheel body 0 are locked on the wheel body 0 through the locking bolts 352, and certainly, in order to improve the compression degree, dents matched with the pressing grooves can be formed on the rubber wear-resistant sleeve 36 in advance, so that the dents are directly compressed in the pressing grooves.
According to the invention, the rubber wear-resistant sleeve 36 is sleeved on the outer edge of the wheel body 0, so that direct pure rigid contact between the gear teeth on the wheel body 0 and the chain 3 can be avoided, the abrasion between the gear teeth and the chain is reduced, and meanwhile, the mode greatly reduces the metal friction and impact noise between the gear teeth and the chain, and improves the comfort in the use process. In addition, the rubber wear-resistant sleeve 38 can increase the meshing force between the gear teeth and the chain 3, so that the anti-slip effect is achieved, the chain 3 is prevented from slipping, and the anti-slip rubber wear-resistant sleeve is particularly suitable for being used in high-torque transmission occasions.
Of course, in order to ensure the stability of the gear sleeve 37 on the gear teeth, as shown in fig. 9, a semicircular anti-back groove 39 is provided on each side of the gear teeth, and anti-back protrusions 40 matched with the anti-back grooves 39 are provided on the inner walls of each side of the gear sleeve 37, and the anti-back protrusions 40 are located in the anti-back grooves 39. Through preventing moving back groove 39 and preventing moving back protruding 40 and cooperateing, can effectually avoid the tooth cover 37 to break away from the teeth of a cogwheel.
From the perspective of reducing the fluctuation of the chain 3, as shown in fig. 1, a fluctuation reducing assembly is further disposed on the horizontal section of the chain 3 between the driving sprocket 1 and the driven sprocket 2, the fluctuation reducing assembly is composed of two fluctuation reducing wheels 41, each of the two fluctuation reducing wheels 41 is provided with a plurality of gear teeth adapted to the links 4 of the chain 3, the two fluctuation reducing wheels 41 are staggered with each other, and are disposed above and below the chain 3 one above the other, and the gear teeth of the fluctuation reducing wheels 41 are engaged with the links 4 of the chain 3.
According to the invention, the fluctuation reduction assembly is arranged on the horizontal section with the most obvious fluctuation of the chain 3, and the two fluctuation reduction wheels 41 are staggered on the chain 3 one above the other, so that the limitation and tensioning on the chain 3 are formed, and the horizontal section can be prevented from drooping. Meanwhile, the invention adopts a common upper and lower limiting mode, so that the fluctuation reduction effect is very obvious, and the stability and the smoothness in the transmission process are greatly improved. And a group of fluctuation reduction assemblies are arranged on the two horizontal sections of the chain 3, and the two horizontal sections are tensioned and limited simultaneously.
Regarding the installation mode of the fluctuation reducing wheels 41, a central fixing plate 42 is arranged between two groups of the fluctuation reducing assemblies, two fluctuation reducing wheels 41 of each group of the fluctuation reducing assemblies are jointly installed on one edge fixing plate 43, and the edge fixing plate 43 is connected with the central fixing plate 42 through a connecting rod 44. The central fixing plate 42 is provided with a mounting hole 45, and the central fixing plate 42 is arranged on the equipment foundation through the mounting hole 45, so that the mounting mode is more reasonable and compact. On this basis, the fluctuation damping wheel 41 is a ceramic wheel. The ceramic wheel made of the ceramic material is used as the fluctuation reduction wheel 41, so that the ceramic wheel is extremely wear-resistant, the service life is prolonged, and the maintenance and overhaul cost is reduced.
