2) the control mechanism controls the target rod 2 to move towards the target disc main body 1-1, so that the clamping mechanism 2-1 at the front end of the target rod 2 abuts against and locks a target handle at the tail part of a target sheet on the target bin 1-2 of the current target disc;
3) the control mechanism controls the target rod 2 to move back to drive the target handle at the tail part of the current target slice 3, and the target slice 3 corresponding to the handle is taken out, so that the target slice 3 is installed on the target rod 1, and the target installation process is completed.
The second step of the target removing process comprises the following specific steps:
1) the control mechanism controls the target disc main body 1-1 to rotate, so that the target removing structure 1-3 on the target disc main body 1-1 enters a target removing station;
2) the control mechanism moves the target rod 2 provided with the target sheet 3 to a target removing preparation position;
3) the control mechanism controls the target removing mechanism 1-3 to continue rotating from the target removing station to a position where the clamping mechanism 2-1 at the front end of the target rod can be locked;
4) the control mechanism controls the target rod 2 to move backwards, and the target removing structure 1-3 clamps the target sheet 3 out of the target rod head clamping mechanism 2-1.
Supplementary explanation:
after the waste target plate is detached from the target rod 2, the target plate 1-3 directly falling in the vacuum is stuck out, and the waste target plate of the metal target plate waste cylinder is thrown away at one time when the annual inspection is finished.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1-1, the target plate 1 can rotate around the target plate shaft hole 1-4, and has a plurality of target plate target compartments 1-2 (12 in the figure, but not limited to 12) on it, and the target plate 3 can be loaded in the target plate target compartments 1-2 in advance.
As shown in FIGS. 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3, the front end of the target rod 2 is a target head 2-1 which can hold a target piece 3.
Before target loading, the initial positions of the components are shown in figure 3, and the target rod 2 is aligned with the target disk openings 1-5 of the target disk 1; at this time, the target plate 1 rotates around the position of the shaft hole 1-4 of the target plate, as shown in figure 4, so that the target chamber 1-2 of the target plate with the target sheet 3 is aligned with the target rod head clamping mechanism 2-1 of the target rod 2; the target rod 2 moves towards the target disk 1, as shown in fig. 5, the target disk 1 is propped against, the tail part of the target sheet 3 is inserted into the target rod head clamping mechanism 2-1, and then the target rod head clamping mechanism 2-1 clamps the tail part of the target sheet 3; the target rod 2 moves reversely in the linear direction and leaves the target disk 1, as shown in fig. 6, the target rod 2 can pull out the target sheet 3 from the target disk target bin 1-2 and is arranged at the front end of the target rod 2, and the target loading action is completed.
When the target rod works, the target disk 1 rotates around the position of the shaft hole 1-4 of the target disk, as shown in fig. 7, the opening 1-5 of the target disk 1 is aligned with the position of the target rod 2; the target 2 can be moved forward over the target plate 1, as shown in fig. 8, into the operative position.
Before the target is removed, when the target sheet 3 at the front end of the target rod 2 needs to be replaced, the target rod 2 moves to the position shown in FIG. 9, so that the target removing structure 1-3 is aligned with the target sheet 3 and the notch position of the target rod clamping mechanism 2-1 at the front end of the target rod; the target disk 1 rotates, as shown in fig. 10, the target removing structure 1-3 is driven to be inserted into the notch of the target piece 3 and the target rod clamping mechanism 2-1 at the front end of the target rod 2; subsequently, the target bar 2 with the target 3 moves backward, and the target 3 is caught by the structure for target removal 1-3, as shown in FIG. 11, thereby completing the target removal.
The method of the present invention is not limited to the examples described in the specific embodiments, and those skilled in the art can derive other embodiments according to the technical solutions of the present invention, and also belong to the technical innovation scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. An automatic target changing device used in vacuum of a cyclotron is characterized in that: this automatic trade target device includes: the device comprises a target disc main body (1-1) arranged in the vacuum of a cyclotron, a target removing structure (1-3) arranged on the target disc main body, a target rod (2) used for extending into the cyclotron along a target disc opening (1-5) of the target disc main body to perform charge stripping telescopic motion, a target sheet (3) arranged at the head of the target rod (2) and a corresponding control mechanism; the target disc main body (1-1) is a rotatable target disc main body (1-1), and target disc target bins (1-2) for storing target pieces (3) are uniformly distributed on the side end surface of the rotatable target disc main body (1-1); the control mechanism controls the target disc main body (1-1), the target rod (2) and the target removing mechanism (1-3) to be matched and move relatively to finish automatic target loading and automatic target removing, so that automatic target changing is realized.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the target changer comprises: the target rod (2) is provided with a clamping device (2-1) at the head part of the target rod (2) and a rod part (2-2) of the target rod; the target rod head clamping device (2-1) comprises an adjusting nut (2-1-1) and a fork head (2-1-2); a protective side (2-1-3), a top sheet (2-1-4), a spring (2-1-5) and a top bead (2-1-6); the adjusting nut (2-1-1) is used for adjusting the pressure of the spring (2-1-5) on the top bead (2-1-6), the fork head (2-1-2) is used for clamping the upper surface and the lower surface of the tail part of the target sheet (3), and the protecting side (2-1-3) is used for clamping the left side and the right side of the tail part of the target sheet (3); the installation angle of the adjusting nut (2-1-1) is parallel to the opening direction of the target removing structure (1-3) and is installed at the position of the target head (2) which is at the same side of the opening direction of the target removing structure (1-3).

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the target changer comprises: the target sheet (3) is provided with a target frame (3-1), a stripping film (3-2), a positioning hole (3-3) and a target sheet tail part (3-4), the positioning hole (3-3) is arranged at the tail part of the target sheet, the shape and the size of the positioning hole (3-3) are matched with the target rod ejecting bead (2-1-6), and when the tail part of the target sheet (3) is inserted into the fork head (2-1-2) and the protecting side (2-1-3) of the target rod, the ejecting bead (2-1-6) of the target rod is pressed into the positioning hole (3-3) of the target sheet under the pressure of a spring, so that the target sheet is positioned on the target rod.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the target changer comprises: the target bin (1-2) of the target disc is provided with an adjusting nut (1-2-1) and a spring (1-2-2); a top block (1-2-3) and a top bead (1-2-4); the outer circumferential surface of the adjusting nut (1-2-1) is provided with an external thread which can be screwed into a corresponding threaded hole of the target disc main body (1-1), and the pressing spring (1-2-2) presses the top bead (1-2-4) against the side surface of the target sheet (3) through the top block (1-2-3), so that the target sheet (3) is lightly pressed in a target bin of the target disc, and the target sheet (3) is prevented from shaking in the target bin (1-2) when the target disc rotates.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the target changer comprises: the target removing mechanism (1-3) is arranged on one side of the target disc opening (1-5), the target removing mechanism (1-3) is provided with a semicircular opening, the direction of the semicircular opening is consistent with the rotating direction of the target disc main body (1-1) during target removing, and the size of the semicircular opening is matched with the size of the target rod head clamping mechanism (2-1).
6. An automatic target changing method in a cyclotron vacuum for an automatic target changing device in a cyclotron vacuum based on any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the automatic target changing method comprises the following steps:
step one, when the target is loaded, the control mechanism controls the target disc main body (1-1) and the target rod (2) to respectively rotate to stations which are matched with each other when the target is loaded, so that the target loading process is completed;
and step two, when the target is removed, the control mechanism controls the target disc main body (1) and the target rod (2) to respectively rotate to the stations which are matched with each other when the target is removed, so that the target removing process is completed.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the target is automatically changed in vacuum of the cyclotron, and the method comprises: the target loading process of the first step specifically comprises the following steps:
1) the control mechanism controls the target disc main body (1-1) to rotate along the position of a target disc shaft hole (1-4) of the control mechanism, so that the position of the target disc main body (1-1) at the current target disc target bin (1-2) is over against the opening of the clamping mechanism (2-1) at the front end of the target rod;
2) the control mechanism controls the target rod (2) to move towards the target disc main body (1-1) so that the clamping mechanism (2-1) at the front end of the target rod (2) abuts against and locks a target handle at the tail part of a target sheet on the target bin (1-2) of the current target disc;
3) the control mechanism controls the target rod (2) to move back and drive the target handle at the tail part of the current target sheet (3), and the target sheet (3) corresponding to the handle is taken out, so that the target sheet (3) is installed on the target rod (1), and the target loading process is completed.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the target is automatically changed in vacuum of the cyclotron, and the method comprises: the second step of the target removing process comprises the following specific steps:
1) the control mechanism controls the target disc main body (1-1) to rotate, so that the target removing structure (1-3) on the target disc main body (1-1) enters a target removing station;
2) the control mechanism moves the target rod (2) provided with the target sheet (3) to a target removal preparation position;
3) the control mechanism controls the target removing mechanism (1-3) to continue rotating from the target removing station to a position where the target rod front end clamping mechanism (2-1) can be locked;
4) the control mechanism controls the target rod (2) to move backwards, and the target removing structure (1-3) clamps the target sheet (3) out of the target rod head clamping mechanism (2-1).
