Performance detection

soaping: pre-desizing, boiling, bleaching and mercerizing the fabric, removing impurities on the cloth surface through a soaping process, and drying after soaping;
the processing steps of moisture absorption and quick drying, antibiosis, down penetration prevention and easy decontamination are carried out in one bath: and (3) shaping, drying, baking and finishing the fabric dried in the soaping step on a shaping machine to obtain the moisture-absorbing, quick-drying, antibacterial and down-proof fabric easy to clean.
