Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
Hereinafter, a water inlet method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus and a laundry treating apparatus according to embodiments of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a water inlet method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
The water inlet method of the clothes treatment device can be applied to the clothes treatment device.
As a possible implementation, the laundry treating apparatus may be a double-tub or multi-tub washer-dryer. The laundry treating apparatus includes a first laundry treating unit and a second laundry treating unit.
One of the laundry treating units is used for drying laundry, and the other laundry treating unit is used for washing, for example, when the first laundry treating unit is used for drying laundry, the second laundry treating unit is used for washing, and when the first laundry treating unit is used for washing, the second laundry treating unit is used for drying laundry.
For example, when the laundry treating apparatus is a double tub washing and drying machine, the first laundry treating unit may be a drying machine for drying laundry and the second laundry treating unit may be a washing machine for washing laundry, or the first laundry treating unit may be a washing machine and the second laundry treating apparatus may be a drying machine.
The first laundry treating unit and the second laundry treating unit may be disposed up and down, or may be disposed left and right, or may be disposed front and back, which is not limited thereto. For example, when the first laundry treating unit and the second laundry treating unit are disposed up and down, the first laundry treating unit may be located at an upper side and the second laundry treating unit may be located at a lower side, or the first laundry treating unit may be located at a lower side and the second laundry treating unit may be located at an upper side.
It should be noted that, in the above example of the washing and drying machine in which the laundry processing device is only a double tub, in practical application, the laundry processing device may be a multi-tub washing and drying machine, such as a three-tub washing and drying machine, a four-tub washing and drying machine, and so on. For example, when the laundry treating apparatus is a four-tub washer-dryer, the laundry treating apparatus may include one first laundry treating unit and three second laundry treating units, or two first laundry treating units and two second laundry treating units, or three first laundry treating units and one second laundry treating unit, which is not limited in this application.
As another possible implementation manner, the laundry treatment apparatus may be a dual-tub or multi-tub washing machine, or a dual-tub or multi-tub dryer, or a dual-tub or multi-tub washing and drying machine, which is not limited thereto. Wherein the laundry treating apparatus includes a first laundry treating unit and a second laundry treating unit.
For example, when the laundry treating apparatus is a double-tub or multi-tub washing machine, both the first laundry treating unit and the second laundry treating unit are used for washing; when the laundry treating apparatus is a double-tub or multi-tub dryer, the first laundry treating unit and the second laundry treating unit are used for drying laundry; when the laundry treating apparatus is a dual-tub or multi-tub washing and drying machine, the first laundry treating unit and the second laundry treating unit are used for washing and drying laundry.
For convenience of explanation, the present application may take the laundry treating apparatus as a dual tub washing and drying machine, the first laundry treating unit as a drying machine for drying laundry, and the second laundry treating unit as a washing machine for washing.
As shown in fig. 1, the water inlet method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the steps of:
step 101, a water inlet request is sent to the second laundry treating unit to request the second laundry treating unit to control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to be opened.
The execution subject of the embodiment of the application is a first clothes treatment unit, and the first clothes treatment unit is communicated with a second clothes treatment unit.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the first laundry treating unit requires water inflow, the first laundry treating unit may send a water inflow request to the second laundry treating unit to request the second laundry treating unit to control the water inflow valve of the first laundry treating unit to be opened.
Taking the first laundry treating unit as an example of a clothes dryer, when the first laundry treating unit requires water to be introduced, for example, when the laundry is cared, the first laundry treating unit may send a water inlet request to the second laundry treating unit to open a steam valve (a steam valve, referred to as a water inlet valve of a steam generator) of the first laundry treating unit, so that the steam generator can generate steam and enter the inside of the first laundry treating unit and/or the second laundry treating unit, steam-treating the laundry, or, when the first laundry treating unit has a self-cleaning requirement, the first laundry treating unit may send a water inlet request to the second laundry treating unit, to open a self-cleaning valve (the self-cleaning valve referred to herein as a water inlet valve of the self-cleaning assembly) of the first laundry treating unit, so that water flows into the self-cleaning assembly for a cleaning process.
Step 102, receiving an opening and closing state of a water inlet valve from a second laundry treating unit; wherein, the switch state is controlled according to whether the second clothes processing unit is supplied with water or not.
In the embodiment of the application, the opening and closing states of the water inlet valve comprise an opening state and a closing state.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the second laundry treating unit receives the water inlet request, the second laundry treating unit may control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to open or close according to whether water is introduced into the second laundry treating unit, and send the open/close state of the water inlet valve to the first laundry treating unit.
Specifically, when the second laundry treating unit takes in water, at this time, in order to avoid a collision of the taken in water, the second laundry treating unit may control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to be closed and transmit the closed state of the water inlet valve to the first laundry treating unit, and accordingly, the first laundry treating unit may receive the closed state of the water inlet valve transmitted by the second laundry treating unit.
When the second laundry processing unit does not enter water, at this time, the water inlet conflict does not occur, so that the second laundry processing unit may control the water inlet valve of the first laundry processing unit to open and send the open state of the water inlet valve to the first laundry processing unit, and accordingly, the first laundry processing unit may receive the open state of the water inlet valve sent by the second laundry processing unit.
And 103, determining whether to repeatedly send a water inlet request according to the opening and closing state of the water inlet valve.
Specifically, when the open/close state of the water inlet valve is the open state, at this time, the first laundry processing unit may normally supply water, and thus, the first laundry processing unit may determine that it is not necessary to repeatedly send a water supply request. When the open/close state of the water inlet valve is in the closed state, the first laundry processing unit may determine that a water inlet request needs to be repeatedly sent to request the second laundry processing unit to control the opening of the water inlet valve of the first laundry processing unit, for example, when the first laundry processing unit is a clothes dryer, the first laundry processing unit may not perform a corresponding steam care function and/or a self-cleaning function because the first laundry processing unit may not perform a corresponding water inlet normally. Therefore, in the embodiment, the water inlet request is repeatedly sent, so that the water inlet valve of the first clothes treatment unit can be opened in time when the conditions allow, and the waiting time is prevented from being too long.
As an example, when the laundry treating apparatus is a washing and drying machine, and the first laundry treating unit is a drying machine located above and the second laundry treating unit is a washing machine located below, since the height of the washing and drying machine is high, when the water pressure in the user's home is low, a situation in which the upper drying machine does not supply water may occur if a plurality of machines and washing machines supply water at the same time.
In the application, when the clothes dryer needs to feed water, the clothes dryer can request the washing machine to open the water inlet valve, and the washing machine determines whether to open the water inlet valve of the washing machine according to the water inlet condition of the washing machine, so that the water inlet coordination of the clothes dryer and the washing machine controlled by software is realized, and the condition that water cannot be fed due to water inlet conflict can be effectively avoided.
It should be noted that, in the above description, only the first laundry processing unit is taken as the dryer located above, and the second laundry processing unit is taken as the washing machine located below, when the present application is actually applied, the present application does not limit the positions and functions of the first laundry processing unit and the second laundry processing unit, and the water inlet method of the embodiment of the present application can be used regardless of the relative position relationship between the first laundry processing unit and the second laundry processing unit and the functions of the first laundry processing unit and the second laundry processing unit.
For example, when the first laundry processing unit and the second laundry processing unit are both used for drying laundry or both used for washing laundry, the second laundry processing unit may determine whether to open the water inlet valve of the first laundry processing unit according to the water inlet condition of the second laundry processing unit, so as to avoid the situation that water cannot enter due to water inlet collision, and improve the applicability of the water inlet method.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:
sending a water inlet request to a second laundry processing unit through the first laundry processing unit to request the second laundry processing unit to control a water inlet valve of the first laundry processing unit to be opened, and then receiving an open/close state of the water inlet valve from the second laundry processing unit; wherein, the switch state is controlled according to whether the second clothes processing unit is supplied with water or not; and finally, determining whether to repeatedly send a water inlet request according to the opening and closing state of the water inlet valve. Therefore, when the first clothes treatment unit needs to feed water, the second clothes treatment unit is requested to open the water inlet valve, and the second clothes treatment unit determines whether to open the water inlet valve of the first clothes treatment unit according to the water feeding condition of the second clothes treatment unit, so that the water feeding coordination between the first clothes treatment unit and the second clothes treatment unit under the control of software is realized, and the condition that the clothes treatment device cannot feed water due to water feeding conflict can be effectively avoided; also importantly, in the embodiment, the repeated sending of the water inlet request can ensure that the water inlet valve of the first clothes treating unit is opened in time when the conditions allow, so as to avoid the waiting time from being too long.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the first laundry treating unit determines that the water inlet request needs to be repeatedly transmitted, the first laundry treating unit may repeatedly transmit the water inlet request to the second laundry treating unit to request the second laundry treating unit to control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to be opened. As a possible implementation, the first laundry treating unit may repeatedly transmit the water inlet request to the second laundry treating unit for a set interval duration until the set condition is reached by the repeated transmission. The above process is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a water inlet method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the water inlet method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the steps of:
step 201, a water inlet request is sent to the second laundry treating unit to request the second laundry treating unit to control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to be opened.
Step 202, receiving an on/off state of the water inlet valve from the second laundry treating unit; wherein, the switch state is controlled according to whether the second clothes processing unit is supplied with water or not.
The execution process of steps 201 to 202 may refer to the execution process of steps 101 to 102 in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
Step 203, determining that a water inlet request needs to be sent repeatedly according to the closing state of the water inlet valve.
Step 204, repeatedly sending a water inlet request to the second clothes treatment unit at a set interval duration until the set conditions are reached by repeated sending.
Wherein the setting condition comprises one or more of the following conditions:
the repeated sending time length reaches the set time length;
the number of repeated transmissions reaches a set number.
In the embodiment of the present application, the set interval duration is preset, for example, may be preset for a built-in program of the first laundry treating unit, or may be set by a user, so as to improve the flexibility of the water inlet method. It can be understood that, in order to improve the water inlet efficiency of the first laundry treating unit, the set interval duration should not be set too long, for example, the set interval duration may have a value ranging from 1 second to 5 seconds.
The set time is preset, and it can be understood that when the water pressure in the home of the user is low or the water supply is cut off, the water inlet time of the second laundry treatment unit is longer, and if the first laundry treatment unit always sends a water inlet request to the second laundry treatment unit, more electric power is consumed. Therefore, the set time period should not be set too large, for example, the set time period may range from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
Similarly, the set number of times should not be set too much, and for example, the set number of times ranges from (10 minutes/5 seconds 600 seconds/5 seconds 120) to (30 minutes/1 second 1800 seconds/1 second 1800).
In the embodiment of the present application, when the first laundry treating unit determines that the water inlet request needs to be repeatedly transmitted, the first laundry treating unit may repeatedly transmit the water inlet request to the second laundry treating unit for a set interval duration until the repeated transmission reaches the set condition. Therefore, when the repeated sending reaches the set condition, the sending of the water inlet request to the second clothes treatment unit is stopped, the situation that the first clothes treatment unit continuously sends the water inlet request to the second clothes treatment unit when the water pressure in the house of a user is low or the water supply is stopped can be avoided, and the electricity consumption of the clothes treatment device is reduced.
Step 205, determining that the water inlet request does not need to be sent repeatedly according to the opening state of the water inlet valve.
Compared with the previous embodiment, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present application at least has the following further technical effects or advantages:
by repeatedly sending the water inlet request to the second clothes treatment unit at set intervals when the first clothes treatment unit determines that the water inlet request needs to be sent repeatedly, the situation that the first clothes treatment unit continuously sends the water inlet request to the second clothes treatment unit when the water pressure in the home of a user is low or the water is stopped can be avoided, and the electricity consumption of the clothes treatment device is reduced.
As a possible implementation, when the first laundry treating unit is used for drying clothes, the water inlet valve may comprise a self-cleaning valve and/or a steam valve, and step 103 may specifically comprise:
when the water inlet valve includes a steam valve, the first laundry treating unit may determine that the water inlet request needs to be repeatedly transmitted according to a closing state of the steam valve; and determining that the water inlet request does not need to be sent repeatedly according to the opening state of the steam valve.
As an example, when steam care is performed on the laundry, a steam valve may be opened to allow steam to enter the inside of the first laundry treating unit and/or the second laundry treating unit to perform steam care on the laundry.
When the water inlet valve includes the self-cleaning valve, the first laundry treating unit may determine that the water inlet request does not need to be repeatedly transmitted according to a closing state of the self-cleaning valve; and determining that the water inlet request does not need to be sent repeatedly according to the opening state of the self-cleaning valve.
As an example, if the first laundry treating unit is in an idle state, or the first laundry treating unit is in a self-cleaning requirement, the self-cleaning valve may be opened to allow water to flow into the self-cleaning assembly of the first laundry treating unit to perform a cleaning process.
When the water inlet valve includes the self-cleaning valve and the steam valve, the first laundry treating unit may determine that it is not necessary to repeatedly send the water inlet request according to a closing state of the self-cleaning valve; determining that a water inlet request does not need to be sent repeatedly according to the opening state of the self-cleaning valve; determining that a water inlet request needs to be sent repeatedly according to the closing state of the steam valve; and determining that the water inlet request does not need to be sent repeatedly according to the opening state of the steam valve.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application also provides a water inlet method of a laundry treating apparatus.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a water inlet method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the water inlet method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the steps of:
step 301, receiving a water inlet request sent by a first laundry treatment unit.
The execution subject of the embodiment of the present application is the second laundry treating unit, and the second laundry treating unit communicates with the first laundry treating unit.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the first laundry treating unit requires water inflow, the first laundry treating unit may send a water inflow request to the second laundry treating unit to request the second laundry treating unit to control the water inflow valve of the first laundry treating unit to be opened. Accordingly, the second laundry treating unit may receive the water inlet request transmitted from the first laundry treating unit.
Step 302, controlling the water inlet valve of the first clothes treatment unit to be opened or closed according to whether the second clothes treatment unit is supplied with water, and sending the opening and closing state of the water inlet valve to the first clothes treatment unit; wherein the open and close state of the water inlet valve is used for the first laundry processing unit to determine whether to repeatedly send the water inlet request.
When the first laundry treating unit receives the closing state of the water inlet valve, it may be determined that the water inlet request needs to be repeatedly transmitted, and the water inlet request is repeatedly transmitted to the second laundry treating unit to request the second laundry treating unit to control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to be opened. Therefore, in the embodiment, the water inlet request is repeatedly sent, so that the water inlet valve of the first clothes treatment unit can be opened in time when the conditions allow, and the waiting time is prevented from being too long.
When the first laundry treating unit receives the open state of the water inlet valve, it may be determined that the water inlet request does not need to be repeatedly transmitted.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:
receiving, by a second laundry treatment unit, a water inlet request transmitted by a first laundry treatment unit; controlling the water inlet valve of the first clothes processing unit to be opened or closed according to whether the second clothes processing unit enters water or not, and sending the opening and closing state of the water inlet valve to the first clothes processing unit; wherein the open and close state of the water inlet valve is used for the first laundry processing unit to determine whether to repeatedly send the water inlet request.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the water inlet time period of the first laundry treating unit reaches the set water inlet time period, the first laundry treating unit may transmit a closing request to the second laundry treating unit to request the second laundry treating unit to control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to be closed. However, in practical applications, if the first laundry processing unit and the second laundry processing unit cannot communicate with each other or the communication is abnormal, the second laundry processing unit may not receive the closing request sent by the first laundry processing unit, and thus the water inlet valve cannot be closed, which causes the first laundry processing unit to always supply water. The set water inlet time period may be preset by a built-in program of the first laundry treating unit, or may be set by a user, so as to improve flexibility and applicability of the water inlet method.
Therefore, as a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the second laundry processing unit may also monitor communication with the first laundry processing unit, and when the communication is abnormal, the second laundry processing unit may control the water inlet valve of the first laundry processing unit to be closed, so as to avoid a situation that the first laundry processing unit is always supplied with water. The above process is explained in detail with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a water inlet method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the water inlet method of the laundry treating apparatus may further include the steps of:
step 401, communication with a first laundry treatment unit is monitored.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second laundry treating unit may monitor communication with the first laundry treating unit in a listening manner.
And 402, controlling a water inlet valve of the first clothes processing unit to be closed within a preset time period when the communication abnormity is monitored.
Wherein the predetermined time period is preset. It is understood that, when the first laundry processing unit and the second laundry processing unit are abnormal in communication, in order to avoid the situation that the first laundry processing unit is excessively flooded with water, the predetermined time period should not be set to be too long, for example, the predetermined time period may range from 8 seconds to 12 seconds.
As a possible implementation manner, during the process of water inflow of the first laundry processing unit, the second laundry processing unit may periodically or in real time send a request message to the first laundry processing unit, where the request message is used to acquire whether the first laundry processing unit is filled with water to a preset water level, or the water inflow reaches a set water inflow time period, if the second laundry processing unit has not received a response from the first laundry processing unit within a preset time period, the second laundry processing unit may determine that the communication is abnormal, at this time, the second laundry processing unit may further determine whether the communication abnormal time period reaches a predetermined time period, for example, 10 seconds, and if so, the water inlet valve of the first laundry processing unit is controlled to be closed.
As another possible implementation manner, if there is no data transmission between the second laundry treating unit and the first laundry treating unit, the second laundry treating unit may determine that the communication is abnormal, at this time, the second laundry treating unit may further determine whether a communication abnormal time period reaches a predetermined time period, for example, 10 seconds, and if so, control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to be closed.
As still another possible implementation manner, if the second laundry treating unit has not received the closing request transmitted by the first laundry treating unit, the second laundry treating unit may determine that the communication is abnormal, at this time, the second laundry treating unit may further determine whether a communication abnormal time period reaches a predetermined time period, for example, 10 seconds, and if so, control the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit to close. Therefore, the situation that water is always supplied to the first clothes processing unit when the communication is abnormal can be avoided.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:
communication with the first laundry treating unit is monitored through the second laundry treating unit, and the water inlet valve of the first laundry treating unit is controlled to be closed according to the monitored communication abnormality. Therefore, the situation that water is always supplied to the first clothes processing unit when the communication is abnormal can be avoided.
As a possible application scenario, when the first laundry treating unit, the dryer and the second laundry treating unit are washing machines, referring to fig. 5, the water inlet method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the following steps:
step 501, the clothes dryer sends a water inlet request to the washing machine to request the washing machine to control the opening of a water inlet valve of the clothes dryer.
Step 502, the washing machine feeds back the opening and closing state of the water inlet valve to the clothes dryer.
In step 503, the clothes dryer judges whether the opening and closing state of the water inlet valve is an opening state, if so, step 504 is executed, and if not, step 501 is executed.
Step 504, the dryer times the water intake time.
And 505, judging whether the water inlet time length reaches the set water inlet time length by the clothes dryer, if so, executing step 506, and if not, executing step 504.
In step 506, the dryer sends a close request to the washing machine to request the washing machine to control the water inlet valves of the dryer to close.
Further, when the clothes dryer judges that the opening and closing state of the water inlet valve is the closing state, and repeatedly sends the water inlet request to the washing machine for a set interval duration, at the moment, the clothes dryer can time the repeated sending duration, if the sending duration of the washing machine is always the closing state of the water inlet valve in the timing process, the clothes dryer judges whether the repeated sending duration reaches the set duration, if so, the sending of the water inlet request is stopped, and if not, the water inlet request is continuously sent until the repeated sending duration reaches the set duration.
Further, in the communication process between the washing machine and the clothes dryer, the washing machine may determine whether the communication between the washing machine and the clothes dryer is abnormal, if so, further determine whether the abnormal communication time reaches a predetermined time, for example, 10 seconds, if so, control the control valve of the clothes dryer to close, and if not, continue to monitor the communication between the washing machine and the clothes dryer.
