本发明涉及聚氨酯弹性体技术领域,具体为一种高摩擦系数的聚氨酯弹性体。
背景技术
聚氨酯弹性体作为一种具有高强度、抗撕裂和耐磨等特性的高分子材料,在日常生活、工农业生产和医学等领域广泛应用,聚氨酯弹性体用作滚筒、传送带、软管、汽车零件、鞋底、合成皮革、电线电缆和医用人工脏器等,然而现有的聚氨酯弹性体摩擦系数低,且耐高温效果差,从而容易造成聚氨酯弹性体损坏,为此,我们提出一种高摩擦系数的聚氨酯弹性体。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高摩擦系数的聚氨酯弹性体,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高摩擦系数的聚氨酯弹性体,包括基层,所述基层的外表面设置有防静电层,所述防静电层的外表面设置有耐高温层,所述耐高温层由石墨涂层和陶瓷涂层组成,所述耐高温层的外表面设置有防滑层,所述防滑层由醇酸防滑涂层和环氧防滑涂层组成。
优选的,所述基层为聚氨酯弹性体,且聚氨酯弹性体的外侧开设有防滑纹。
优选的,所述防静电层为丙烯酸防静电涂料,所述防静电层涂设于基层的外表面。
优选的,所述石墨涂层涂设于防静电层的外表面,所述陶瓷涂层涂设于石墨涂层的外表面。
优选的,所述石墨涂层和陶瓷涂层的厚度相同,所述石墨涂层与防静电层的厚度相同。
优选的,所述醇酸防滑涂层涂设于耐高温层的外表面,所述环氧防滑涂层涂设于醇酸防滑涂层的外表面。

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高摩擦系数的聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:所述醇酸防滑涂层(41)和环氧防滑涂层(42)的厚度相同,所述醇酸防滑涂层(41)与防静电层(2)的厚度均为0.07-0.09mm。
