Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of novel building materials, in particular to a waterproof and fireproof aerated brick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The aerated brick is also called as an aerated concrete block, has very wide application, and is mainly used for wall materials, filler walls, floor slabs, roof slabs and other load-bearing wall materials, non-load-bearing materials and surrounding filler enclosing walls in mechanical workshops and civil buildings. At present, the aerated bricks become leading products in the building material industry, and the nation gradually forbids the use of clay solid bricks, and the clay solid bricks are gradually replaced by aerated concrete blocks and autoclaved bricks. The aerated brick has the characteristics of light weight, good heat insulation performance, strong shock resistance, good processing performance, certain high temperature resistance, good sound insulation performance and strong adaptability, can be customized according to different local raw materials and different conditions, has wide raw material sources, can select river sand, fly ash, ore sand and the like, can be made into consideration, can utilize wastes, is beneficial to environmental protection, and really changes wastes into valuables.
However, with the development of the building industry, buildings are higher and higher, the shapes of the buildings are more and more peculiar, the requirements on strength, density, shrinkage value, freezing resistance and the like of the aerated bricks are improved, in addition, with the continuous improvement of living standards of people, the requirements on the environment are higher and higher, the requirements on the waterproof performance, the fireproof performance and the radioactivity of the buildings are higher, and even the buildings are required to have the performance beneficial to body health, so that the development of the aerated bricks with more excellent performance is imperative according to the requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems in the background art, the invention provides a waterproof and fireproof aerated brick and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the aim is as follows:
a waterproof fireproof aerated brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of cast iron slag, 10-15 parts of blast furnace slag, 8-12 parts of fly ash, 5-7 parts of natural asphalt, 8-9 parts of ceramic soil, 8-11 parts of cement, 8-12 parts of glass wool, 4-6 parts of gypsum, 1-3 parts of carbon powder and a proper amount of water.
The preparation method of the waterproof fireproof aerated brick comprises the following steps:
(1) raw material treatment: mixing cast iron slag, blast furnace slag, fly ash, natural asphalt, ceramic soil, glass wool and carbon powder, then sending the mixture into a ball mill, grinding the mixture into particles of 150-160 meshes, then adding cement and gypsum, uniformly mixing, adding water according to the water-material ratio of 0.65-0.72, and uniformly stirring to obtain slurry;
(2) pouring: adding the slurry stirred in the step (1) into a brick mold to obtain a brick blank body;
(3) standing: putting the brick body obtained in the step (2) into a resting room, sealing and insulating the resting room at 50-55 ℃, and standing for 1.5-2 hours;
(4) steaming: putting the brick body in the step (3) into a steam curing kettle for vacuumizing, and then uniformly introducing steam within 1.2-1.5 hours, so that the temperature in the steam curing chamber is increased to 220-260 ℃, the pressure reaches 12-12.5MPa, and the constant temperature is kept for 15-17 hours;
(5) standing: and (3) uniformly discharging the steam in the steam curing kettle to reduce the temperature in the steam curing room to below 85 ℃, taking the steam curing room out of the kettle, and standing for 20-25 days to obtain the aerated brick.
The glass wool has the advantages of good molding, small volume density, thermal conductivity , heat preservation and insulation, good sound absorption performance, corrosion resistance and stable chemical performance. The natural asphalt is a high-quality waterproof, moistureproof and anticorrosive organic cementing material and has no toxic or harmful effect.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention improves the waterproof performance and the anticorrosive performance of the aerated brick by using the natural asphalt, and enhances the fireproof performance, the heat preservation performance and the sound insulation performance of the aerated brick by using the glass wool, thereby improving the use value of the aerated brick on the whole and meeting the requirements of modern people.
