Abstract
The invention relates to a pressure chamber plate structure of an automobile fan heater, which comprises a fan heater pressure chamber plate assembly and a side wall assembly at the end part of the fan heater pressure chamber plate assembly, wherein the side wall assembly is connected with the fan heater pressure chamber plate assembly through a connecting member; the warm air blower pressure chamber plate assembly comprises a pressure chamber front plate and a pressure chamber rear plate, wherein the lower side of the pressure chamber rear plate is fixedly connected with the rear side of the pressure chamber front plate in an overlapping manner; the rear plate of the pressure chamber is provided with a rear plate vertical surface, a rear plate inclined surface, a curved surface bent backwards and a front windshield mounting surface which are sequentially connected; the fan heater pressure chamber plate assembly also comprises a reinforcing piece, wherein the section of the reinforcing piece is shaped like a Chinese character [, and the reinforcing piece is provided with a bottom surface, a lower side turnover surface and an upper side surface; the reinforcement is connected with the upper part of the back surface of the back plate of the pressure chamber in a matching way to form a closed cavity structure, and the cavity structure and the vertical surface of the back plate form a cantilever structure. Background

CN 202147726U discloses a connection structure of a pressure chamber plate and a front upright post inner skin of an automobile warm air blower, wherein the pressure chamber plate of the warm air blower is connected with the front upright post inner skin through flanging welding; and the welding connection position is also provided with a connecting piece, and the left end and the right end of the connecting piece are provided with connecting holes which are respectively connected with the warm air blower pressure chamber and the front upright post inner skin through bolts. The structure adopts the connecting piece to realize the connection with the warm air blower pressure chamber plate and the front upright inner skin through bolts, and forms a frame structure with good structural strength and rigidity, so as to enhance the rigidity and the strength of the connection between the side wall and the engine compartment, improve the torsional mode of a white automobile body and improve the fatigue durability of the automobile body.

the fan heater pressure chamber plate assembly also comprises a reinforcing piece, wherein the section of the reinforcing piece is in a [ -shape and is provided with a bottom surface, a lower side turnover surface and an upper side surface;

the fan heater pressure chamber plate assembly also comprises a reinforcing piece 3, wherein the section of the reinforcing piece 3 is in a [ -shape and is provided with a bottom surface 31, a lower side turnover surface 32 and an upper side surface 33;

Because the front windshield mounting surface is positioned on the closed cavity formed by the rear plate of the pressure chamber plate body and the reinforcing piece, and the closed cavity extends to the side wall assembly through the connecting component, the properties of the glass mounting surface, such as mode, rigidity and the like, are greatly improved; as the reinforcement is positioned in the passenger compartment, the corrosion resistance is greatly improved.

A plurality of sinking platforms 34 are arranged on the upper side surface 33 of the reinforcing member 3 at equal distances so as to improve the strength of the reinforcing member; a plurality of elongated counter sink holes 35 are equidistantly formed in the bottom surface 31 of the reinforcement 3 to weaken the Z-direction strength and meet the requirement of pedestrian protection.
The side wall assembly 5 comprises a side wall inner plate vertical surface 51 and a side wall glass mounting surface 52 arranged on the upper side of the side wall inner plate vertical surface, wherein a plurality of open Y-direction flanging surfaces 53 are arranged on the side edge of the side wall inner plate vertical surface 51.
The connecting member 4 has a connecting upright face 41, an upper flange face 42, a lower flange face 43 and an end flange face 44; the connecting member 4 is fixedly connected to the side wall assembly 5, the upper flanging surface 42 of the connecting member 4 is connected with the side wall glass mounting surface 52 through spot welding, and the end flanging surface 44 of the connecting member 4 is connected with the side wall inner plate vertical surface 51 through spot welding.
The bottom surface 31 of the reinforcing part 3 is connected with the connecting vertical surface 41 of the connecting component 4 by plug welding; the lower turned-over surface 32 of the reinforcement 3 and the lower turned-over surface 43 of the connecting member 4 are joined by spot welding.
The rear plate vertical surface 21 of the pressure chamber rear plate 2 of the fan heater pressure chamber plate assembly is connected with the Y-direction flanging surface 53 of the side wall assembly 5 through eight spot welding.
The fan heater pressure chamber plate assembly is fixedly connected with the side wall assembly 5 through a connecting component 4; the upper flanging surface 42 of the connecting component 4 is partially notched; avoid the appearance of more than four layers of welding; the upper flanging surface 42 of the connecting component 4 is connected with the front windshield installation surface 23 of the pressure chamber rear plate 2 in a spot welding way; the side wall glass mounting surface 52 is connected with the front windshield mounting surface 23 of the pressure chamber back plate 2 through spot welding, and a gap is formed in the part of the side wall glass mounting surface 52; the occurrence of more than four layers of solder is avoided.
The gap between the front windshield mounting surface 22 of the pressure chamber rear plate 2 and the upper side surface 32 of the reinforcement 3 except for the portion where the welding spot is opened is 2 mm.
