A pneumatic scissors type garlic root cutter comprises a main body frame, scissors, a power unit and a signal transmission unit; scissors are arranged in the main body frame; the power unit comprises an electric power input device, an air source input device reverse power supply device, an air storage tank and an air cylinder; the power input equipment is electrically connected with the reverse power supply device of the air source input equipment and the signal transmission unit; the reverse power supply device of the air source input equipment is electrically connected with the air source input equipment, and the air source input equipment is connected with the air storage tank and the air path of the air cylinder; and a piston rod of the cylinder is hinged with the scissors. The equipment realizes semi-automatic garlic root cutting through a simple structure, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of traditional manual operation. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pneumatic scissors type garlic root cutter of the present invention includes a main body frame, scissors 1, a power unit and a signal transmission unit.

Scissors 1 are arranged in the main body frame;
the power unit comprises an electric power input device, an air source input device reverse power supply device, an air storage tank 8 and an air cylinder 3. The power input equipment is used for connecting an external power supply and is electrically connected with the reverse power supply device of the gas source input equipment and the signal transmission unit; the reverse power supply device of the air source input equipment is used for reversely supplying power to the external air source input equipment. An air source input port 9 is arranged on the air storage tank 8, and an external air source input device is connected with the air storage tank 8 and the air cylinder 3 through an air path; the piston rod of the cylinder 3 is hinged with the scissors 1, and the shearing and resetting actions of the scissors 1 are completed by driving the piston rod of the cylinder 3 to stretch.
The signal transmission unit comprises a microswitch 2 and an electromagnetic valve 5, the microswitch 2 is arranged on the side edge of the cutting edge of the scissors 1, and the microswitch 2 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve 5. The electromagnetic valve 5 controls the air passage of the air cylinder 3.
Further, the power input device comprises two sets of power input devices, namely a 48v power supply electric socket 6 and a 48v plug 7. When the stable power supply is lacked, the 48v plug 7 can supply power by using the storage battery of the storage battery car, namely, the 48v plug 7 is used as a power line, the storage battery of the storage battery car is used as a power supply, and the storage battery is inserted into a charging port of the storage battery car, so that the storage battery can supply power for the equipment in a reverse direction, and the electric energy for the operation of the whole equipment is provided.
Further, the reverse power supply device of the air source input device is in the form of an inverter 4, and a 220v air compressor power socket 10 is arranged on the inverter 4.
Furthermore, a protective shell 11 is arranged outside the main body frame, openings are formed in the positions of the scissors 1 and the micro switch 2 of the protective shell 11, and a lifting handle is arranged at the upper part of the protective shell, so that equipment can be conveniently transferred.
When the air compressor is used, equipment is powered on according to the using environment, namely a 48v power supply power connection socket 6 or a 48v plug 7 is selected to be powered on, then external air source input equipment is powered on through a power supply socket 10 on the inverter 4, and a 550W air compressor is generally selected as the external air source input equipment. After the electrification and ventilation work is finished, the air in the air storage tank 8 is input into the air cylinder 3, and the scissors 1 are in an open state; when garlic root hairs are put into the openings of the scissors 1, the microswitch 2 is triggered to enable the electromagnetic valve 5 to work, the cylinder 3 is used for air exchange, and the piston moves the scissors 1 to close to complete the root cutting action. When the garlic is taken off, the microswitch 2 can return to a normally open state for reciprocating use.
