The embodiment of the application discloses a processing device for preparing diced apples by sugar.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a sugar apple dice processing device comprises a soaking tank 1 and a cleaning machine 6, wherein the soaking tank 1 is filled with a soaking liquid, and apples cleaned by the cleaning machine 6 are soaked. The soaking tank 1 comprises a feeding section 13, a discharging section 12 and a soaking section 11, a base 2 is arranged at the lower end of the soaking tank 1, and a plurality of soaking tanks 3 and driving mechanisms 5 which are closely arranged are arranged in the soaking tank 1. The soaking box 3 is used for soaking apples, the apples are fed into the soaking box 3 in the feeding section 13, soaked in the soaking liquid in the soaking section 11, and discharged from the soaking box 3 in the discharging section 12. The driving mechanism 5 can drive the soaking box 3 to circularly move in the soaking tank 1 from the feeding section 13 to the soaking section 11 to the discharging section 12, so that continuous production is realized.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning machine 6 is disposed on a side close to the feeding section 13, one end of the cleaning machine 6 close to the feeding section 13 is provided with a discharging plate 66 opposite to the soaking box 3, and apples cleaned by the cleaning machine 6 can be discharged from the discharging plate 66 and fall into the soaking box 3. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the soaking tank 3 includes a lower bottom 31 and a side wall 32, and the lower bottom 31 and the side wall 32 are uniformly provided with a plurality of through holes, which are convenient for the soaking liquid to enter the soaking tank 3. The opposite both sides of lateral wall 32 upper end are equipped with spout 34, and the both sides of upper cover 33 lower extreme are equipped with pulley pole 35, and pulley pole 35 lower extreme is equipped with the pulley 36 that cooperatees with spout 34, through the cooperation of pulley 36 and spout 34, upper cover 33 and soaking case 3 sliding connection, and the slip direction of upper cover 33 is perpendicular with the direction of movement of soaking case 3, when feeding to soaking case 3, can open upper cover 33, carries out the feeding to the apple, can close upper cover 33 after the feeding is finished, can prevent after upper cover 33 is closed that the apple from floating, and then prevent that the apple that floats from contacting with the air, the soaking that leads to is insufficient, has further promoted the quality of product.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the feeding section 13 includes a first inclined section 131, a horizontal section 132 and a second inclined section 133 sequentially arranged, the first inclined section 131 is close to the discharging section 12, the second inclined section 133 is close to the soaking section 11, the base 2 at the lower ends of the first inclined section 131 and the second inclined section 133 is provided with inclined planes 21, and the inclined directions of the two inclined planes 21 are opposite. When the soaking box 3 is located at the first inclined section 131, the upper cover 33 of the soaking box 3 is inclined to slide to one side, the upper cover 33 is opened, the horizontal section 132 is located at the lower end opposite to the discharging plate 66, the soaking box 3 is in a horizontal state when the horizontal section 132 is located, feeding of the material into the soaking box 3 is facilitated by the discharging plate 66, after feeding is finished, the soaking box 3 is driven to the second inclined section 133, the upper cover 33 of the soaking box 3 can slide in the direction opposite to the sliding direction of the upper cover 33 of the first soaking section 11 due to the fact that the second inclined section 133 is opposite to the first inclined section 131, the upper cover 33 can be closed, and apples in the soaking box 3 can not be spilled due to the inclined angle of the soaking box 3 of the second inclined section 133.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the upper end of the soaking section 11 is uniformly provided with a plurality of press rollers 45, the middle part of the press rollers 45 is provided with rollers 46, when the soaking section 11 is soaked in the soaking tank 3, the upper cover 33 is abutted against the rollers 46, and the rollers 46 can play a limiting role on the soaking tank 3, so that the soaking tank 3 can be prevented from floating in the soaking section 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the height of the base 2 of the discharging section 12 is higher than the height of the bases 2 of the soaking section 11 and the feeding section 13, and since the height of the base 2 of the lower end of the discharging section 12 is higher, when the soaking tank 3 is gradually transferred to the discharging section 12, the soaking liquid in the soaking tank 3 can be gradually discharged from the through holes. The height of the discharging section 12 is lower than that of the feeding section 13, a discharging hole 4 is formed in one side of the discharging section 12, a discharging door 37 is hinged to one side, close to the discharging hole 4, of the soaking box 3, and when the soaking box 3 is conveyed to the discharging hole 4, the discharging door 37 can be opened to discharge apples due to the fact that the discharging section 12 is lower. The discharge opening 4 is provided with a receiving plate 41, apples can fall onto the receiving plate 41, the receiving plate 41 is provided with a plurality of liquid leakage holes, the lower end of the receiving plate 41 is provided with a liquid receiving box 42, and redundant soaking liquid in the apples can be leaked into the liquid receiving box 42 from the liquid leakage holes.
Two sides of the upper end of the material receiving plate 41 are respectively provided with a second vertical material blocking plate, and the second material blocking plate can prevent apples from falling from two sides of the material receiving plate 41. The height of the side of the discharging section 12 close to the feeding section 13 gradually increases, after the apples are discharged from the soaking box 3, the soaking box 3 is continuously conveyed, and the discharging door 37 is gradually closed until the soaking box 3 is conveyed to the feeding section 13 due to the gradually increasing height of the side of the discharging section 12 close to the feeding section 13.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a plurality of guide wheels 43 are uniformly arranged on one side of the soaking section 11 close to the discharge gate 37, and the discharge gate 37 is provided with guide wheel grooves 44 matched with the guide wheels 43. When the soaking tank 3 is used for soaking the soaking section 11, the guide wheels 43 arranged on the inner wall of the soaking section 11 slide in the guide wheel grooves 44 on the discharging, so that the limiting effect on the discharging door 37 can be achieved, and apples can be prevented from leaking in the soaking section 11 due to the fact that the discharging door 37 is opened.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, the driving mechanism 5 includes a plurality of motors 51, a rotating shaft 52 and a deflector rod 53, an output shaft of the motors 51 is connected with the rotating shaft 52 penetrating through the lower end of the soaking tank 1, the rotating shaft 52 is uniformly provided with the plurality of deflector rods 53, and the lower bottom 31 of the soaking tank 3 is provided with two deflector blocks 54 matched with the deflector rods 53. The motor 51 is started, the output shaft of the motor 51 can drive the rotating shaft 52 to rotate, the poking plate arranged on the rotating shaft 52 can rotate under the drive of the rotating shaft 52, and the poking plate rotates to poke the poking block 54 at the lower end of the soaking box 3, so that the soaking box 3 can be driven to move in the soaking tank 1.
The embodiment principle of embodiment 1 is: when the soaking box 3 is driven to the first inclined section 131, the upper cover 33 of the soaking box 3 is inclined to be opened, the soaking box 3 is continuously conveyed to the horizontal section 132, the soaking box 3 with the upper cover 33 being opened is opposite to the discharging plate 66, the cleaning machine 6 discharges apples after cleaning into the soaking box 3, after the soaking box 3 is filled with apples, the apples are continuously conveyed to the second inclined section 133, the upper cover 33 is slidingly closed on the soaking box 3, the soaking box 3 with the upper cover 33 being closed is conveyed to the soaking section 11, apples are submerged in the soaking liquid and slowly move forward in the soaking section 11 in the soaking box 3, full soaking can be performed, when the soaking box 3 is conveyed to the discharging section 12, apples are soaked, the base 2 at the lower end of the discharging section 12 is higher, the soaking liquid in the soaking box 3 can be gradually discharged in the gradual conveying process, when the soaking box 3 is conveyed to the discharging hole 4, the discharging door 37 can be completely opened, the apples are discharged to the collecting plate 41, after the apples are completely discharged, the soaking box 3 is continuously conveyed to the discharging door 37, the soaking box 3 is gradually closed, the soaking box 3 is conveyed to the next circulation 13, and the soaking process is continued.

The contact part of the first upper cover 331 and the second upper cover 332 is provided with a vertical notch 77, one end of the feeding section 13, which is close to the discharging section 12, is provided with a bracket 76, the bracket 76 is connected with a first triangle 75, and the end of the first triangle 75, which is close to the discharging section 12, is opposite to the notch 77. When the soaking tank 3 is conveyed to the lower end of the bracket 76, the notch 77 at the end parts of the first upper cover 331 and the second upper cover 332 are opposite to the angle of the first triangular plate 75, and the first triangular plate 75 separates the first upper cover 331 from the second upper cover 332. After the feeding is finished, the soaking box 3 is conveyed to the second triangular plate 74, the second triangular plate 74 is respectively abutted against the first upper cover 331 and the second upper cover 332, and the first upper cover 331 and the second upper cover 332 are gradually closed along with the gradual conveying of the soaking box 3, so that the automatic closing of the upper cover 33 can be realized.

s7, mechanically dicing the apples by using a dicing machine after the evacuation is finished;
s8, placing the cut diced apples into a blanching machine for blanching, wherein the blanching water temperature is more than or equal to 95 ℃;
s9, sorting the blanched diced apples, and sorting out unqualified, discolored, unpeeled, foreign matters and the like;
and S10, finally bagging the selected diced apples, wherein a metering scale is used during bagging, an aluminum foil bag is adopted for bagging, and after the bagging is finished, the aluminum foil bag is vacuumized and packaged.
