The driving mechanism 5 can drive the soaking tank 3 to circularly move from the feeding section 13 to the soaking section 11 and then to the discharging section 12 in the soaking tank 1, thereby realizing continuous production.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the upper end of the soaking section 11 is uniformly provided with a plurality of compression rollers 45, the middle part of each compression roller 45 is provided with a roller 46, when the soaking tank 3 is soaked in the soaking section 11, the upper cover 33 is abutted against the roller 46, the roller 46 can limit the soaking tank 3, and the soaking tank 3 can be prevented from floating in the soaking section 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the base 2 of the discharging section 12 is higher than the bases 2 of the soaking section 11 and the feeding section 13, and the height of the base 2 at the lower end of the discharging section 12 is higher, so that the soaking liquid in the soaking tank 3 can be gradually discharged from the through holes when the soaking tank 3 is gradually conveyed to the discharging section 12.
