Claims (6)

1. The corn cutting and bundling machine is compact in structure and is characterized by comprising a bundling box (1), wherein two mutually-meshed crushing rollers (20) are arranged at the middle end in the bundling box (1), a power unit for driving the crushing rollers (20) to rotate is arranged on the outer wall of the bundling box (1), the bundling box (1) is a square box body, an extrusion plate attached to the inner wall of the bundling box (1) is arranged in the bundling box (1), the extrusion plate is composed of two compression plates (22) which are bilaterally symmetrical, limiting rods (3) are arranged at two ends of one side, away from each other, of the two compression plates (22), rectangular holes (2) are formed in the bottoms of two ends of the front face and the back face of the bundling box (1), the rectangular holes (2) are vertically arranged, the limiting rods (3) at two ends of the compression plates (22) at the left end are respectively penetrated through the two rectangular holes (2) at the front face and the back face of the left end of the bundling box (1), the utility model provides a corn stalk crushing machine, including compression board (22), action unit, stopper rod (3) and bundling box (1), the outside of bundling box (1) still is equipped with the action unit, the action unit is used for driving compression board (22) to do the removal of vertical direction or drives compression board (22) and rotate around stopper rod (3) of its tip, the one end of bundling box (1) is equipped with conveying unit, conveying unit is used for carrying corn stalk to between two crushing roller (20), the bottom of bundling box (1) is equipped with bottom plate (4), the side of bundling box (1) is equipped with the mobile unit, the mobile unit is used for horizontal migration bottom plate (4).

The compact corn cutting and bundling machine according to claim 1, wherein the action unit comprises a driving unit arranged at the upper part of the two ends of the front and back of the bundling box (1), the output end of the driving unit is provided with a second fixed block (14), the driving unit is used for driving the second fixed block (14) to linearly move in the vertical direction, the lower end of the second fixed block (14) is provided with a hinged connecting shaft (19), the connecting shaft (19) is positioned at the inner side of the bundling box (1), the two connecting shafts (19) at the left end of the bundling box (1) are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the two ends of the compression plate (22) at the left end, the two connecting shafts (19) at the right end of the bundling box (1) are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the two ends of the compression plate (22) at the right end, the inner walls at the two ends of the bundling box (1) are provided with rectangular blocks (24), and the rectangular blocks (24) are vertically, the top surface of the rectangular block (24) is lower than the top of the rectangular hole (2), one side, far away from each other, of each of the two compression plates (22) is provided with a clamping groove (23), and the clamping grooves (23) are matched with the rectangular block (24).

The compact corn cutting baler of claim 2, the driving unit comprises a rectangular box (10) fixed on the outer surface of the bundling box (1), the rectangular box (10) is vertically arranged, a screw rod (12) which is rotationally connected is arranged in the rectangular box (10), the screw rod (12) is vertically arranged, a slide seat (9) in threaded connection is arranged on the screw rod (12), a sliding rod (11) is vertically fixed at the end part of the sliding seat (9), a guide sleeve (13) is fixed at the top part of the rectangular box (10), the slide bar (11) penetrates through the inside of the guide sleeve (13), the second fixed block (14) is fixed at the top of the slide bar (11), a first speed reducing motor (8) is fixed at the bottom of the rectangular box (10), and an output shaft of the first speed reducing motor (8) is connected with one end of the screw rod (12).

The compact corn cutting baler of claim 3, the crushing rollers (20) are rotatably connected with the bundling box (1), the power unit comprises power boxes (16) fixed on the outer wall of the bundling box (1), central rotating shafts of the two crushing rollers (20) penetrate through the bundling box (1) to the inside of the power boxes (16) and are sleeved with first gears (21), a gear III (17) which is rotationally connected is arranged inside the power box (16), a gear motor II (15) is arranged outside the power box (16), an output shaft of the second speed reducing motor (15) penetrates into the power box (16) and is sleeved with a second gear (25), the second gear (25) and the third gear (17) are meshed with each other, and the second gear (25) and the third gear (17) are meshed with the first two gears (21) respectively.

The compact corn cutting and bundling machine according to claim 4, characterized in that, the moving unit comprises a hydraulic cylinder (5) fixed at the bottom of one end of the bundling box (1), the hydraulic cylinder (5) is horizontally arranged, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (5) is arranged back to the bundling box (1), the front end of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (5) is fixed with a first fixed block (7), the bottom of the first fixed block (7) is provided with a connecting rod (6), and the connecting rod (6) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate (4).

The compact corn cutting baler according to claim 5, characterised in that the conveyor unit comprises a conveyor belt (18) arranged at one end of the baling box (1), the conveyor belt (18) being arranged obliquely, the higher end of the conveyor belt (18) being located above between the two shredding rollers (20).
