Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solutions claimed in the present application may be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention relates to an intelligent express cabinet capable of dynamically distributing storage grids. Fig. 1 is an appearance schematic diagram of the intelligent express delivery cabinet with the dynamically allocated storage grid, fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an internal structure of the intelligent express delivery cabinet with the dynamically allocated storage grid, and fig. 3 is a baffle structure schematic diagram of the intelligent express delivery cabinet with the dynamically allocated storage grid.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the intelligent express delivery cabinet with dynamically allocated storage compartments includes: a cabinet 07, a door 02 and a processor (not shown).
As shown in fig. 2, an elevator 03 and at least two shelves 10 are provided in the internal space of the cabinet 07.
An elevator 03 is connected to the door 02 and the shelves 10 for transporting the packages from the door 02 to the shelves 10 having sufficient storage space or transporting the packages from the shelves 10 to the door 02.
Each layer of goods shelf 10 is provided with a conveyor belt 06 and a plurality of baffles 04; the conveyor belt 06 is used to transport packages from one end of the pallet 10 to the other end of the pallet 10; the baffle 04 is used for blocking and separating between two parcels, when one parcel is completely arranged on the conveyor belt 06 of the shelf 10, the two baffles 04 are respectively arranged on two sides of the parcel in the direction perpendicular to the shelf 10, the parcel is clamped between the two baffles 04 to form a movable parcel storage lattice 05, and the parcel storage lattice 05 can also be called as a cargo trough.
The bottom shelf 10 acts as a headspace and cannot be used to store packages. This means that it cannot be used for a long time to store packages, but can be used for temporary storage of packages in order to remove packages located inside the shelf.
In the embodiments of the present application, the terms "top", "bottom", "upper" and "lower" refer to directions relative to a horizontal plane. "inboard" refers to a direction away from the entrance of the shelf, i.e., the direction of the shelf away from the end of the elevator.
And the box door 02 is arranged on the outer surface of the cabinet body 07 and used for placing and taking out packages.
A processor for allocating the shelves 10 for the packages placed in the door 02, and recording the storage information (e.g., which shelf exists, the label on the shelf, etc.) of each package in the express cabinet, the remaining storage space of each shelf, etc.
The processor includes a display and operating panel 01, which display and operating panel 01 is also provided on the outer surface of the cabinet 07 for inputting and displaying information.
In the present embodiment, the display and operation panel 01 is preferably a single touch-screen input/output panel capable of displaying operation information and performing character input and click by touch.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the elevator 03 is disposed perpendicular to the shelves 10 of each level, and the elevator 03 is disposed in multiple levels in a direction perpendicular to the shelves 10, each level being provided with one elevator storage cell.
Further, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the conveyor belt 06 on each layer of the racks 10 includes: a first section of conveyor 61 and a second section of conveyor 62; a baffle slot 08 is provided between the first belt segment 61 and the second belt segment 62, from which baffle slot 08 the baffle 04 can be ejected and into which baffle slot 08 the baffle 04 can also be pressed back. Specifically, when no package is pressed against the baffle groove 08, the baffle 04 is ejected from the baffle groove 08 due to the elastic force of the spring device 09, and the baffle 04 ejected from the baffle groove 08 can be pushed onto the second section of the conveyor belt 62 by the package on the first section of the conveyor belt 61 along with the transmission of the conveyor belt 06 from the first section of the conveyor belt 61 to the second section of the conveyor belt 62; as the belt 06 is driven in the direction from the second belt 62 to the first belt 61, the baffle 04 on the second belt 62 can also be pressed back into the baffle slot 08 by the package on the second belt 62.
Or, as shown in fig. 3, after the package enters the conveyor belt 06 from the elevator 03, and passes through the first section of conveyor belt 61, the package pushes the baffle 04 in the baffle groove 08 forward to enter the second section of conveyor belt 62, during the conveying process, the package blocks the opening of the baffle groove 08, and the spring device 09 in the baffle groove 08 pushes the baffle 04 upward to be blocked and clamped at the opening; when the package completely enters the second section of the conveyor belt 62, the conveyor belt stops, the baffle 04 clamped at the opening bounces, and the package is pushed into the conveyor belt for the next time;
when taking the package, the conveyor belt moves reversely, the baffle 04 in the traveling direction of the package is pressed back to the baffle groove 08 in the traveling process of the package from the second section of conveyor belt 62 to the first section of conveyor belt 61, and when the package completely enters the first section of conveyor belt 61, the baffle 04 behind the package (which means along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt and behind the package) enters the opening of the baffle groove 08, the second section of conveyor belt 62 stops running, and the first section of conveyor belt 61 continues to run until the package enters the elevator 03.
It should be noted that the length of the first conveyor 61 should be much less than the length of a package, in other words, the baffle slot 08 is near the entrance end of the rack and the first conveyor 61 is near the entrance end of the rack. The shelf entrance end herein refers to an end of the shelf 10 connected to the elevator 03.
Further, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the cross section of the baffle 04 is a right-angle sector (i.e., 1/4 circular), one leg of the right-angle sector being perpendicular to the conveyor belt 06, the other leg of the right-angle sector being parallel to the conveyor belt 06, and the baffle 04 facing the second conveyor belt segment 62 being an inclined arc.
Further, it is preferable that a measuring caliper is further provided in the door space for measuring the size of the parcel put in the door 02. The user puts into chamber door 02 with the parcel in, and after chamber door 02 closed, through the automatic measurement of the measurement slide caliper rule in the chamber door space parcel size, the measurement learns the maximum length of parcel (the height and the width of parcel are injectd by chamber door 02, can not be too big). The determination of which shelf the package should be pushed into is made by comparing, layer by layer, the remaining storage space of each shelf recorded in the processor system (the length of the remaining storage space is greater than the maximum length of the package).
Dynamic allocation principle:
movable goods trough (i.e. packing storage lattice)
As shown in fig. 2, the parcel storage compartment is composed of a conveyor belt 06 and a cargo tank 05 built up by two baffles 04; when the parcel through the companion ladder 03 transport the entry of a certain layer goods shelves, the companion ladder 03 will wrap up and release, the front end edge contact baffle 04 (first baffle) of parcel to along with conveyer belt 06 conveys inwards (keeping away from goods shelves entry direction promptly), when the rear end edge of parcel left this layer goods shelves entry edge, baffle 04 (second baffle) bounce, just in time block the parcel between two baffles, conveyer belt stop motion this moment, the movable goods groove loads the parcel and accomplishes, and call as the pushing of parcel.
(II) calculation of remaining memory space
As in fig. 2, free I, free J is the shelf space left by packages after they have been pushed inward one by one; for example, after package A is first pushed in, the remaining storage space of the shelf is recorded as: free J + parcel B, when parcel B was pushed in, parcel A again was pushed the length distance of parcel B into the goods shelves, and the remaining storage space of this layer of goods shelves this moment is taken as: space J, and so on. The remaining storage space of each layer of shelf is recorded into the processor system of the intelligent express cabinet after the package is pushed every time.
The use operation flow of the intelligent express cabinet with the dynamically distributed storage grids is as follows:
1. a courier logs in a self account on a panel of an express cabinet;
2. entering express package information (such as a freight note number, a receiver, a contact phone and the like);
3. opening the only box door, and placing express packages;
4. sending the pickup code to the receiver;
5. the addressee inputs the pickup code on the panel of the express cabinet;
6. opening the only box door, and taking out the package;
7. the door is closed.
In appearance, the difference between the prior art scheme and the prior art scheme is the number of the box doors, the box doors in the prior art scheme correspond to the storage grids one by one, and the box doors in the technical scheme are unique; from the difference of internal structure, the technical scheme of the application adopts dynamic storage grids inside.
