Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a file sending method applied to a logistics management platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the file sending method may specifically include the following steps:
step S101, receiving a file sending request sent by a user, wherein the file sending request indicates content information and a receiving address of a file to be sent.
The document to be mailed refers to any electronic version of the document or plain text information that can be printed as a paper document, and the format of the document includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: DOC, TXT, DOCX, JPG, PNG, XLS, XLSX, PDF. The specific content information of the file to be sent is any content customized by the user according to actual requirements. The receiving address refers to a detailed address where the receiver is located, and comprises various information such as country, province and city, district and county, state name, town, street, cell name, house number and the like. In addition, it is understood that the document posting request sent by the user may further include any information related to document posting, such as recipient name, recipient contact, document type, document weight, whether to expedite delivery, whether to use user official seal, and the like.
Step S102, according to the receiving address, determining a delivery site for delivering the file to be sent in the area where the receiving address is located.
It can be understood that an express enterprise in the popular goods industry may be provided with one or more terminal distribution sites in each province and city and each region, so that distribution personnel at the distribution sites can provide home distribution service for recipients within a radiation distance, and distribution efficiency of express is improved. Therefore, to further improve the distribution efficiency, the logistics management platform can analyze the recipient addresses based on a Geographic Information System (GIS) according to the recipient addresses to match one or more distribution sites in the area where the recipient addresses are located. Meanwhile, in the case that there are two or more matched delivery sites, a delivery site most suitable for delivering the document to be mailed can be selected based on rules such as distance priority and delivery efficiency priority, so as to maximize the delivery efficiency of the document to be mailed.
Step S103, a target task is issued to the distribution site, the target task indicates the content information of the file to be sent and the receiving address, so that the distribution site prints the content information of the file to be sent as a paper file, and distributes the paper file to the receiving address.
That is, when the delivery site receives the issued target task, the printing device is used to print the content information of the document to be posted indicated by the target task as a paper document, and then the delivery personnel are arranged to deliver the paper document to the addressee for the addressee to sign. Therefore, the method has the advantages that the mode that the document to be sent is printed as the paper document and is directly sent to the addressee through the sending station in the area of the addressee is adopted, links such as home entry receiving, linear transportation, sorting and distribution, trunk transportation and the like which need to be carried out in the traditional express sending and sending mode are reduced, time for sending the document is shortened, and sending efficiency of the paper document is improved.
Furthermore, when the distribution site prints the content information of the file to be posted as a paper file, the content information of the file to be posted and the addressee are printed at different positions on the same paper. Specifically, taking a document to be sent as a letter for example, the specific content of the letter can be printed on the same side of the paper by adopting a double-sided printing mode, and information such as a recipient address, a recipient name, a recipient contact way and the like can be printed on the other side of the paper; and through the mode of folding the paper and sealing, the letter content is sealed inside, and the information such as the addressee is exposed outside, so that the integration of letter printing and sealed packaging is realized, additional outer packaging materials are omitted, the packaging cost is reduced, the time consumed by packaging is reduced, and the letter file sending efficiency is further improved.
In an optional embodiment, the document sending request further indicates a printing template of the document to be sent or a template identifier corresponding to the printing template pre-stored in the logistics management platform; the target task also indicates the printing template so that the distribution site uses the printing template to print the content information of the file to be mailed into a paper file. The printing template indicates any one or more of paragraph format, character format, page layout, watermark, header, footer, layout, and the like of the document to be mailed when it is printed. Therefore, the personalized printing of the file to be sent is realized by receiving the printing template sent by the user or storing a plurality of printing templates in advance for the user to select, and the applicability of the file sending method is improved.
In an optional implementation manner, in a case that the document to be mailed needs to be stamped with the user official seal, the method further includes: before a target task is issued to the distribution site, a first official seal use request is sent to the user so as to receive a user official seal returned by the user according to the first official seal use request, the target task is issued to the distribution site, and the user official seal is sent to the distribution site so that the distribution site prints the content information of the file to be posted into a paper file and stamps the user official seal. That is, only when the user agrees that the logistics management platform uses the user official seal, the logistics management platform can receive the user official seal sent by the user, and further issue a target task to the delivery site so that the delivery site can add the user official seal when printing the document to be sent as a paper document. Therefore, the method ensures the safety and the legality of the use of the user official seal in the file sending process by applying the user official seal for the user.
Further, in the case that the document to be mailed needs to be stamped with the user official seal, the method further includes: after a target task is issued to the delivery site, receiving a second official seal use request sent by the delivery site, wherein the second official seal use request indicates a printing equipment identifier for printing the file to be mailed and signature information of the site to be delivered; and verifying the signature information of the distribution site to send a user official seal to the site to be distributed after the verification is passed, so that the distribution site prints the content information of the file to be sent as a paper file and adds the user official seal.
Specifically, public keys of one or more distribution sites managed by the logistics management platform are stored in advance in the logistics management platform; the signature information of the distribution site is generated by the distribution site encrypting information such as a distribution site name or a distribution site identifier by using a private key corresponding to the public key. Therefore, after receiving the second official seal use request, the logistics management platform verifies the signature information of the delivery site by using the pre-stored public key of the delivery site to ensure the validity of the identity of the delivery site. And if and only if the signature information of the delivery site passes verification, namely the identity of the delivery site is ensured to be legal, issuing a user official seal to the delivery site according to the printing equipment identifier, so that the delivery site uses the corresponding printing equipment to print the content information of the file to be sent as a paper file and adds the user official seal on the paper file. Therefore, the safety and the validity of the user official seal in the file sending process are further ensured by verifying the validity of the identity of the distribution site.
In addition, the logistics management platform can also carry out reasonable management and control on the user official seal of the distribution site by recording the user official seal use history of the distribution site and the printing equipment identification. Furthermore, under the condition that the logistics management platform correspondingly stores the delivery site and the printing device identifier, the logistics management platform can further verify the validity of the identity of the delivery site by using the pre-stored printing device identifier and the delivery site after receiving the second official seal using request. The printing device is a printer, and the printing device identifier may be a printer name, a printer number, or the like.
Based on the embodiment, by receiving the electronic version to-be-mailed file sent by the user and determining the distribution station for printing the electronic version to-be-mailed file as the paper file to distribute in the area of the addressee, the links of home picking, linear transportation, sorting and distribution, trunk transportation and the like which are required to be carried out on the paper file in the file posting process are reduced, the time required for posting is reduced, and the posting efficiency of the paper file is improved. Based on the method, the personalized printing of the file to be sent is realized by receiving the printing template sent by the user or pre-storing a plurality of printing templates for the user to select, and the applicability of the file sending method is improved. In addition, in the process of printing the electronic version to-be-mailed file into the paper file, the integration of printing and packaging is realized in a mode of printing the content and the addressee of the to-be-mailed file at different positions of the same paper, an additional paper file packaging link is not needed, and the file mailing cost is further reduced. Furthermore, under the condition that the file needs to be stamped with the user official seal, the legality and the safety of the user official seal use are further ensured through the user official seal use request.
Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention provides another file sending method applied to a logistics management platform, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S201, receiving a file sending request sent by a user, where the file sending request indicates content information and a recipient address of a file to be sent.
Step S202, according to the receiving address, determining a delivery site for delivering the file to be mailed in the area where the receiving address is located.
Step S203, a first official seal using request is sent to the user, so as to receive the user official seal returned by the user according to the first official seal using request. Therefore, the method ensures the safety and the legality of the use of the user official seal in the file sending process by applying the user official seal for the user.
Step S204, a target task and the user official seal are issued to the distribution site, the target task indicates the content information of the file to be sent and the receiving address, so that the distribution site prints the content information of the file to be sent as a paper file and covers the user official seal.
