FIG. 1 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 100 to which embodiments of the present application may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture 100 may include an end device 101 of an ordering client, an end device 102 of a collecting client, a network 103, and a server 104. The network 103 serves as a medium for providing communication links between the terminal devices 101, 102 and the server 104. Network 103 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
Ordering users 110 and solicitation clients 120 may use terminal devices 101 and 102 to interact with server 104 over network 103 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 101 and 102 may be installed with a communication client application, for example, the terminal device 101 is installed with ordering software, and the terminal device 102 is installed with express collecting software.
The terminal devices 101, 102 may be various electronic devices including, but not limited to, personal computers, smart phones, smart watches, tablet computers, personal digital assistants, and the like.
The server 104 may be a server that provides various services. The server can store, analyze and the like the received data and feed back the processing result to the terminal equipment.
When an order is required to be placed, the order placing user 110 uploads order information to the server 104 by running order placing software of the terminal device 101, the server 104 sends the order information to the terminal device 102 of the acquisition client, and after receiving the order information, the acquisition client 120 sends the order information to the order placing user to complete acquisition of the express.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
The embodiment of the invention specifically comprises two parts, namely a method and a device for matching the quick package order based on the server side, and a method and a device for matching the quick package order based on the order issuing user side.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an exemplary method for matching a server-side based quick-release package order according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, in step 161, the order information uploaded by the order placing user terminal is received, and the authorization code information is generated according to the order information.
The server 104 receives the order information uploaded by the ordering client, wherein the order information may at least include one of the recipient information and the sender information. The order information may include order information for one or more couriers, and correspondingly, the authorization code information may also include authorization code information for one or more couriers. And the server distributes a corresponding authorization code to each express according to the quantity of the express, so that the order information of the express corresponds to the authorization code information one by one.
Then, in step 162, the authorization code information is respectively sent to the ordering client and the pickup client, so that the ordering client can pair the received authorization code information with the corresponding express, and the pickup client can generate the electronic waybill of the express by checking the authorization code information paired with the express.
In this step, the server 104 sends the distributed authorization code information to the ordering client 101 and the soliciting client 102, respectively. So that the ordering user pairs the authorization code with the corresponding express item. And the mail receiving client generates an electronic shipping slip containing order information by checking the authorization code information matched with the express mail and prints the electronic shipping slip. The purchase request client can download the corresponding order information in real time through the authorization code, or can download the order information packet of a time period at one time and store the order information packet in the terminal device 102 and inquire the corresponding order information in the order information packet according to the authorization code.
It should be understood that the above mentioned scheme for matching quick package order is not only suitable for the situation of multiple orders by one person, but also suitable for the situation of single order by one person.
Preferably, the authorization code information includes at least one of an authorization code, a validity period of the authorization code, and a use area of the authorization code. In practical application, the authorization code should meet the requirement of uniqueness, and when the number of express items is small, the uniqueness can be met only by using a certain number of different authorization codes. When the number of the express mails reaches a certain scale, the guarantee of the uniqueness of the authorization code is difficult. Therefore, the validity period of the authorization code can be set for the authorization code, and the uniqueness of the authorization code information in a period of time is ensured. Furthermore, the uniqueness of the authorization code information in a certain area within a period of time can be ensured by setting the use area of the authorization code. For example, the validity period of the authorization code in Shenzhen city is one week, and the like.
The application, another aspect still discloses a express mail collection order matching device.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating an exemplary structure of a server-side based quick package order matching apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application;
as shown in fig. 3, an express package order matching apparatus 200 includes:
the generating unit 210 is configured to receive the order information uploaded by the order placing user terminal, and generate authorization code information according to the order information;
the distribution unit 220 is configured to send the authorization code information to the ordering client and the pickup client, respectively, so that the ordering client pairs the received authorization code information with the corresponding express, and the pickup client generates an electronic waybill of the express by checking the authorization code information paired with the express.
In some preferred embodiments, the authorization code information includes at least one of an authorization code, a validity period of the authorization code, and a use area of the authorization code.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an exemplary method for matching an order book order based on an order user according to an embodiment of the present application.
In step 301, the order client uploads order information to the server. And the server distributes corresponding authorization code information according to the order information.
Next, in step 302, the order placing client receives the returned authorization code information generated according to the order information. The authorization code information may include authorization code information for an express item or items.
Then, in step 303, the ordering client matches the corresponding express according to the received authorization code information, so that the package seizing client checks the authorization code information matched with the express according to the synchronously received authorization code information, and generates an electronic waybill of the express. The ordering user can identify the authorization code to the corresponding express, or write the authorization code information into an electronic tag preset on the corresponding express to complete the pairing. The electronic tag may be a radio frequency-type electronic tag. Specifically, the ordering user starts an electronic tag writing device of the terminal device, and writes the authorization code information into the electronic tag of the corresponding express.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an exemplary structure of a device for matching quick package solicitation orders based on an ordering client according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, an express package order matching apparatus 400 includes:
an uploading unit 410 configured to upload order information;
a receiving unit 420 configured to receive the returned authorization code information generated according to the order information;
the pairing unit 430 is configured to pair the received authorization code information with the corresponding express, so that the express receiving client can check the authorization code information paired with the express according to the synchronously received authorization code information to generate an electronic waybill of the express.
Preferably, the pairing unit includes: and the writing unit is configured to write the authorization code information into the radio frequency electronic tag preset on the corresponding express.
Compared with the mode that the paper waybills are filled in and then are placed in the express to be mailed in a one-to-one correspondence mode in the prior art, the method and the system can effectively solve the problem that the waybills are not easy to match with goods when one person places the waybills in batches and multiple persons place the waybills in batches due to popularization of the electronic waybills in the authorization mode. Meanwhile, according to the scheme, professional electronic waybill printing equipment of the client is not required to be provided, the client only needs to match the authorization code with the consignment and then wait for the courier to receive the order and print the order by the courier, and therefore the cost of providing professional printing equipment of the client by a courier is greatly saved. And the authorization code can be directly generated when the order information is received, even if the customer needs to print after receiving the authorization code, the authorization code can be printed only by using common printing equipment, the application range is wide, and the popularization cost is low.
