本发明公开了一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,包括法兰外圈、轴承、连接轴、卡簧和密封系统;所述轴承安装在所述法兰外圈的内孔中,所述连接轴以螺纹端穿出所述轴承的内孔,以其台阶端与所述轴承的内孔配合安装;所述卡簧安装在所述法兰外圈的法兰侧的卡簧槽内,并与所述轴承的端面贴紧;所述密封系统安装在所述轴承的两端。本发明易于安装和维护保养;通过卡簧、一体化双列圆锥滚子轴承和多层防护的密封系统的设计,使得轮毂单元装配紧凑、承载能力大大提高,并能够有效阻止砂石、泥浆、雨水等的入侵,提高了轮毂单元的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械制造领域,特别是涉及一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元。
背景技术
农业机械要求在恶劣环境中长期无故障的工作,农机轮毂轴承在实际使用中承受着冲击、震动、污染、潮湿、腐蚀等苛刻的要求,大部分农业耕整地机械和播种机械拆卸与装配繁琐,绝大多数轮毂轴承无法保证良好的密封性能及很强的承载能力,需要定期保养维护,这对时间紧张的农业生产来说都将造成很大的损失。现有农机轮毂轴承重载工作环境下的维护保养繁琐,寿命低下。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,能够可靠稳定且易于维护保养,解决现有农机轮毂单元存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,包括:法兰外圈、轴承、连接轴、卡簧和密封系统;所述轴承安装在所述法兰外圈的内孔中,所述连接轴以螺纹端穿出所述轴承的内孔,以其台阶端与所述轴承的内孔配合安装;所述卡簧安装在所述法兰外圈的法兰侧的卡簧槽内,并与所述轴承的端面贴紧;所述密封系统安装在所述轴承的两端。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述轴承为一体化的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承还包括第一油封,所述第一油封密封安装在所述双列圆锥滚子轴承的两侧与所述法兰外圈的内壁面之间。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述密封系统包括端面密封件和端面密封组件;所述端面密封件安装在所述法兰外圈的法兰侧的内孔中;所述端面密封组件安装在所述法兰外圈另一侧的内孔中。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述端面密封件为一个底面开口的空心圆柱结构,所述端面密封件的开口侧朝向所述轴承的台阶端面,并与所述卡簧相接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述端面密封组件包括密封衬套和第二油封;所述密封衬套套置安装在所述连接轴上,并与所述轴承的端面相接;所述第二油封安装在所述法兰外圈和密封衬套之间。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述端面密封组件还包括防尘盖,所述密封衬套的外侧底部带有台阶面,所述防尘盖安装在所述密封衬套的台阶面和所述法兰外圈之间。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述密封系统还包括第一O型圈,所述第一O型圈安装在所述连接轴上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述密封系统还包括第二O型圈,所述第二O型圈安装在所述法兰外圈的法兰侧的外壁面上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述法兰外圈上开设有连接孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,模块化设计,易于安装和维护保养;通过卡簧、一体化双列圆锥滚子轴承和多层防护的密封系统的设计,使得轮毂单元装配紧凑、承载能力大大提高,并能够有效阻止砂石、泥浆、雨水等的入侵,提高了轮毂单元的使用寿命。

本发明揭示了一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,包括:法兰外圈1、轴承2、连接轴3、卡簧4和密封系统。
其中,所述法兰外圈1为整体式法兰外圈,结构强度高,安装使用方便,所述法兰外圈的法兰侧上开设有连接孔11,所述连接孔能够方面地与耙片快速连接,减少更换耙片的时间。
所述轴承2安装在所述法兰外圈1的内孔中。所述轴承2为一体化的双列圆锥滚子轴承,比常规的球轴承的承载能力有了大大提高,该双列圆锥滚子轴承还带有第一油封21,所述第一油封21密封安装在所述双列圆锥滚子轴承2的两侧与所述法兰外圈1的内壁面之间,能够提高圆锥滚子轴承的使用寿命。
所述连接轴3一端为螺纹端,另一端为台阶端,所述连接轴3以螺纹端穿出所述轴承2的内孔,以其台阶端与所述轴承2的内孔配合安装,且台阶面与轴承内孔壁面紧贴。
所述卡簧4安装在所述法兰外圈1的法兰侧的卡簧槽内,并与所述轴承2的端面贴紧。所述卡簧4的设计,能够将轴承2朝向连接轴的螺纹端收紧,以有效消除各部件装配时产生的间隙。
所述密封系统安装在所述轴承的两端,包括端面密封件5、端面密封组件、第一O型圈9和第二O型圈10。
其中,所述端面密封件5安装在所述法兰外圈1的法兰侧的内孔中,所述端面密封组件安装在所述法兰外圈另一侧的内孔中。
具体地,所述端面密封件5为一个底面开口的空心圆柱结构,所述端面密封件5的开口侧朝向所述轴承2的台阶端面,并与所述卡簧4相接。端面密封件5能够防止泥沙、雨水的入侵。
所述端面密封组件包括密封衬套6、第二油封7和防尘盖8。所述密封衬套6套置安装在所述连接轴3上,并与所述轴承2的端面相接;所述第二油封7安装在所述法兰外圈1和密封衬套6之间,所述密封衬套6的外侧底部带有台阶面,所述防尘盖8安装在所述密封衬套6的台阶面和所述法兰外圈1之间,整个端面密封组件能够对轴承形成有效的密封防护,其中的防尘盖8还能够阻止砂石、土块对油封的侵蚀和破坏,提高端面密封组件的使用寿命。
所述第一O型圈9安装在所述连接轴3上,所述连接轴3与犁刀臂连接,所述第一O型圈9能够防止雨水流入侵蚀连接轴。
所述第二O型圈10安装在所述法兰外圈1的法兰侧的外壁面上,防止雨水侵入耙片和法连端面之间的间隙。
上述密封系统容易拆卸和装配,操作简单方便。
本发明一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,具有如下优点:
1、通过整体式法兰外圈、一体化双列圆锥滚子轴承和易于拆卸的密封系统的设计,使得轮毂单元的安装简单方便,易于维护保养;
2、通过自带密封的一体化双列圆锥滚子轴承的使用,大大提高了轮毂单元的承载能力;
3、通过多层防护的密封系统的设计,有效阻止砂石、泥浆、雨水等的入侵,提高了轮毂单元的使用寿命。

1.一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,其特征在于,包括:法兰外圈、轴承、连接轴、卡簧和密封系统;所述轴承安装在所述法兰外圈的内孔中,所述连接轴以螺纹端穿出所述轴承的内孔,以其台阶端与所述轴承的内孔配合安装;所述卡簧安装在所述法兰外圈的法兰侧的卡簧槽内,并与所述轴承的端面贴紧;所述密封系统安装在所述轴承的两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,其特征在于,所述轴承为一体化的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,其特征在于,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承还包括第一油封,所述第一油封密封安装在所述双列圆锥滚子轴承的两侧与所述法兰外圈的内壁面之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,其特征在于,所述密封系统包括端面密封件和端面密封组件;所述端面密封件安装在所述法兰外圈的法兰侧的内孔中;所述端面密封组件安装在所述法兰外圈另一侧的内孔中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,其特征在于,所述端面密封件为一个底面开口的空心圆柱结构,所述端面密封件的开口侧朝向所述轴承的台阶端面,并与所述卡簧相接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,其特征在于,所述端面密封组件包括密封衬套和第二油封;所述密封衬套套置安装在所述连接轴上,并与所述轴承的端面相接;所述第二油封安装在所述法兰外圈和密封衬套之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,其特征在于,所述端面密封组件还包括防尘盖,所述密封衬套的外侧底部带有台阶面,所述防尘盖安装在所述密封衬套的台阶面和所述法兰外圈之间。
8.根据权利要求4所述的高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元,其特征在于,所述密封系统还包括第一O型圈,所述第一O型圈安装在所述连接轴上。
