Description

Washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing equipment, and particularly relates to a washing machine.
Background
With the continuous development of the washing machine technology, the washing machine tends to have large capacity, and the washing machine tends to have large capacity gradually, which inevitably results in the increase of the whole size of the washing machine, meanwhile, the water of the existing washing machine is distributed in the washing barrel and the outer barrel during washing, namely, water is distributed between the outer barrel and the washing barrel, the water consumption is large, and the waste of water resources is caused; dirt of an existing washing machine is easy to remain between an outer barrel and a washing barrel, bacteria are bred, water is distributed between the outer barrel and the washing barrel, the amount of detergent is large, resource waste of the detergent is caused, and cost saving is not facilitated.
Therefore, the related art proposes a washing machine using a washing tub as a water tub, and since the washing tub is used as a rotary tub, a drainage structure thereof is a key point of research and development, some manufacturers directly or indirectly drain water into an outer tub outside the washing tub by centrifugal water throwing; some manufacturers set a water outlet and a water discharge valve capable of controlling the opening and closing of the water outlet on the bottom wall of the washing tub, and discharge water to a water receiving device at the lower part by opening the water discharge valve, but the first centrifugal water throwing mode has higher requirements on the load of the motor, thereby greatly shortening the service life of the motor; the second type is stricter to the requirement of washing barrel stop rotating position, not only the production assembly precision is high, also high to the control accuracy requirement, the product qualification rate is lower.
Furthermore, since the washing tub is used as a rotary tub, the water in the washing tub cannot be directly heated, and the function of washing by heating the water is greatly limited, some manufacturers have made improvements to this drawback, and the water is heated and then introduced into the washing tub. For example, chinese patent application No. CN200420081848.3 discloses an improved structure of an inclined automatic washing machine, in which the inner tub is a non-porous inner tub, and is obliquely arranged in the outer tub, and a heater is provided at the water inlet at the upper part of the cabinet, and the heater can be a heating wire heating element or a PTC ceramic heating element or an electrothermal film heating element.
The applicant previously developed chinese patent application No. CN201510104031.6 discloses a washing machine and a control method thereof, including an inner tub and an outer tub, wherein the inner tub is provided with drain holes only at the upper part of the tub, the other parts are sealed, the inner tub is a water tub, a heating device is provided in the outer tub, a chamber between the inner and outer tubs forms a water heating space, the water heating space is communicated with the inner tub through a circulating water system, and heated water is introduced into the inner tub, or water in the inner tub is heated through heat transfer of the inner tub.
However, in the first inlet water heating method, the temperature is difficult to control due to different water pressures, and the inlet water time is too long; the second heating mode needs to increase the production cost and the use cost, occupies the volume in the machine, and cannot achieve the effect of capacity expansion.
In view of the above, the present invention has been developed to provide a drainage chamber in a lower portion of a washing tub, which is in communication with an inside of the washing tub, and to transfer drainage water, so that dirt to be washed is collected in the drainage chamber due to the communication between the drainage chamber and the inside of the washing tub, and to prevent secondary pollution during washing, the present invention provides a structure for cleaning the drainage chamber, and simultaneously heats water in the washing tub using a heating unit installed in the drainage chamber.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
When the existing impeller type washing machine washes clothes, the space between an inner barrel (washing barrel) and an outer barrel (water barrel) is filled with water, the part of water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is not used for washing, the water really used for washing is only the part in the inner barrel, so that the water resource waste is large, in addition, the excessive water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel can reduce the concentration of detergent/washing powder in washing liquid, many manufacturers improve the defects, and put forward a water-saving washing machine, namely, no small holes for water throwing are arranged on the barrel wall of the inner barrel, and the washing water and rinsing water are all concentrated in the inner barrel without holes, so that the inner barrel not only is a water-containing washing barrel, but also is a centrifugal dewatering barrel (also called as an inner barrel without holes). The outer barrel of the imporous water-saving washing machine is only a water receiving device which plays a role of collecting the imporous inner barrel and throwing water out during dehydration, the rotating speed of the inner barrel is improved during drainage, and water in the barrel rises along the wall of the inner barrel under the action of centrifugal force and is discharged from a water outlet below a balance ring at the upper part of the inner barrel; or the lower part of the inner barrel is provided with a controllable opening and closing water outlet, and most of water is discharged from the water outlet; during dehydration, the nonporous inner barrel rotates at high speed, residual water in clothes is upwards along the barrel wall of the nonporous inner barrel under the action of centrifugal force, is thrown out to an external outer barrel through a water outlet and is discharged through a water outlet and a water discharge pipe at the bottom of the outer barrel. As the water in the interlayer of the inner and outer barrels of the traditional washing machine is saved, the water-saving effect can reach more than 50 percent on average.
On the basis of the structure, some manufacturers propose the concept of an expansion washing machine, improve an outer barrel, reduce the upper end part of the outer barrel, only reserve the lower end part for receiving water during the dehydration of the inner barrel, guide the water into a water receiving structure at the lower part by arranging a water guide channel for guiding the water from top to bottom on the peripheral wall of the inner barrel, and completely cancel the outer barrel by the design, and realize the water receiving by adding a water receiving plate structure which is hermetically connected with the inner wall of a washing machine box body below the inner barrel.
However, since the washing tub is used as a rotary tub, the washing water in the washing tub is difficult to directly discharge after washing, if a drainage channel is provided, the dirt carried by the washing water in the channel accumulates day by day to cause secondary pollution to the washed clothes, and the washing water in the washing tub cannot be directly heated, thereby limiting some additional washing functions of the washing machine.
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages, the present invention provides an improved washing machine, in which a drain chamber communicating with the inside of a washing tub is provided below the washing tub, and cleaning particles are provided in the drain chamber, and the inner wall of the drain chamber is cleaned by the cleaning particles at each washing. In addition, water in the heating drainage cavity can be transferred into the washing barrel, so that the water in the washing barrel can be heated.
