The mechanical part oil stain cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10-16 parts of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block polyether, 9-13 parts of cardanol polyoxyalkyl ether, 6-10 parts of butyl stearate, 16-25 parts of stearic acid, 6-8 parts of calcite, 6-8 parts of polymethylsiloxane, 13-20 parts of hydrochloric acid, 4-6 parts of sodium sulfate, 6-8 parts of edible alkali, 13-20 parts of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, 5-8 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 3-8 parts of an oil remover, 2-4 parts of hydrophobic white carbon black, 3-7 parts of ferrous chloride, 1-3 parts of sodium carbonate, 4-6 parts of a flame retardant, 3-5 parts of a corrosion inhibitor and 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent.

The machine part oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10 parts of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block polyether, 9 parts of cardanol polyoxyalkyl ether, 6 parts of butyl stearate, 16 parts of stearic acid, 6 parts of calcite, 6 parts of polymethylsiloxane, 13 parts of hydrochloric acid, 4 parts of sodium sulfate, 6 parts of edible alkali, 13 parts of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, 5 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 3 parts of an oil removing agent, 2 parts of hydrophobic white carbon black, 3 parts of ferrous chloride, 1 part of sodium carbonate, 4 parts of a flame retardant, 3 parts of a corrosion inhibitor and 1 part of a dispersing agent.

The machine part oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 13 parts of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block polyether, 11 parts of cardanol polyoxyalkyl ether, 8 parts of butyl stearate, 20 parts of stearic acid, 7 parts of calcite, 7 parts of polymethylsiloxane, 16 parts of hydrochloric acid, 5 parts of sodium sulfate, 7 parts of edible alkali, 16 parts of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, 6 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5 parts of an oil removing agent, 3 parts of hydrophobic white carbon black, 5 parts of ferrous chloride, 2 parts of sodium carbonate, 45 parts of a flame retardant, 4 parts of a corrosion inhibitor and 2 parts of a dispersing agent.

The machine part oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 16 parts of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block polyether, 13 parts of cardanol polyoxyalkyl ether, 10 parts of butyl stearate, 25 parts of stearic acid, 8 parts of calcite, 8 parts of polymethylsiloxane, 20 parts of hydrochloric acid, 6 parts of sodium sulfate, 8 parts of edible alkali, 20 parts of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, 8 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 8 parts of an oil removing agent, 4 parts of hydrophobic white carbon black, 7 parts of ferrous chloride, 3 parts of sodium carbonate, 6 parts of a flame retardant, 5 parts of a corrosion inhibitor and 3 parts of a dispersing agent.
5. The preparation method of the mechanical part oil stain cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing the above components in corresponding parts by weight;
(2) putting fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block polyether, cardanol polyoxyalkyl ether, butyl stearate, stearic acid, calcite, polymethyl siloxane, sodium sulfate, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, an oil removal agent, hydrophobic white carbon black, ferrous chloride and sodium carbonate which correspond to the components into a stirrer for stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) adding hydrochloric acid, dietary alkali and sodium bicarbonate of corresponding components into the mixed solution in the step (2), adding one half of deionized water, and stirring in a stirrer for 5min to obtain a standing solution;
(4) and (4) adding the flame retardant, the corrosion inhibitor and the dispersing agent of the corresponding components into the standing liquid obtained in the step (3), and then adding half of deionized water.
