Abstract
The invention discloses a spray cleaning agent for bearing lubricating grease of a train wheel, which is water-based, free of ecological pollution, high in cleaning efficiency, free of corrosion to steel and low in cost, and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials and the mass percentage are as follows: 2-15% of potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide, 2-5% of a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-9000.5-5%, 11-10% of a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-9011%, 5-32% of a low-foaming wetting agent Marlox FK-860.5%, 10% of an alkaline low-foaming surfactant Berol LFG-611%, 26-15% of alkyl glycoside AG 62060.5%, 0.1-10% of N, N-diacetyl-3-hydroxypropyl amine and the balance of water.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning agent for removing lubricating grease on a bearing of a train wheel, in particular to a spray cleaning agent for the lubricating grease on the bearing of the train wheel, which is water-based, has no ecological pollution, high cleaning efficiency, no corrosion to steel and low cost, and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In order to ensure the running safety of the railway train and prolong the service life of the train, the railway train must be regularly checked and repaired, including the maintenance work of cleaning bearing lubricating grease by the train wheels. The grease cleaning agent applied to the surface of a common metal workpiece at present is basically divided into an organic solvent cleaning agent and a water-based cleaning agent. The organic solvent cleaning agent generally adopts kerosene, gasoline, diesel oil and other halogenated hydrocarbon organic solvents, has high cost, can cause serious damage to the ecological environment and harm the health of operators. The water-based cleaning agent is composed of a surfactant, an emulsifier, a penetrant and the like, realizes the cleaning of oil stains and grease through the actions of wetting, emulsifying, permeating, dispersing, solubilizing and the like, is safe to use and does not pollute the environment. The technical solution of the invention is as follows: the spray cleaning agent for the lubricating grease of the bearing of the train wheel is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2-15% of potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide, 2-5% of a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-9000.5-5%, 11-10% of a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-9011%, 5-32% of a low-foaming wetting agent Marlox FK-860.5%, 10% of an alkaline low-foaming surfactant Berol LFG-611%, 26-15% of alkyl glycoside AG 62060.5%, 0.1-10% of N, N-diacetyl-3-hydroxypropyl amine and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the spray cleaning agent for the bearing lubricating grease of the train wheel sequentially comprises the following steps:
(1) adding reaction water into a reaction kettle, adding potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide at normal temperature, and stirring until the reaction water is completely dissolved;
(2) sequentially adding a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-900, a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-901, a low-foam wetting agent Marlox FK-86 and an alkaline low-foam surfactant Berol LFG-61 into a reaction kettle, and stirring at a shear speed of 500-800 rpm for 4-6 minutes;
(3) adding alkyl glycoside AG6206, and stirring for 3-5 minutes at a shearing speed of 500-800 rpm;
(4) adding N, N-diacetyl-3-hydroxy propylamine, stirring until the product is transparent, and naturally cooling.
The water-based cleaning agent is a water-based product, overcomes the problems of environmental pollution and the like of an organic solvent cleaning agent, simultaneously keeps high penetration, emulsification and stripping capabilities on lubricating grease on a bearing of a train wheel, has spraying cleaning pressure of only 0.3-0.5 Mpa, temperature of only 25-30 ℃ and time of only 3-5 minutes, and is simple to operate, good in cleaning effect, capable of saving energy, improving efficiency and reducing cost compared with the existing water-based cleaning agent.
Detailed Description
Example 1:
the spray cleaning agent for the lubricating grease of the train wheel pair bearing is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2% of sodium hydroxide, 2% of a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-9003%, a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-9017%, a low-foaming wetting agent Marlox FK-862%, a basic low-foaming surfactant Berol LFG-612.5%, an alkyl glycoside AG 62063.5%, N-diacetyl-3-hydroxypropyl amine 1.8% and the balance of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps in sequence:
(1) adding reaction water into a reaction kettle, adding sodium hydroxide at normal temperature, and stirring until the sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved;
(2) sequentially adding a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-900, a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-901, a low-foaming wetting agent Marlox FK-86 and an alkaline low-foaming surfactant Berol LFG-61 into a reaction kettle, and stirring at a shear speed of 600 revolutions per minute for 5 minutes;
(3) adding the alkyl glycoside AG6206, and stirring for 4 minutes at a shear rate of 600 revolutions per minute;
(4) adding N, N-diacetyl-3-hydroxy propylamine, stirring until the product is transparent, and naturally cooling.
The nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-900 and the nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-901 are products of Pasteur, the low-foaming wetting agent Marlox FK-86 is a product of Sasol, and the alkaline low-foaming surfactant BerollFG-61 and the alkyl glycoside AG6206 are products of Acksonobel.
Application example 1:

The cleaned train wheel has no grease stain residue on the bearing, and is bright and free of corrosion.
Example 2:

The preparation method comprises the following steps in sequence:
(1) adding reaction water into a reaction kettle, adding sodium hydroxide at normal temperature, and stirring until the sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved;
(2) sequentially adding a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-900, a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-901, a low-foaming wetting agent Marlox FK-86 and an alkaline low-foaming surfactant Berol LFG-61 into a reaction kettle, and stirring at a shear speed of 500 revolutions per minute for 5 minutes;

(1) adding reaction water into a reaction kettle, adding potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide at normal temperature, and stirring until the reaction water is completely dissolved;
(2) sequentially adding a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-900, a nonionic surfactant Plurafac LF-901, a low-foam wetting agent Marlox FK-86 and an alkaline low-foam surfactant Berol LFG-61 into a reaction kettle, and stirring at a shear speed of 500-800 rpm for 4-6 minutes;
