the medium of the heat exchange equipment is water, calcium and magnesium ions are contained in the water, the higher the temperature is, the heavier the scale is, the poor heat conductivity of the scale can cause the heat transfer condition of a heating surface to be heated, thereby wasting fuel or electric power;
secondly, a layer of passivation protective film is formed on the surface of the heat exchanger equipment after the cleaning agent is used by adding the antirust agent and the surfactant, surface rust is removed, alkalinity and acidity in the cleaning agent are weak, and the cleaning agent does not cause corrosion effect on the equipment after being neutralized and is colorless and tasteless.

the grinding agent is selected from any one of 4 parts of silicon carbide, 4 parts of silicon dioxide, 2 parts of zirconium dioxide and 1 part of ferric oxide, and preferably comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of silicon dioxide;
the corrosion inhibitor is any one of 1 part of mercaptobenzothiazole, 1 part of benzotriazole, 1 part of methanesulfonic acid, 3 parts of butynediol and 1 part of sodium iodide, and preferably: 1 part of mercaptobenzothiazole;
the penetrant is selected from any one of 1 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 1 part of diethyl succinate, 3 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 2 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and preferably: and 1 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate.
In this embodiment, specifically: the surfactant comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap, 1 part of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 1 part of fatty acid diethanolamide; surfactants make other agents water soluble and can significantly reduce the surface tension of water.
In this embodiment, specifically: the cosolvent is selected from any one of 1 part of sodium benzoate, 1 part of citric acid, 2 parts of ethylene glycol, 1 part of diethylamine, 3 parts of aniline and 1 part of ethyl acrylate; the cosolvent can be selected from any one of the above raw materials, and is preferably: 1 part of sodium benzoate, and the use of a cosolvent can increase the solubility of other medicaments in a solvent.

In this embodiment, specifically: the dispersing agent is selected from any one of 1 part of stearamide, 1 part of vinyl bis-stearamide, 3 parts of zinc stearate, 3 parts of polystyrene and 1 part of glyceryl tristearate; the dispersant may be selected from any of the above materials, preferably: 1 part of stearamide, the dispersing agent can disperse inorganic or organic solid and liquid particles which are difficult to dissolve in liquid, and can prevent the particles from settling and coagulating.
In this embodiment, specifically: the stabilizer is selected from any one of 1 part of diphenyl phosphite, 1 part of phosphite ester and 1 part of dipentaerythritol; the stabilizer can be selected from any one of the above raw materials, and is preferably: diphenyl phosphite 1 part, its stabilizer can increase the stability of solution, colloid, solid and mixture.
In this embodiment, specifically: the antirust agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1 part of citric acid, 1 part of ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1 part of ammonium nitrate, 1 part of triethanolamine and 1 part of sodium sulfite; the rust inhibitor can strongly permeate into rust, corrosive substances and oil stains to be easily removed, and has the properties of permeation rust removal, loosening lubrication, corrosion resistance, metal protection and the like.

The invention provides a technical scheme that: the cleaning agent for the LX type industrial equipment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of water, 10 parts of cosolvent, 10 parts of organic solvent, 10 parts of antioxidant, 8 parts of surfactant, 8 parts of sulfonated coal, 4 parts of sodium stearate, 4 parts of defoaming agent, 10 parts of grinding agent, 4 parts of dispersing agent, 4 parts of stabilizer, 3 parts of polyester, 3 parts of fatty alcohol, 3 parts of polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 3 parts of phenoxyethanol, 4 parts of sodium citrate, 7 parts of tripropylene glycol butyl ether, 3 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 3 parts of penetrant, 3 parts of antirust agent and 3 parts of flame retardant;
the grinding agent is selected from any one of 6 parts of silicon carbide, 6 parts of silicon dioxide, 4 parts of zirconium dioxide and 3 parts of ferric oxide, and preferably: 6 parts of silicon carbide;
the corrosion inhibitor is any one of 3 parts of mercaptobenzothiazole, 3 parts of benzotriazole, 4 parts of methanesulfonic acid, 4 parts of butynediol and 2 parts of sodium iodide, and preferably: 3 parts of benzotriazole;
the penetrant is selected from any one of 3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 3 parts of diethyl succinate, 6 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and preferably: and 3 parts of diethyl succinate.
In this embodiment, specifically: the surfactant comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 4 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap, 4 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanol amide and 4 parts of fatty acid diethanol amide; surfactants make other agents water soluble and can significantly reduce the surface tension of water.

the grinding agent is any one of 5 parts of silicon carbide, 5 parts of silicon dioxide, 3 parts of zirconium dioxide and 2 parts of ferric oxide, and preferably: 3 parts of zirconium dioxide;
the corrosion inhibitor is any one of 2 parts of mercaptobenzothiazole, 2 parts of benzotriazole, 3 parts of methanesulfonic acid, 2 parts of butynediol and 1 part of sodium iodide, and preferably: 3 parts of methanesulfonic acid;
the penetrant is selected from any one of 3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 2 parts of diethyl succinate, 4 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 4 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, preferably: ethylene glycol monobutyl ether 4 parts.
In this embodiment, specifically: the surfactant comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 3 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 3 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap, 3 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 2 parts of fatty acid diethanolamide; surfactants make other agents water soluble and can significantly reduce the surface tension of water.
In this embodiment, specifically: the cosolvent is selected from any one of 2 parts of sodium benzoate, 2 parts of citric acid, 3 parts of glycol, 4 parts of diethylamine, 4 parts of aniline and 2 parts of ethyl acrylate; the cosolvent can be selected from any one of the above raw materials, and is preferably: 3 parts of ethylene glycol, and the use of a cosolvent can increase the solubility of other medicaments in the solvent.

In this embodiment, specifically: the antioxidant is selected from any one of 3 parts of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 4 parts of p-hydroxyanisole and 4 parts of p-cresol; the antioxidant can be selected from any one of the above raw materials, and is preferably: 4 parts of p-cresol.

The cleaning agent for the LX type industrial equipment is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of water, 5-10 parts of cosolvent, 5-10 parts of organic solvent, 5-10 parts of antioxidant, 3-8 parts of surfactant, 3-8 parts of sulfonated coal, 2-4 parts of sodium stearate, 2-4 parts of defoaming agent, 5-10 parts of grinding agent, 2-4 parts of dispersant, 2-4 parts of stabilizer, 1-3 parts of polyester, 1-3 parts of fatty alcohol, 1-3 parts of polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 2-3 parts of phenoxyethanol, 2-4 parts of sodium citrate, 5-7 parts of tripropylene glycol butyl ether, 1-3 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 1-3 parts of penetrant, 1-3 parts of antirust agent and 1-3 parts of flame retardant;
    the grinding agent is any one of 4-6 parts of silicon carbide, 4-6 parts of silicon dioxide, 2-4 parts of zirconium dioxide and 1-3 parts of ferric oxide;
    the corrosion inhibitor is any one of 1-3 parts of mercaptobenzothiazole, 1-3 parts of benzotriazole, 1-4 parts of methanesulfonic acid, 3-4 parts of butynediol and 1-2 parts of sodium iodide;
    the penetrating agent is any one of 1-3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 1-3 parts of diethyl succinate, 3-6 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 2-5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.

The cleaning agent for LX-type industrial equipment according to claim 1, wherein: the surfactant comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2-4 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-4 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap, 1-4 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 1-4 parts of fatty acid diethanolamide.
  3. 3. The cleaning agent for LX-type industrial equipment according to claim 1, wherein: the cosolvent is any one of 1-3 parts of sodium benzoate, 1-3 parts of citric acid, 2-3 parts of ethylene glycol, 1-5 parts of diethylamine, 3-5 parts of aniline and 1-3 parts of ethyl acrylate.

The cleaning agent for LX-type industrial equipment according to claim 1, wherein: the organic solvent comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5-10 parts of N-methyl pyrrolidone, 5-10 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of methyl ethyl ketone, 22-30 parts of water and 10-13 parts of emulsifier.
