Background
Nowadays, agricultural development is more and more emphasized and the needs of people's lives are added, crops are planted in many areas in the north, a large amount of crops need to be harvested, aired and stored every year, when the steps need to be bagged to be convenient to store or transport, the crops in many areas need to be harvested and bagged manually because of slow popularization of mechanization, but a plurality of people are needed to cooperate with each other when the crops are bagged manually, so that the labor waste is reduced; and if the crop bag is large when bagging, the strength requirements of the persons who fill the bag cooperatively are high, otherwise the bag cannot be held.
In conclusion, the problem that multiple persons need to cooperate when crops are bagged and manpower is wasted exists in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a using method of an agricultural auxiliary tool, which can solve the problems that in the prior art, multiple persons are needed for cooperation in crop bagging and manpower is wasted.
A method of using an agricultural implement, comprising the steps of:
s1: providing an agricultural auxiliary tool, which comprises a shell, a barrel body and a clamping device;
the upper end of the shell is provided with a first containing cavity and a second containing cavity;
the barrel body comprises a first barrel wall, a second barrel wall, a first bolt and a connecting shaft, the first barrel wall is rotatably arranged on the connecting shaft, the second barrel wall is fixedly connected with the connecting shaft, two ends of the connecting shaft are rotatably arranged on the shell, handles are fixedly arranged on one side surfaces of the first barrel wall and the second barrel wall, which are far away from the connecting shaft, respectively, through holes are formed in the handles, and the first bolt is matched with the through holes;
two ends of the clamping device are respectively slidably arranged in the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity, and the clamping device is used for clamping a bag opening when crops are bagged;
s2, rotating the first barrel wall and the second barrel wall oppositely until the first barrel wall and the second barrel wall are closed;
and S3, inserting the first bolt into the through hole on the handle to enable the first barrel wall and the second barrel wall to be in a stable state when the first bolt is inserted into the through hole, placing the bag into the barrel, and clamping the bag opening by using the clamping device.
Furthermore, the clamping device comprises a first sliding block, a second sliding block, a first spring, a second spring, a connecting frame, a first clamping ring, a second clamping ring and a second bolt, one end of the first sliding block is hinged with the connecting frame, the other end of the first sliding block is slidably arranged in the first accommodating cavity, one end of the first sliding block, which is positioned in the first accommodating cavity, is fixedly connected with a convex block, one end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the convex block, and the other end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bottom end of the first accommodating cavity; one end of the second sliding block is fixedly connected to one end, far away from the first sliding block, of the connecting frame, the other end of the second sliding block is arranged in the second accommodating cavity in a sliding mode, one end of the second spring abuts against one end, located in the second accommodating cavity, of the second sliding block, and the other end of the second spring is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom end of the second accommodating cavity;
the first clamping ring is fixedly connected with the connecting frame;
the connecting seat is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the connecting frame at one end of the first sliding block, the second clamping ring is rotatably arranged on the connecting seat and comprises a first clamping half ring and a second clamping half ring, the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring can rotate, one ends of the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring at the second sliding block can be overlapped in a crossed manner, through holes are formed in the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring at one end of the second sliding block, and the through holes are matched with the second bolts;
the outer diameter of the first clamping ring is smaller than the inner diameter of the second clamping ring;
a groove is formed in the outer surface of the first clamping ring along the circumferential direction, a convex edge is formed in the inner surface of the second clamping ring along the circumferential direction, the convex edge does not completely cover the second clamping ring, and the groove is matched with the convex edge;
the using method S3 further includes:
s31, pulling out the second bolt to enable the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring to rotate, and respectively rotating the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring to two sides to enable a gap enough to clamp the bag mouth to be formed between the first clamping ring and the first clamping ring;
s32, placing the bag into the barrel, wrapping the first clamping ring with the bag opening, closing the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring, when the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring abut against the first clamping ring, enabling the bag opening to be clamped and fixed through the cooperation of the convex edge and the groove, and inserting the second bolt, so that the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring cannot be loosened to keep the clamping force.
Furthermore, the agricultural auxiliary tool further comprises a base, a supporting platform, a first supporting frame, a supporting seat and a time delay device, wherein the base is arranged at the bottom of the barrel body, the supporting seat is fixedly arranged at one end of the base, one end of the first supporting frame is hinged to one end, close to the connecting shaft, of the supporting platform, the other end of the first supporting frame is fixedly connected to the base, a third spring is fixedly connected to the lower surface, located at one end of the supporting seat, of the supporting platform, one end of the third spring is fixedly connected to the supporting platform, and the other end of the third spring is fixedly connected to the base;
the time delay device comprises a first connecting rod, a piston and a cylinder, wherein a first air hole is formed in one side wall of the upper end of the cylinder, a second air hole is formed in the lower end of the cylinder, a one-way valve is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder, the bottom end of the cylinder is fixedly connected with the base, the piston is matched with the cylinder, one end of the first connecting rod penetrates into the cylinder and is fixedly connected with the piston, and the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged to the supporting platform; the inner walls of the first barrel wall and the second barrel wall are both fixedly provided with a stop block, and a plurality of balls are rotatably arranged in the supporting platform;
the use method further comprises the following steps:
s4, injecting the crops into the bag until the volume of the bags reaches 90%;
s5, stopping injecting the crops into the bag;
s6, pulling out the second bolt, rotating the first clamping half ring and the second clamping half ring to two sides, loosening the bag opening by the clamping device, and bundling the bag opening by using a rope;
s7, the first bolt is pulled out, the first barrel wall and the second barrel wall are opened, the support of the stop block is lost, the support table rotates and inclines, a plurality of balls arranged on the support table assist the bag to slide down, and a worker takes the bag out of the barrel.
Further, when the bag is wrinkled, the using method further comprises the following steps:
s33, injecting crops with the volume of 10% into the bag;
s34, observing whether the clamping device is in a stable state, and when the clamping device is in a shaking state, the first spring and the second spring which are respectively arranged in the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity can effectively adjust and give way the height of the bag, so that the bag can contact the bottom surface of the supporting platform after being tensioned, all weight is not concentrated at the bag opening, and the bag opening is difficult to be stably clamped by the clamping device;
when the clamping device is in a stable state, namely the bottom of the bag is abutted to the supporting platform at the moment, the supporting platform is clamped by the stop blocks arranged on the inner walls of the first barrel wall and the second barrel wall, so that the supporting platform is horizontal, the bag is supported by the supporting platform, and the stress of the clamping device is balanced.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when needs put into the bucket with the sack when with crops bagging-off, clip the sack through clamping device, next only need with crops put into in the sack can, single can operate, and when the sack was filled with crops after outwards pulling the sack, the bucket wall that both sides all can be opened can be very convenient pull out the sack, convenient operation uses manpower sparingly.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the agricultural implement used in the present invention includes:
the shell 21, the barrel body 1 and the clamping device 2;
the upper end of the shell 21 is provided with a first containing cavity 25 and a second containing cavity 251;
the barrel body 1 comprises a first barrel wall 12, a second barrel wall 11, a first bolt 14 and a connecting shaft 15, wherein the first barrel wall 12 is rotatably arranged on the connecting shaft 15, the second barrel wall 11 is fixedly connected with the connecting shaft 15, two ends of the connecting shaft 15 are rotatably arranged on a shell 21, handles 13 are fixedly arranged on one side surfaces of the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 away from the connecting shaft 15, through holes are formed in the handles 13, and the first bolt 14 is matched with the through holes;
two ends of the clamping device 2 are respectively arranged in the first accommodating cavity 25 and the second accommodating cavity 251 in a sliding manner, and the clamping device 2 is used for clamping a bag opening when crops are bagged;
the working principle is as follows: after crops are harvested or aired, when the crops need to be bagged, the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 are closed, the first bolt 14 is inserted into the through hole in the handle 13, the bags are placed into the barrel, the bag openings are clamped by the clamping device 2, the crops are placed into the bags through manpower or machines, the bag openings are taken down from the clamping device when the bags are filled with the crops, the bag openings are tied tightly, then the first bolt 14 is taken down, the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 are opened, and the bags are taken out.
The using method comprises the following steps:
s1, rotating the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 towards each other until closing;
s2, inserting the first pin 14 into the through hole of the handle 13 so that the first and second tub walls 12 and 11 are in a stable state when the first pin 14 is inserted into the through hole, placing the bag into the tub, and clamping the bag mouth using the clamping device 2.
Example 2:
on the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a clamping device 2 in an agricultural auxiliary tool used in the present invention includes a first slider 22, a second slider 221, a first spring 24, a second spring 241, a connecting frame 211, a first clamping ring 26, a second clamping ring 28, and a second bolt 29, wherein one end of the first slider 22 is hinged to the connecting frame 211, and the other end is slidably disposed in a first accommodating cavity 25, one end of the first slider 22 located in the first accommodating cavity 25 is fixedly connected with a projection 23, one end of the first spring 24 is fixedly connected with the projection 23, and the other end is fixedly connected with an inner wall at the bottom end of the first accommodating cavity 25; one end of the second slider 221 is fixedly connected to one end of the connecting frame 211 far away from the first slider 22, the other end of the second slider is slidably arranged in the second accommodating cavity 251, one end of the second spring 241 abuts against one end of the second slider 221 in the second accommodating cavity 251, and the other end of the second spring is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom end of the second accommodating cavity 251;
the first clamping ring 26 is fixedly connected with the connecting frame 211;

the working principle is as follows: when crops need to be bagged, the second bolt 29 is pulled out, so that the first clamping half ring 281 and the second clamping half ring 282 can rotate, the first clamping half ring 281 and the second clamping half ring 282 are rotated to enable a larger gap to be reserved between the first clamping half ring 281 and the first clamping half ring 26, at the moment, a proper bag is selected and placed into the barrel, the bag mouth is used for wrapping the first clamping ring 26, then the second clamping ring 28 is closed, when the first clamping half ring 281 and the second clamping half ring 282 abut against the first clamping ring 26, the convex ridge 283 and the groove 261 are matched to clamp and fix the bag mouth, and the second bolt 29 is inserted after the bag is clamped. At this point, the bag can be filled with the crop to be filled, and as the crop initially enters the bag, the bag may be wrinkled, requiring a small amount of crop to compact and tighten the bag. At this moment, the first spring and the second spring respectively arranged in the first accommodating cavity 25 and the second accommodating cavity 251 can effectively adjust and give way the height of the bag, so that the bag can contact the bottom surface after tensioning, all weights are not concentrated on the bag opening, and the bag opening is difficult to be stably clamped by the clamping device.
The method of use S2 further includes:
s21, pulling out the second pin 29, so that the first half clamping ring 281 and the second half clamping ring 282 can both rotate, and respectively rotate the first half clamping ring 281 and the second half clamping ring 282 towards both sides, so that a gap enough to clamp the bag mouth is formed between the first half clamping ring 26 and the first half clamping ring 281;
s22, placing the bag into the barrel, wrapping the first clamp ring 26 with the bag mouth, closing the first clamp half ring 281 and the second clamp half ring 282, when the first clamp half ring 281 and the second clamp half ring 282 abut against the first clamp ring 26, the rib 283 and the groove 261 cooperate to clamp and fix the bag mouth, and inserting the second latch 29 after the bag is clamped, so that the first clamp half ring 281 and the second clamp half ring 282 will not release the clamping force.
Example 3:
on the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the agricultural auxiliary tool used in the present invention further includes a base 4, a pallet 30, a first support frame 32, a support 45 and a time delay device, wherein the base 4 is arranged at the bottom of the barrel body 1, the support 45 is fixedly arranged at one end of the base 4, one end of the first support frame 32 is hinged at one end of the pallet 30 close to the connecting shaft 15, the other end is fixedly connected to the base 4, a third spring 47 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the pallet 30 at one end of the support 45, one end of the third spring 47 is fixedly connected to the pallet 30, and the other end is fixedly connected to the base 4;
the time delay device comprises a first connecting rod 341, a piston 34 and a cylinder 33, wherein one side wall of the upper end of the cylinder 33 is provided with a first air hole 331, the lower end of the cylinder 33 is provided with a second air hole 333, the upper end of the cylinder 33 is provided with a one-way valve 332, the bottom end of the cylinder 33 is fixedly connected with the base 4, the piston 34 is matched with the cylinder 33, one end of the first connecting rod 341 penetrates into the cylinder 33 and is fixedly connected with the piston 34, and the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged on the supporting platform 30; the inner walls of the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 are both fixedly provided with a stop block 46, and a plurality of balls 31 are rotatably arranged in the saddle 30;
the working principle is as follows: when a proper amount of crops are filled in the bag, the tray table 30 is supported by the third spring 47 and kept horizontal, the bottom of the bag can be abutted against the tray table 30, at the moment, the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 are closed, the baffle blocks 46 arranged on the inner walls of the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 can clamp the tray table 30 to enable the tray table 30 not to rotate, the tray table 30 can hold the bag, and when the bag is filled with the crops, the bag opening is taken down from the clamping device 2. When the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 are opened, the third spring 47 is compressed downwards by the pallet 30 without the stop of the stop 46, and the pallet 30 rotates, but is acted by a time delay device at one end to slow down the rotation speed.
The time delay device comprises a piston 34, a cylinder 33 and a one-way valve 332, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder 33 are respectively provided with a first air hole 331 and a second air hole 333, and the one-way valve 332 is also arranged at the upper end of the cylinder 33.
The working principle of the time delay device is as follows: when the tray table 30 rotates, the first connecting rod 341 hinged to the tray table 30 is driven to move upwards, the other end of the first connecting rod 341 is fixedly connected to the piston 34, when the piston 34 moves upwards, the one-way valve 332 cannot exhaust air outwards, only the first air hole 331 can exhaust air outwards, the air exhaust speed is limited, and proper time is needed for exhausting air in the air cylinder 33, so that a time delay effect is realized, the rotatable ball 31 arranged on the tray table 30 can assist a bag filled with crops to slide out of a barrel after the tray table 30 rotates to a certain angle, the labor for manually dragging the bag is reduced, and the support 45 is used for supporting the tray table 30 when the tray table 30 rotates to the lowest point.
The using method further comprises the following steps:
s3, continuously injecting the crops into the bag until the volume of the bag reaches 90%;
s4, stopping injecting the crops into the bag;
s5, pulling out the second bolt 29, rotating the first clamping half ring 281 and the second clamping half ring 282 to two sides, and tying the bag mouth with a rope after the bag mouth is completely loosened by the clamping device 2;
s6, pulling out the first latch 14, then slowly opening the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11, when the tray table 30 loses the support of the stop 46, the tray table 30 rotates and tilts, the balls 31 arranged on the tray table 30 assist the bag to slide down, and finally the worker takes out the bag from the barrel.
When the bag is wrinkled, the using method further comprises the following steps:
s23, injecting crops with the volume of 10% into the bag;
and S24, observing whether the clamping device 2 is in a stable state, when the clamping device 2 is in a shaking state, filling crops to be filled into the bag, and when the crops enter the bag at the beginning, because the bag can be wrinkled, a small amount of crops are needed to compact and tighten the bag. At this time, the first spring 24 and the second spring 241 respectively arranged in the first accommodating cavity 25 and the second accommodating cavity 251 can effectively adjust the height of the bag to give way, so that the bag can contact the bottom surface of the supporting platform 30 after being tensioned, so that all the weight is not concentrated on the bag opening, and the clamping device 2 is difficult to stably clamp the bag opening.
When the holding device 2 is in a stable state, that is, at this time, the bottom of the bag abuts against the tray table 30, the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 are closed, the first latch 14 is inserted into the through hole of the handle 13, so that the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 are not opened, the stoppers 46 arranged on the inner walls of the first barrel wall 12 and the second barrel wall 11 can clamp the tray table 30, so that the tray table 30 cannot rotate, the tray table 30 can hold the bag, and the force applied to the holding device 2 is balanced.
