本发明属于车辆动力技术领域,具体涉及一种混合动力装置,能够将汽油或柴油等化学能、电能综合之后输出满足车辆的驱动需求或是其他电力需求,也能够实现车辆减速或制动过程中的高效能量回收储存。
背景技术
目前串联式混合动力技术中,混合动力装置一般是采用发动机/发电机组+电池组联合供能的方式提供车辆所需能量,在车辆能量回收过程中则是利用电池组的储能能力提高车辆的能量利用率。但是,由于电池组的瞬时充电储能的能力有限,车辆制动能量的回收率有限。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种混合动力装置,所述装置包括:发动机1、离合机构2、电机3、飞轮机构4、电池组5和综合控制器6;
所述发动机1输出端和离合机构2的输入端连接,离合机构2的输出端和电机3转轴连接,电机3转轴同时和飞轮机构4的转轴固定连接;电机3通过直流总线和电池组5连接,电机3和电池组5通过直流总线联合输出整车的能量需求或者回收制动能量;综合控制器6通过信号线连接发动机1、离合机构2、电机3、电池组5,并用于控制发动机1、离合机构2、电机3、电池组5的工作状态。
其中,所述发动机1启动工作时,离合机构2闭合,利用电机3反拖发动机1启动,然后发动机1工作带动电机3发电输出所需的电功率。
其中,所述发动机1功率需求为零时,离合机构2分离,发动机1怠速运转或者关停。
其中,制动能量回收时,所述离合机构2分离,发动机1怠速运转或者关停,利用飞轮储能技术瞬时大功率回收能量的特性,电机3带动飞轮机构4高速运行吸收存储制动能量,实现制动能量高效回收。

为了提高制动能量的回收利用率,本发明提出一种基于飞轮储能技术的混合动力装置,该装置能够将汽油或柴油等化学能、电能综合之后输出满足车辆的驱动需求或是其他电力需求,也能够实现车辆减速或制动过程中的高效能量回收储存。该装置可以瞬时实现制动能量的回收储存以及再利用,大大提高了车辆的能源利用率。

如图1所示,本实施例的混合动力装置包括:发动机1、离合机构2、电机3、飞轮机构4、电池组5和综合控制器6;发动机1输出端和离合机构2的输入端连接,离合机构2的输出端和电机3转轴连接,电机3转轴同时和飞轮机构4的转轴固定连接;电机3通过直流总线和电池组5连接,电机3和电池组5通过直流总线联合输出整车的能量需求或者回收制动能量;综合控制器6通过信号线连接控制各部件包括发动机1、离合机构2、电机3、电池组5的工作状态。
发动机1启动工作时,离合机构2闭合,利用电机3反拖发动机1启动,然后发动机1工作带动电机3发电输出所需的电功率;发动机1功率需求为零时,离合机构2分离,发动机1怠速运转或者关停;制动能量回收时,离合机构2分离,发动机1怠速运转或者关停,利用飞轮储能技术能够瞬时大功率回收能量的特性,电机3带动飞轮4高速运行吸收存储制动能量,实现制动能量高效回收;需要能量输出时,优先使用飞轮储存的能量,飞轮4带动电机3旋转发电输出电功率;采用慢充慢放的方法实现对电池组5的控制管理,尽量避免对电池组5的大电流充放电,使电池组5发挥功能的条件下尽量延长使用寿命。
本发明的混合动力装置可以实现化学能和电能的综合高效输出,并能够实现车辆的制动能量高效回收再利用,车辆动力性能得到很大提高,同时提高了车辆行驶的经济性能和环保性能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种混合动力装置,其特征在于,所述装置将汽油或柴油的化学能、电能综合之后输出满足车辆的驱动需求或是其他电力需求,并实现车辆减速或制动过程中的高效能量回收储存;
所述装置包括:发动机(1)、离合机构(2)、电机(3)、飞轮机构(4)、电池组(5)和综合控制器(6);
所述发动机(1)输出端和离合机构(2)的输入端连接,离合机构(2)的输出端和电机(3)转轴连接,电机(3)转轴同时和飞轮机构(4)的转轴固定连接;电机(3)通过直流总线和电池组(5)连接,电机(3)和电池组(5)通过直流总线联合输出整车的能量需求或者回收制动能量;综合控制器(6)通过信号线连接发动机(1)、离合机构(2)、电机(3)、电池组(5),并用于控制发动机(1)、离合机构(2)、电机(3)、电池组(5)的工作状态;
所述发动机(1)启动工作时,离合机构(2)闭合,利用电机(3)反拖发动机(1)启动,然后发动机(1)工作带动电机(3)发电输出所需的电功率;
所述发动机(1)功率需求为零时,离合机构(2)分离,发动机(1)怠速运转或者关停;
制动能量回收时,所述离合机构(2)分离,发动机(1)怠速运转或者关停,利用飞轮储能技术瞬时大功率回收能量的特性,电机(3)带动飞轮机构(4)高速运行吸收存储制动能量,实现制动能量高效回收;
需要能量输出时,优先使用飞轮储存的能量,飞轮机构(4)带动电机(3)旋转发电输出电功率;
采用慢充慢放的方法实现对电池组(5)的控制管理,避免对电池组(5)的大电流充放电,使电池组(5)发挥功能的条件下尽量延长使用寿命。
