Detailed Description
In the solutions of the related art, the welding process of the parts of the rail vehicle is generally performed on a welding device, and the welding device includes a welding platform and a fixing seat, and the fixing seat is used for fixing the parts to be welded on the welding platform. the quality of the welding seam completely depends on the proficiency of welding workers, and the rejection rate is high.
In view of the above, the present application is directed to a welding device to solve at least one of the above problems.

Optionally, two fixing holes are formed in the first fixing plate 211, and the two fixing holes are located on two sides of the first fixing plate 211 respectively; the connection plate 213 is connected to the middle of the first fixing plate 211.
In a preferred embodiment, the fixing holes are threaded holes, the locking member 220 includes a bolt 221 and a cushion 222, and the cushion 222 is disposed on a side of the bolt 221 facing the second fixing plate 212, so as to increase a contact area with the parts to be welded and enhance a fixing effect of the fixing base 200 on the parts to be welded. The surface of the cushion pad 222 may be further provided with an anti-slip texture to ensure a stable clamping state.
In this embodiment, the number of the fixing seats 200 may be selected as required, and the general fixing seats 200 may be arranged in a group, and the two fixing seats are respectively located at two sides of the welding platform 100.
