D. reworking
The slurry mixed in the mixing box 10 is discharged and fed through the discharge pipe 1304 and the feeding pipe 1305, and is reprocessed and reused, and a new packaging material is produced through the generation equipment, so that the waste recovery rate is improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced.

then the inside back that enters into mixing box 10 through unloading pipe 11 of the inside old and useless packing material of the first secondary crushing of crushing section of thick bamboo 8, can add other raw materialss to the inside of mixing box 10 through side filling tube 12 simultaneously, restart third motor 1301, make third motor 1301 and rotation axis 1302 drive puddler 1303 and carry out the homogeneous mixing to the inside raw materials of mixing box 10, and can heat the inside of mixing box 10 through zone of heating 14 according to the user demand, make the mixing of old and useless packing paper form thick liquids, so as to reprocess and utilize, produce new packaging material, accomplish the use of whole old and useless equipment and the processing method that packing material retrieved and recycled like this.
