In this embodiment, the controller 50 is arranged, so that the controller 50 is connected to the ultrasonic device 30 through the wire 60, and further the control of the ultrasonic device 30 is realized, so that an operator can preset an operation program in the controller 50, and further the controller 50 autonomously controls the operation of the ultrasonic device 30, so as to improve the automation degree of the product.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the wire 60 includes: the two ends of the connecting wire are respectively connected with the controller 50 and the ultrasonic device 30; and the waterproof layer is sleeved on the connecting wire.
In this embodiment, the wire 60 includes a connection line and a waterproof layer. Through establishing the waterproof layer cover on the connecting wire, the waterproof layer plays waterproof, sealed connecting wire's effect, avoids the condition emergence of steam and filth erosion connecting wire in the external environment, has prolonged the life of connecting wire, has promoted the performance of product.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cleaning apparatus 1 further comprises: a rail located above the housing 10; one end of the telescopic part is connected with the shell 10, and the other end of the telescopic part is provided with a connector which can slide relative to the track; the driving part is connected with the telescopic part and used for driving the telescopic part to move along the track; the detection part is used for detecting whether the connector runs to a preset position on the track; the controller 50 is connected to the driving part and the detecting part, and the controller 50 is used for controlling the driving part to operate and controlling the extension part to extend or retract according to the detection result of the detecting part.
In this embodiment, the cleaning apparatus 1 further includes: the track, flexible portion, drive division and detection portion. The controller 50 is connected with the telescopic part, the driving part and the detection part respectively through arrangement, so that when the cleaning device is required to be used for cleaning devices, the controller 50 controls the driving part to work to enable the telescopic part connected with the driving part to move along a track, and when the detection part detects that a connector of the telescopic part moves to a preset position on the track, the controller 50 controls the driving part to stop working and controls the telescopic part to extend out, so that the shell 10 and the ultrasonic device 30 positioned in the shell 10 descend into a cleaning station, and the purpose of cleaning the devices through the ultrasonic device 30 is achieved; further, when the cleaning and maintenance are completed, the controller 50 controls the telescopic part to retract so that the housing 10 and the ultrasonic device 30 located in the housing 10 are lifted to be separated from the cleaning station, and the cleaning work of the next device is performed. This structure setting has guaranteed that casing 10 and the ultrasonic device 30 that is located it can accurately move to appointed clean station, has realized the purpose of automatic cleaning, has thoroughly liberated people's both hands, and labour saving and time saving has practiced thrift maintenance and cost of maintenance, has promoted the performance and the market competition of product.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cleaning apparatus 1 further comprises: the first camera shooting part is arranged on the shell 10 and is used for collecting images of the device to be cleaned; a second camera part arranged in the shell 10 and used for collecting the image of the output part; a reminding part connected with the shell 10; the controller 50 is connected with the first camera shooting part, the second camera shooting part and the reminding part; the controller 50 is used for controlling the reminding part to send out a reminding when the position of the output part is not matched with the working surface of the device to be cleaned.
In this embodiment, the cleaning apparatus 1 further includes: a first image pickup unit and a second image pickup unit. By connecting the controller 50 with the first camera shooting part, the second camera shooting part and the output part, when the shell 10 and the ultrasonic device 30 located in the shell are arranged at a cleaning station, the controller 50 can analyze and compare images collected by the first camera shooting part and the second camera shooting part, if the position of the output part is not matched with the working surface of the device to be cleaned, the output part of the ultrasonic device 30 is not arranged at the working surface of the device to be cleaned, and the cleaning operation cannot be completed at the moment, so that the controller 50 controls the reminding part to give a reminder to remind an operator to pay attention to the arrangement position of the output part of the ultrasonic device 30. This structure setting has realized through the image automatic judgement output portion and the matching condition of working face of the device of treating cleaning and output portion of gathering, and then according to the judgement result intelligent ground inform operating personnel, avoid taking place because of the condition that output portion and working face mismatch and can't accomplish clean working face, have promoted reliability and rationality that the product used.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that a plurality of position-limiting portions are disposed on an inner wall of the housing 10, the plurality of position-limiting portions and the inner wall of the housing 10 together define a mounting cavity, and the ultrasonic device 30 is disposed in the mounting cavity.
In this embodiment, a plurality of limiting parts are arranged on the inner wall of the housing 10, and the mounting cavity is defined by the plurality of limiting parts and the inner wall of the housing 10, so that the ultrasonic device 30 can be arranged in the mounting cavity to ensure the mounting dimension of the output part of the ultrasonic device 30 relative to the hollow area 20, the situation that part of the output part is shielded due to the misplacement of the arrangement position of the ultrasonic device 30 is avoided, and a stable and reliable structural basis is provided for subsequent ultrasonic wave emission.
In a specific embodiment, the cleaning device 1 further comprises a fastener which is locked in the housing 10 through the ultrasonic device 30 to assemble the ultrasonic device 30 and the housing 10, and meanwhile, the structure is convenient to install and high in operability.

a housing;

the detection part is used for detecting whether the connector runs to a preset position on the track;
the controller is connected with the driving part and the detection part and is used for controlling the driving part to work and controlling the telescopic part to extend or retract according to the detection result of the detection part.
9. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 6, further comprising:
the first camera shooting part is arranged on the shell and used for collecting images of the device to be cleaned;
the second camera shooting part is arranged in the shell and is used for collecting the image of the output part;
the reminding part is connected with the shell;
the controller is connected with the first camera shooting part, the second camera shooting part and the reminding part;
the controller is used for controlling the reminding part to send out a reminder when the position of the output part is not matched with the working surface of the device to be cleaned.
