本发明公开了一种亲肤内衣的面料,其包括氨纶以及涤纶,一路所述氨纶与一路所述涤纶交接编织而成。通过采用上述技术方案,氨纶与锦纶交接编织,氨纶与锦纶混纺在一起,提高面料的亲肤性以及弹性。本发明还公开了制备该面料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:一路氨纶与一路涤纶交接编织成布料;提高所述布料的温度至180℃至200℃并对所述布料进行定型;以及降低所述布料温度至140℃对所述布料进行染色。

本发明涉及一种内衣面料领域,具体涉及一种亲肤内衣的面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑身内衣是一种根据人体工程学原理进行立体剪裁后更更符合人体结构特点的内衣。使用者穿上塑身内衣后能够调整体内脂肪分布,塑造优美曲线,对丰胸、收腹、减腰、提臀以及美腿效果更佳明显,帮助使用者提升个人魅力。
现有的塑身内衣的面料亲肤性差,使用者穿戴时间长后使用者皮肤会出现不适。
发明内容
本发明的实施例的目的是提供一种亲肤内衣的面料,其能够解决现有的塑身内衣的缺陷,避免使用者皮肤出现不适,具体地,一种亲肤内衣的面料,其包括:氨纶以及涤纶,一路所述氨纶与一路所述涤纶交接编织而成。
根据本发明的实施例,所述面料的成分为:所述氨纶与所述涤纶的比例为3:2至2.5。
本发明还公开了一种亲肤内衣的面料的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:一路氨纶与一路涤纶交接编织成布料;提高所述布料的温度至180℃至200℃并对所述布料进行定型;以及降低所述布料温度至140℃对所述布料进行染色。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明主要有如下几点技术效果:
1.氨纶与锦纶交接编织,氨纶与锦纶混纺在一起,提高面料的亲肤性以及弹性;
2.亲肤内衣的面料弹性好,减轻使用者的压迫感,提高使用者的穿着舒适度。

下面结合说明书附图来说明本发明的具体实施方式。
请一并参照图1及图2,一种亲肤内衣的面料,其包括氨纶以及锦纶,具体地,本发明中公开的布料由一路所述氨纶与一路所述涤纶交接编织而成。所述面料的成分为:所述氨纶与所述涤纶的比例为3:2至2.5,优选的,本实施例中氨纶与涤纶的比例为3:2,氨纶决定面料的弹力,锦纶决定面料的质感,本实施例采用上述成分制作出的布料具有很好的亲肤性的同时也具备很好的弹性,布料符合人体工程学以及力学原理,减轻使用者穿戴内衣的压迫感,提高内衣的接触舒适度以及穿戴舒适度。
优选地,本实施例中的面料拉伸状态中氨纶与锦纶有机混纺在一起,面料的各个方向的弹力均匀,均匀地弹力能够延长面料的使用寿命。
本发明还公开了一种制备该面料的方法,其包括:一路氨纶与一路涤纶交接编织成布料;提高所述布料的温度至180℃至200℃并对所述布料进行定型;以及降低所述布料温度至140℃对所述布料进行染色。

提高所述布料的温度至180℃至200℃并对所述布料进行定型;以及
降低所述布料温度至140℃对所述布料进行染色。
