Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to organic children formula milk powder, and belongs to the field of dairy product processing.
Background
According to the growth and development rules of children, the three to six years old are the key stages of intelligence development and brain development of the children, so that the intelligence of the children needs to be ensured to be properly developed in the important stage, and the children need to be supplemented with enough nutrition. Children are one of the high-risk groups lacking in trace elements, mainly because the children are in a rapid growth and development period, the metabolism level is high, the individual activity range is enlarged, the adaptability of the development of own neurobehavioral to the exposure of the external environment is reduced, and meanwhile, the limitation of economic living level and the change of dietary pattern are also important factors influencing the growth of the children. If the related trace elements cannot be supplemented in time or corresponding preventive measures are taken, the children can easily suffer from various damages. Therefore, the design of milk powder which can meet the additional nutritional requirements required by the growth of normal children is very important. The modified milk powder described in GB 19644 is a powdered product which is prepared by using raw cow (sheep) milk or a processed product thereof as a main raw material, adding other raw materials, optionally adding food additives and nutrition enhancers, and processing the raw cow (sheep) milk or the processed product thereof into the powdered product, wherein the milk solid content of the powdered product is not less than 70%. The formula of the designed children formula milk powder meets the requirements of the national standard.
According to market research, when a consumer purchases milk powder, the important points of attention are whether raw materials are safe and whether nutrition is more natural, and one of the milk powder meeting the characteristics is organic milk powder. The organic food is all agricultural and sideline products which come from an organic agricultural production system, are produced and processed according to international organic agricultural production requirements and corresponding standards and are certified by an independent organic food certification authority, and is the food with the highest safety level. Organic children's formula milk powder focuses on the nature, nutrition and safety of the product. Raw materials, collection, processing, packaging, storage, transportation and the like are executed according to the standard of international agriculture on organic food, more than 95% of the raw materials are required to be organic, and the raw materials and the production processing must be organically certified.
At present, organic formula milk powder specially for children is lacked in the market, and the organic formula milk powder has incomplete nutrient components and poor actual administration effect even if the organic formula milk powder exists, and cannot meet the nutritional requirements of growth and development of children, particularly brain development.

The nutritional functional properties of the product of the invention are mainly analyzed from the following aspects:
1. improving the visual sensitivity of children
The invention adds docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA). DHA is a main component for the growth and maintenance of nervous system cells, is an important component of retina, and accounts for about 50% of the retina of eyes. DHA and ARA are fatty acids with the highest content in retina, and have important effect on visual function development. The DHA and the ARA are compounded to generate obvious synergistic effect, so that the maturity of retina light-sensitive cells of children is obviously improved, and the visual sensitivity is improved
The invention also adds vitamin A: vitamin A is added into the compound vitamin premix, and the vitamin A can maintain dark vision.
2. Health care of intestinal tract of children
The invention is added with fructo-oligosaccharide which is a natural active substance. The fructo-oligosaccharide can obviously improve the microbial population ratio in intestinal tract, is an activated proliferation factor of bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract, can reduce and inhibit the generation of putrefactive substances in the intestinal tract, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, regulate the balance in the intestinal tract, and prevent diarrhea and constipation.
Meanwhile, the fructo-oligosaccharide used as water-soluble dietary fiber can maintain normal intestinal function and is a low-energy substance.
3. Promoting children appetite, and preventing anorexia
According to the invention, zinc sulfate is particularly added into the compound mineral premix. Zinc is absorbed in the duodenum and small intestine, enters blood circulation, and then is combined with proteins to form a zinc-containing protein, mucin. The mucus protein has promoting effect on the structure and function metabolism of oral epithelial cells. When children lack zinc, the half-life period of oral mucosa is shortened, mucosa shows hyperplasia and parakeratosis, taste buds of papilla of tongue are blocked by fallen mucosa, and taste retardation, anorexia and even anorexia occur. The zinc sulfate is added, so that anorexia and even monophagia symptoms of children can be prevented.
Experiments prove that after the organic children formula milk powder is continuously taken, the physical condition of children is greatly improved: the visual sensitivity is obviously improved, the intestinal function is adjusted to be normal, the conditions of diarrhea and constipation rarely occur, and the conditions of anorexia and monophagia are obviously improved.
