Description

Virtual resource allocation method and system, server, electronic device and storage medium thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computers, and in particular, to a virtual resource allocation method based on a user status, a system thereof, a server, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In order to achieve the business objective conversion, corresponding virtual resources are generally issued to the users to stimulate the consumption of the users, for example, businesses that promote the users to apply for staging by issuing free coupons, or promote the users to purchase products by issuing discount coupons, and the like. Most of the existing virtual resource allocation modes are that some activity information is put on an external webpage or an APP page, and after a user clicks the activity information, the user enters a corresponding registration/login page to log in and then gets the corresponding resource. As is well known, each merchant can provide a plurality of services, and accordingly, a plurality of virtual resources are set to stimulate the user to apply for the corresponding service processes. However, when a user logs in, it is unreasonable whether to directly allocate a certain resource to the user or to distribute all the resources to the user, which not only increases the operation cost, but also reduces the return on investment of the merchant.
Therefore, how to allocate virtual resources is a problem that needs to be solved urgently at present. In view of the above, a virtual resource allocation method and system thereof are provided herein.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the disclosure and therefore it may contain information that does not constitute prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described and explained in detail by means of several specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the resource issuing method of the present embodiment includes:
s101, the server responds to an active registration/login page access request sent by the client, and feeds back the content of the active registration/login page to the client so as to display the corresponding active registration/login page to the user.
In this embodiment, when the user clicks the campaign advertisement message posted in the corresponding web page/APP page, the client sends a corresponding campaign registration/login page access request to the server.
S102, the client side responds to an operation instruction which is triggered by the user and indicates that the user identification information is submitted, and sends a resource allocation request to the server side.
In this embodiment, the resource allocation request includes user identification information input by the user on the active registration/login page.
In a specific embodiment, the activity registration/login page includes activity information (for example, login to pick up virtual resources) for attracting the user, an input box for inputting user identification information, such as an account number or a mobile phone number, and an actuation icon corresponding to the input box, when the user clicks the actuation icon, an operation instruction representing submission of the input user identification information is triggered, and accordingly, the client sends a resource allocation request to the server in response to the operation instruction.
S103, the server side responds to the resource allocation request, judges whether the user meets a preset first trigger condition or not based on the user identification information sent by the client side, if so, executes step S104, otherwise, executes step S105.
In this embodiment, that the user satisfies the first trigger condition means that the type of the user is a trusted user. Generally, the inventory clients include trusted users who have passed the trust approval, and non-trusted users who are newly registered or have not applied for the trust approval or failed in the trust approval, wherein only the business requirement of the trusted users is the highest, so in order to promote the trusted users to participate in activities and achieve the business goal, it is first determined whether the users are trusted users, that is, whether the users meet the first trigger condition, and then corresponding resource allocation is performed according to the determination result. Specifically, the step S102 includes: acquiring and identifying the user type of the user according to the user information of the user, and judging that the user meets the first trigger condition if the user is a trusted user; otherwise, the user is judged not to meet the first trigger condition.
S104, the server allocates corresponding virtual resources to the user based on the current user state of the user, and executes the step S106.
In this embodiment, the user status includes an unmoved-supported user and an unmoved-supported user, that is, the unmoved-supported user and the unmoved-supported user are included in the trusted user. Since the service requirements of users in different user states are different, different virtual resources need to be allocated to different users according to the user states.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the step S104 specifically includes:
s201, acquiring and identifying the current user state of the user based on the user identification information of the user; if the user is a credit-granting unmovable user, executing step S202; if the user is a trusted user, step S203 is executed.
In this embodiment, since the server has received the user identification information of the user fed back by the client in advance, the server may obtain the current user state of the user in the memory according to the user identification information, identify the type of the user state, and then allocate different virtual resources to users in different types of user states.
S202, allocating the preset first virtual resource to the user, and executing step S106.
In this embodiment, the first virtual resource is a first-time coupon, a third-time coupon, a twelfth-time coupon, or the like. Of course, the first virtual resource may also be other virtual resources capable of promoting other service requirements of the user. That is, the merchant can set different first virtual resources for different services according to the service type of the merchant, so that the user is prompted to apply for corresponding services through the first virtual resources, and further, the service target conversion is realized.
S203, allocating the preset second virtual resource to the user, and executing step S106.
In this embodiment, the second virtual resource is a discount coupon, or an interest discount coupon, etc., and certainly, the first virtual resource may also be another virtual resource capable of promoting the business requirements of the user.
And S105, the server feeds back other page contents to the client.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the user does not satisfy the first trigger condition, that is, the user is not a trusted user, in order to prompt the user to be converted into a trusted user, the content of the activity page for promoting user conversion may be fed back to the client to be displayed to the user, so as to prompt the user to be converted from a non-trusted user into a trusted user.
And S106, the server generates the content of the motivation activity page based on the virtual resource allocation result in the step S104, and feeds the content back to the client to show the motivation activity page to the user.
In this embodiment, the content of the active page includes information of the virtual resource currently allocated to the user.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to further facilitate the service objective transformation, in this embodiment, the content of the activity-promoting page further includes a preset monitoring rule, configured to monitor whether the user triggers a corresponding service request based on the first virtual resource within a preset time period, and accordingly, the resource allocation method of this embodiment further includes:
s107, the client monitors whether the user triggers a corresponding service request based on the first virtual resource or the second virtual resource in a preset time period in real time according to the monitoring rule; if so, go to step S108, otherwise, go to step S109.
In one embodiment, if the first virtual resource allocated to the user is a coupon, then, correspondingly, if the user clicks the coupon information of the activation activity page or clicks the activation icon corresponding to the coupon information, it indicates that the user triggers the staging service request.
In an embodiment, the preset time period is 8 seconds, that is, if the user triggers the corresponding service request within 8 seconds, step S108 is executed, and if the corresponding service request is not triggered within 8 seconds, step S109 is executed.
And S108, the client calls the application program associated with the service request.
In this embodiment, if the user triggers a corresponding service request, the corresponding application program is invoked, for example, when the user selects to use the first-time coupon (that is, an installment service request is triggered based on the first-time coupon), the client invokes the corresponding financial APP to complete the corresponding process.
S109, the client sends an interactive activity page access request to the server, and step S110 is executed.
S110, the server responds to the interactive activity page access request, and feeds back interactive activity page content to the client so as to display the interactive activity page to the user.
In this embodiment, the interactive activity page includes an activity (e.g., a kind of red envelope activity) that can be interacted with by the user, and preset other virtual resource information. Correspondingly, if the user completes the corresponding task or operation on the interactive activity page, the server allocates other preset virtual resources to the user. Of course, the other virtual resource may be the same resource as the first virtual resource or the second virtual resource, or may be a virtual resource different from the first virtual resource or the second virtual resource.
In the virtual resource allocation method of this embodiment, after guiding the user to the active registration/login page, the client sends a resource allocation request to the server under the trigger of the user, so that the server allocates corresponding virtual resources to the user based on the user state of the user, and feeds back a resource allocation result, that is, by allocating different virtual resources to users in different user states, the users in different user states can apply for corresponding services under the trigger of the corresponding virtual resources, thereby promoting the service target conversion.
Based on the same inventive concept as the virtual resource allocation method in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention also provides a virtual resource allocation system, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of any one of the foregoing information processing methods.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed system that may be used to implement embodiments of the method of the present invention. For details not disclosed in the system embodiment of the present embodiment, please refer to the method embodiment of the present disclosure.
